Cinderella’s Broom: Two victims: A Study in Contrasts

Months later, it’s as if an actual rape had never happened. The boys are found guilty not of rape, but of lewd sexual conduct. And the proceedings, which were said to involve five hours of commiserating with the boys’ “post-traumatic stress disorder,” are kept secret.
After the sentencing, also kept secret, the judge forbids the family to talk about why they are grievously unhappy with his decision, threatening to jail them if they do. They are treated as if they are the criminals.
Jayla Peterson’s emotional turmoil is a footnote; not even that, it is as if she never suffered, never experienced pain, will not be changed forever by the terror and humiliation she was forced to endure by her rapists. A five-year-old child, anally violated, urinated on and forced to experience the degradation of her body, mind and soul.

Now let’s look at another “victim,” Lenny Pozner, the father of Noah Pozner, who purportedly died in the purported Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre of 12-14-12.
In January 2016, the Pozner father receives four voicemail and email threats by a 57-year-old woman, Lucy Richards. Richards utters strange and unnerving messages: “… you gonna die, death is coming to you real soon.” And “LOOK BEHIND YOU IT IS DEATH.”
The words sound like those of a cheap carnival fortune teller.
Nevertheless, not friendly messages; some of us might chuckle, but most of us would contact the police upon receiving them. However, consider their source.
Richards, who goes about in a wheelchair, has a documented history of mental illness. The diagnoses are not consistent with that of a homicidal maniac; they include agoraphobia, obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety disorder.
Now consider the crux of the matter: Richards’s actions are said to have been provoked by her belief that the Sandy Hook massacre was a hoax – based on her visits to certain web sites.
Aha.
For this, the messages, and failure to appear at her initial hearing, the judge sentences Richards to five months in prison. He says, to quote this article“no one should cite a conspiracy theory or belief in a hoax in the deaths of 20 children and six adults that occurred at the school.”
No one. That means not Richards, nor you nor I. No one should cite a belief that the Sandy Hook event was a hoax.
Well, I’m citing it right here, on the basis of this and this and this and this. And much more, of course.
The SWAT team was on the scene before the crime had been committed.
We even have the perps drilling fake bullet holes for the fantasy shooter.
The “victim’s” plight, in this case, that of Lenny Pozner, was given front and center stage. Much was made of his grief in the absence of certain facts.
The fact, for instance, that Lenny’s son, Noah Pozner, died twice – once on 12-14-12 in Sandy Hook, Connecticut and once again on 12-16-14 in Peshawar, Pakistan during the Army Public School massacre. You can read about that here.
I guess that means that Pozner suffered twice the loss, twice the pain of other bereaved parents. Or it means something else entirely.
Richards will pay for her crime not only with prison time and home arrest, but will also serve three years on probation. The judge is also barring her from a list of conspiracy theory web sites.
The fabricated “death certificate” for Noah that Lenny sent to Kelley Watt.

One wonders what Jayla Peterson’s rapists will be doing for the next three years. Serving time?  Attending classes on curbing their rape urge? Performing community service? Being barred from certain websites? Or just attending group therapy for “post-traumatic stress disorder.” We’ll never know, because we are barred from knowing.

This is “justice” in the U.S. today. Where you are a victim only to the extent that the court agrees that you are. And where perpetrators are dealt with in accordance with which side of the political correctness aisle they stand on.
A travesty. And – for perps like Richards and victims like Jayla – a tragedy.
Special thanks to muchmadness and other truth seekers, who would like to see a modicum of justice for the Sandy Hook hoax, where the innocent are being punished and the guilty are going free.
