“Why Don’t ‘Liberals‘ Want THE TRUTH?“
— V. Lombardi
progressive … I guess.
Or not.
I love the hippies, what they did … etc etc etc. I think they are the real greatest generation, no doubt about it.
When I first “joined” the peace movment in 1979 I came from Nebraksa and so had not learned one thing.
All these peace people were so smart, knew all about history and lots of stuff.
And then … two roads diverged in a wood and I guess I took the weird one, less traveled by, and that has made all the … “insignificance”?
How does understanding, if there is such a thing, the scenarios around 9/11 and the other dozens of false flags and hoaxes equate to being a leperous right-winger?
I don’t get that part.
I’ve marched, been to prison, ran for Congress as a Democrat, written letters, stuff like that, and now I’ve spent hours and hours, years probably, studying.
If you go on a Safari through a number of popular liberal websites, Common Dream, Alternet, The Nation, The Progressive … there are dozens … they treat Parkland as if it were real, organic, that the real issues are mental health and guns.
And it’s the same, the same, the same, for the entire century regarding 9/11, Boston, Sandy Hook, Orlando, San Bernardino, Las Vegas and two dozen more.
They do not know that revolution, a real change, not CIA Obama or Bernie fake change, but a real change, comes through knowledge of what the FBI and CIA are doing to this country through propaganda. They have done it for decades all over the world, why not here?
Why? Why? Why are supposedly smart liberals so stupid about this that is destroying everything and some cousin of a catfish in Kentucky likely has a better grasp of geopolitical issues?
I simply do not understand.
Why can’t so-called liberals, leftists, progressives take the time to study these events. Why are you right-wing if you take the time to learn?
These people, these websites are in favor of so many good things … why can’t they be bothered to go for the good fruit, the core, the root, the truth?
Did marching stop the slaughter of Iraq? No. But if we had been able to really get out the truth about 9/11 the Bush Regime would have been overthrown and the perps placed in prison.
However, we elected Obama and he was more of the same sort of person, not the person we thought he was or that we needed.
Did Michael Moore, in Fahrenheit, get to the bottom of 9/11 despite all the hullaballoo about that movie. Hell no, but he could have. He certainly knows the truth, but like the rest of The Liberal Establishment, for some reason chooses not to be really radical, to go to the root.
The entire American system needs to be overhauled. We know that. We cannot oppose them by force. For one thing, we would lose. And, there’s that thing about thou shall not kill, which we should all begin to take seriously.
What we need is a non-violent revolution. Infowars had it right when they chose their name. The biggest battle is being fought with information.
The American people are an incredible, untapped force for good. But they don’t really know much of anything about what is really going on.
So, what needs to happen is the base work for revolution, which is knowledge and teaching.
We just don’t know enough. We need a revolution, and it can come about through knowledge, even though that might sound boring at first — and we are doing this for that very purpose because the world is reaching a point where we really need to do something.
Frank Cordaro responded to my request for an interview to discuss this. I sent out requests to a handful of liberals/progressives that I know and some did not respond, the common way to respond to anything these days, and some said no, but Frank Cordaro and Sam Smith and William Blum said yes, so thanks to them.
Those interviews are included here. I want to mention something Frank said:
Secondly, those who believe these conspiracy are real, don’t seem to do anything about them … so what’s the point? More like a distraction to me. If your knowledge does not move you to take risk and resist, you don’t need the knowledge …
That is a good point. Frank has been to prison for years for civil disobedience in fighting America’s wars and military. I don’t see any of us Truthers doing anything even close, though I do think we can point to some folks dying for this, maybe Gary Webb, Michael Hastings, maybe others. I do think that getting the correct information to the public is more threatening to the system than being willing to sit in prison for years, though I did not think that 30 years ago, that’s true.
