- Succeed in Goal #4, resulting in Tracy being served “a letter of dismissal”from his university. So much for tenure and academic freedom.

On the morning of December 21, 2015, someone hacked into Tracy’s university email account and sent an email in his name, saying that he is “delusional,” to a federal government agency — the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), which is a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), which itself is an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). NIMH conducts and supports research on the brain and disorders of mental health.

The next day, on Christmas Eve, Tracy received an obscene postcard via USPS with a silhouette of a defecating dog, and the name of Tracy’s wife and their home phone number handwritten on the card. The back of the card has a F-you message. To add injury upon insult, the post card was not stamped and was delivered “postage due”.

For any contract or agreement to be valid, there must be a “meeting of the minds”. This involves the concept of “informed consent”. Our mercenary military today is largely made up of uninformed poor kids who are induced to sign on the dotted line based on false pretenses. Therefore the agreement is invalid and void. There is something very odd about the Find A Grave website. All of the alleged victims had a memorial page set up on this site on the day after the shooting, four in fact, on the DAY of the shooting. All of the eulogies, bar one, are of even length, of extraordinarily similar tone (i.e. 'feel' like they were written by the same author) and all of them end with the same short paragraph). Who created these memorials, if not the families?
There are multiple photographs, all apparently supplied by established site members, none of whom appear to be linked to the families. How did they obtain these photos? And with such speed many posted THE DAY of the shooting?
In fact, they were downloaded so fast that one photo of Catherine Hubbard was submitted on Dec 13th, THE DAY BEFORE the event!! WTF?

Since I have been banned or hacked from my MemoryHoleBlog 9MHB0subscription, I make this small suggestion that I hope will be conveyed to Dr. Tracy.
Today, I made small donation via the donation button on the MHB.
A donor may pay directly with their credit card or their debit card and PayPal processes the payment and the donor is not a member of PayPal and does have or use a PayPal password.
Or
A donor is a member of PayPal and enters their password and makes the donation, again with their credit card or debit card, and PayPal processes the donation.
I chose the first method as I do not like or trust PayPal.
Dr. Tracy needs to set up some kind of internal control system whereby people who donate to him can notify him of their donation and Dr. Tracy can check that information against his donations noted on records of PayPal for his donations balances.
PayPal is not an honest company and I think that without this internal control, there is a good possibility that Dr. Tracy is not receiving and will not receive many of the donations via his MHB site donation button.
In other words there needs to be an audit of what PayPal gives to Dr. Tracy and what people actually say they donated. This check system could be done via emails to and from MHB/ Dr. Tracy email address.

Is FAU funding (by Federal or State government) threatened if they do not succumb to pressure to do the "politically correct" thing by firing Prof. Tracy? The ultimate power to reverse the FAU decision rests with an organized Student Body!
What is the FAU Student Body doing about this disgusting persecution of Prof. James Tracy? Are any of them organizing a protest? The entire Student Body should declare their intention to TRANSFER to other schools – or WITHDRAW from FAU in protest if Prof. Tracy is not immediately re-instated! For starters, they should OCCUPY president Kelley's office en masse! And what are other faculty members doing – cowering in fear until it's their turn to be fired for practicing academic freedom of expression?!
Remember the movie Walking Tall (1973). The Sheriff was told to go along with the status quo but he refused. His philosophy was the most powerful weapon is the truth.
Disgusting. One day the chickens will come home to roost and these spineless weasels will get what's coming to them. I can't wait. Hopefully they will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law, as what they are practicing is terrorism. Get some good lawyers, weasels!

I beg to differ with Ronald Brown. He is not legion, WE are legion. We have reached the beginning of our new resolve and will stop these fiends. Getting a million in phony donations is one thing, threatening innocent lives another.
