Yes. I know many people say don’t give a inch or they will take a mile.
Which is true, but lets be honest: They convert a semi into an auto.
No professional uses full auto.
The anti-gun-nuts are always looking for a pretext for gun control and confiscation and bump stocks are a perfect candidate at the top of their list. Since they are now banned, (and i find them useless), lets let this go and focus our energy on protecting the most practical and important elements of the 2nd amendment.
(Though, who am I? You decide whats important)
As far as I’ve researched, no mass-shooting has been done with a bump stock besides the Las Vegas shooting by
Stephen Paddock. Of which there are many questions to be answered yet.
Of bigger concern is the “high capacity” magazine ban. Which certainly proves if you give an inch they take a mile, even if you are trying to be on the side of “being reasonable”
I consider a 90-120+ round drum mag to be “high capacity” not 30, let alone 15 round standard mags.
30 to 15 now 15 to 10. next 10 to 5, 5 to 1 and then semi auto ban?
This does seem to be the trend of the totalitarian tip toe.
There are now over 1 million “felons” in New Jersey who have not turned in their mags over 10 rounds.
