There's only one problem with that scenario, Jim .. The outgoing POTUS is always present at the inauguration of the successor. It's what's known as transition. I doubt very much Obama won't be at the inauguration ceremony .. After all, George W. Bush was present at Obama's inauguration. It's a tradition.
By my conjecture, Obama will be "unable to attend". If he and the real Hillary Clinton ARE THERE–not a body-double, but the real Hillary–those would be contra-indications and suggest that the inauguration will not be nuked, which, of course, I would welcome with profound relief.

David, I am doing my best to sort out what's going on. I am my own man. I work only for the truth. It astounds me that you would suggest someone who cares about his country would abandon it when the going gets tough. That is the conduct of a coward, not a champion of truth and justice. This analysis has some potential flaws, such as potential distortion of images caused by different lenses, variability in image presentation and a seeming lack of a control image such as a known party photographed at the same time. Dr. Fetzer, can you comment?

American can have one giant orgy party while the U.S. Treasury pays off the debt in a year or less. It is all going on everywhere anyway so why not? Jim: I agree a 'war' is brewing between Trump and the intelligence community. However, heuristically, if you think this is likely scenario, you would be out of dodge, so to speak. Your scenario is the decapitation of the U.S. Government. The theses put out by you and others is pure beta testing and the creation of algorithms to study public reaction and possible resistance to said scenarios.
