Sandy Hook: Why are there 4 versions of Noah Pozner’s death certificate?

Lenny Pozner, father of Noah, a victim of the December 14, 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School mass shooting, is suing Professor James Fetzer. [Editor’s note: See “The Sandy Hook ‘Pozner v. Fetzer’ Lawsuit for Dummies” for the basic elements of the case.]

Central to the lawsuit is Noah Pozner’s death certificate. The lawsuit claims that Fetzer has “defamed” Lenny by asserting in books and his blog that Noah’s death certificate, which Fetzer had received from an individual named Kelley Watt who claims her source to be Lenny himself, is fraudulent. In the lawsuit, Lenny provides an image of what he claims to be Noah’s real “official” death certificate — Attachment A on page 15 in Pozner v. Fetzer Civil Complaint & Demand For Jury Trial, filed on November 27, 2018, at the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin.

We will number the Fetzer-Watt document as Death Certificate #1, which is Exhibit A on page 4 of Fetzer’s Request For Admissions, filed on January 24, 2019, at the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin. We will number the image that Lenny provided as Noah’s “official” death certificate as Death Certificate #2.

Death Certificate #1:

Below is a screen shot of Death Certificate #1 — Noah’s death certificate that Fetzer had received from Watt, who in turn had received it from Lenny Pozner himself. Note the following:

  • The top right box (circled pink) for the death certificate’s State File Number is blank.
  • The words in three boxes are blacked out: two side-by-side boxes for the name and location of the cemetery, and a box in the lower right labeled “Social Security Number” of the decedent, Noah.
  • There is no seal of the State of Connecticut at the bottom of the certificate.

Kelley Watt has provided Fetzer with an affidavit stating that the source of Death Certificate #1, Exhibit A in Fetzer’s Request For Admissions, is Lenny Pozner himself. That then leads to this question: How did Lenny get hold of Noah’s death certificate BEFORE it received a file number and BEFORE the State of Connecticut certified the certificate with its seal?

  • Death Certificate #2:

Below is a screen shot of a very blurry death certificate of Noah which Lenny claims to be the “official” death certificate, which is Attachment A in Pozner v. Fetzer Civil Complaint & Demand For Jury Trial. Note the following:

    • There is a handwritten State File Number 2012-07-078033 in the top right box. But the words in the other boxes, except for signatures, are typewritten.
    • The lower right box for the decedent’s (Noah’s) Social Security Number, which was blacked out in Death Certificate #1, is blank.
    • There is the seal of the State of Connecticut at the bottom of the certificate.

Noah death certificate from Lenny Pozner

Curiously, there are at least two other online versions of Noah’s death certificates, identified as Exhibits C and D on pages 6 and 7 in Fetzer’s Request For Admissions. We will call them Death Certificate #3 and Death Certificate #4.

Death Certificates #3 and #4:

June 10, 2017 post on the blog, SandyHookFacts.com, has two images of Noah’s death certificate:

(1) A “parent copy” that was released by Lenny Pozner in 2014, which is identical to the Death Certificate #1 that Kelley Watt gave Fetzer. We will call this “parent copy” Death Certificate #3.

Below is a screenshot of Death Certificate #3. Note the following:

  • Like Death Certificate #1, the box for State File Number is blank.
  • Like Death Certificate #1, the box for Social Security Number is blacked out.
  • Like Death Certificate #1, there is no certified seal of the State of Connecticut at the bottom of the certificate.

(2) The same source, SandyHookFacts.com, also published another version of Noah’s death certificate, which the blog calls a “public” copy that is a “Certified Death Certificate” obtained in 2016 from Newtown Town Clerk, which “was released on video by SandyHookFact.com” — “the premeir release of this document by blog.” We will call this “public copy” Death Certificate #4.

Below is a screenshot of Death Certificate #4. Note the following:

  • In the box for State File Number is a partial printed number 0243. Recall that the handwritten State File Number in Death Certificate #2 is 2012-07-078033.
  • Boxes 54-58 and the box for Social Security Number that are in Death Certificates #1, #2 and #3 are missing.
  • Nor does Death Certificate #4 have the seal of the State of Connecticut at the bottom, which is also missing in Death Certificates #1 and #3.

Death Certificate #5:

Then there is Death Certificate #5, Noah Pozner’s definitive, official death certificate, certified by the State of Connecticut, with an issue date of March 20, 2019. Anyone can obtain a certified copy of any Connecticut death certificate by going to:

We will call this Death Certificate #5. Note the following:

  • Like Death Certificate #2, and unlike Death Certificates #1, #3 and #4, the top right box has a handwritten State File Number 2012-07-078033.
  • The bottom right box for Noah’s Social Security Number is blank, but the blankness appears to be a result of erasure (or “whiteout”). The printed words “Social Security” of “Social Security Number” and a little bit of the bottom line are also erased.

Noah Pozner's certified death certificate pink circle

To conclude, there are at least four different versions of Noah Pozner’s death certificate:

(1) Certificates #1 (Fetzer’s copy of the death certificate obtained from Kelley Watt) and #3 (death certificate posted on SandyHookFacts.com) appear to be identical and share these characteristics:

  • A blank State File Number box.
  • Three boxes are blacked out: two side-by-side boxes for the name and location of the cemetery, and a box in the lower right labeled “Social Security Number” of the decedent, Noah.
  • No seal of the State of Connecticut at the bottom of the certificate.

(2) Certificate #2, Attachment A in Pozner v. Fetzer Civil Complaint & Demand For Jury Trial, which Lenny Pozner claims to be Noah’s “official” death certificate, has the following characteristics:

  • Unlike Death Certificates #1 and #3, there is a handwritten State File Number 2012-07-078033 in the top right box.
  • The lower right box for the decedent’s (Noah’s) Social Security Number, which was blacked out in Death Certificates #1 and #3, is blank.
  • Unlike Death Certificates #1 and #3, there is the seal of the State of Connecticut at the bottom of this certificate.

(3) Certificate #4, which SandyHookFacts.com claims to be a “public” copy of a “Certified Death Certificate” obtained in 2016 from Newtown Town Clerk, has the following characteristics:

  • There is a partial printed, not handwritten, number 0243 in the box for State File Number, which is completely different from the handwritten State File Number 2012-07-078033 in Death Certificate #2.
  • Boxes 54-58 and the box for Social Security Number that are in Death Certificates #1, #2 and #3 are missing.
  • Like Death Certificates #1 and #3, there is no seal of the State of Connecticut at the bottom, although SandyHookFacts.com says Death Certificate #4 is a “Certified Death Certificate”.

(4) Death Certificate #5, the official certified copy of the death certificate issued by the State of Connecticut on March 20, 2019, with the following characteristics:

  • Like Death Certificate #2, but unlike Death Certificates #1, #3 and #4, the top right box has a handwritten State File Number 2012-07-078033.
  • Unlike Death Certificate #2, instead of being blacked out, the box for Noah’s Social Security Number is blank, but the blankness appears to be a result of erasure (or “whiteout”).

One last curiosity:

Note that both Death Certificates #2 and #5 have a handwritten State File Number 2012-07-078033, but the words in the other boxes (except for signatures) are all typed.

Below is a screen shot of the certified death certificate of X, a man who died in New Haven, Connecticut on November 6, 2017, which was issued on March 20, 2019. X’s name and the names of his relatives (Boxes 18-22) are blacked out in the interest of privacy. Note that the State File Number of X’s certified death certificate 2017 07027410 is printed, not handwritten as in Noah’s certified death certificate (#5).

X certified death certificate

To conclude:

Assuming that Death Certificate #5, the certified copy of Noah Pozner’s death certificate that was issued by the State of Connecticut’s Registrar of Vital Records on March 20, 2019, is the “real” death certificate, since it differs from Death Certificates (DC) #1, #2, #3, and #4, that would make those four death certificates fraudulent — including the Fetzer-Watt copy (DC #1), the subject of Lenny Pozner’s lawsuit against James Fetzer, as well as the death certificate Lenny claims to be Noah’s “official” death certificate (DC #2) which he included in Civil Complaint & Demand For Jury Trial as Attachment A.

  1. Claiming \”harassment,\” Lenny Pozner is threatening DC Clothesline, which reblogged the Huntingfororcs post, with \”legal action\” if the owner Dean Garrison doesn\’t take down the post. Pozner has Garrison\’s home address.

I reblogged the post on Fellowship of the Minds with this preface:

\”Note to Fellowship of the Minds‘ host: The images of documents published in this post are all in the public record:

    * Court documents: Lenny Pozner’s Civil Complaint & Demand For Jury Trial; defendant James Fetzer’s Request For Admissions.
    * The blog, SandyHookFacts.com.
    * Death certificates certified and issued by the State of Connecticut’s Registrar of Vital Records. Connecticut, like many U.S. states, regard death certificates as public documents, which anyone can request and obtain, for a fee.\”

  2. Here are two other conspiracies:
There is not enough CO2. The CO2 + H2O > sugar + O2 , these make up the things needed for (most) life on earth, powered by the sun energy in photosynthesis. It is ironic the “greens: are against CO2, when the “green” refers to the green in plants which is chlorophyll. The chlorophyll is in cells that are in the plant, but those cells are “inherited” by the plant, they are not “made” by the plant, these cells are like bacteria, they are still many bacteria (not in plants) too and they are making oxygen too.: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IjsolpOmvIo&t=150s
Gyro antigravity, I was shown it 1973 in university physics class. When you realise a spinning top does fall until it stops spinning, or you can easly stay vertical on a bike auntil the the wheels stop spinning, they are defying gravity via angular momentum: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeO91URF7dM&t=4s

  3. Dr. Fetzer and others have studied the four Noah Pozner death certificates that were passed out directly to various entities by Lenny Pozner.

The official state of Ct. certified copy of Noah Pozner’s death certificate, displayed as #5 document here, has a special role in these comparisons.

Having this #5 “real” or “official” document is important for comparison and showing that the four death certificates peddled by Lenny Pozner are fake documents that do not match the one official state certified death certificate. Lenny has been speaking and acting falsely and has been giving out fake electronic death certificates for several years.

(A death certificate is originated in the town and county in which the person died and then the county sends the death certificate, and only the county sends this, to the state of Connecticut agency that maintains all death certificate records for the state. That is the standard protocol for a death certificate.) I do not believe that standard official protocol is what has brought forward document #5, but document #5 has served well for comparison purposes to Lenny’s death certificates, documents #1 though #4, and that is mainly what it was needed for. We will probably never be able to prove or disprove the validity of document #5. We do see that the state of Ct. is now making a death certificate available on Noah Pozner.)

    *The title of this article,
Sandy Hook: Why are there 4 versions of Noah Pozner’s death certificate?.
is absolutely perfect and its mission has been successfully accomplished.

    Willy asks,

“has anyone questioned why it took over 6 years to issue a Death Certificate for the supposed Noah Posner??”

Yes, there have been many efforts, by Dr. Fetzer and others, over 6 years since December of 2012, to obtain the death certificates of all of the children and adults said to have been killed in the event including Noah Pozner. And all efforts were met with concerted blocking and denial of death certificates.

I would say the death certificates never existed because the deaths never happened. I can see why the state attorneys and Debbie Aurelia * would try to even have a state law passed to block release of the death certificates. They needed time to manufacture fake death certificates if somehow their blocking efforts fell through and needed to do so in a manner that would not blow the cover of the whole hoax operation and destroy the legal integrity of the state of Ct., the Ct. counties, and the Ct. towns.

“24. Why did Town Clerk Debbie Aurelia and Connecticut State Attorney Kevin Kane refuse to release the death certificates and the names of the “victims”? Why did Connecticut officials conspire to pass an unprecedented bill banning FOIA requests and access to death certificates and other information, normally part of the public record as a matter of course for centuries? Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy signed the bill on June 5th, 2013.”

  4. @Willy Waiting for what? I have already proven all that I need to prove. The onus is now on James Fetzer refute my evidence. If could, he would have already.

Why do you find fake names attached to blurry photos so convincing? Because Prof. Fetzer said so?

    1. Once again, you are using distraction, conveniently avoiding what I am waiting for…a notarized document stating you will pay Dr. Fetzer that money…..NOT a screen shot that the money is there which could be anyone’s money and easily faked.

  5. ……………..Mister Andy Kaufman’s gone wrestling (yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah)
Now, Andy did you hear about this one?
Tell me, are you locked in the punch?
Hey Andy, are you goofing on Elvis?
Hey baby, are we losing touch?

  6. Jim my wife won’t let me get our bank accounts tied up with websites etc, but I can give you an investment hint that I have money on. I lost money in the past and have a capital gains loss to prove it,.
I am no expert, so do your own research. Perhaps you can finance your court case with the profits.

I am no financial adviser, so any advice here is at your own peril. We have a firm called TPG, its code is TPM.asx (diferent to its name). It proposed a merger with Vodaphone Australia (owned by parent company and not on the ASX) and Hutchison HTA.asx who are already together. The ASX blocked the merger so far but on 9 May should finally make a decision (although they keep puttung the date further into the future, so they may change the date again (not clear on news info below)). I have the shares, and I am hopeful they will be allowed to merge and I hope the price of TPM.asx and HTA.asx will go through the roof. Just an idea for the hopefull, there is no certainty except “death & taxes”.

  7. Obtaining “Death Certificate #5, the certified copy of Noah Pozner’s death certificate that was issued by the State of Connecticut’s Registrar of Vital Records on March 20, 2019” was an important and substantive step forward for the defendants. This allowed comparison of the “real” #5 to the other four death certificates, all of which four were ostensibly originally conveyed by “Lenny Pozner”, and to show as differing materially and to show as fraudulent.

This should motivate the judge to act so as to motivate Lenny to drop the lawsuit even sooner than he probably had originally planned.

Though not at issue here, It very much appears that the State of Connecticut issued a fraudulent death certificate #5 and that this entire lawsuit has been a deliberate abuse and distortion of due process and justice in a court of law against the USA and its citizens.

  8. Aha! A vibrant comment section with a resident shill wasting people’s tme and everything!
THIS is what good discourse is supposed to be. Good for you Willy and Tony and Sheeple. Great to have you here.

HEADS UP. Dr. Eowyn (Fellowship Of The Minds) is under such attack from her website software providers that she is buckling under the strain (her words). They are after comment sections especially and have already messed with this one.

All thanks to Jim Fetzer for allowing our threads and comments. And for his tireless efforts.

  9. Mr Fetzer, why are you opposing the paternity test Pozner wants to do? Instead of opposing it, have the DNA of Michael and Reuben Vabner checked as well. Since you think Noah is really Michael and Lenny is Reuben, the DNA test should be what you want.

      1. Try clicking my name above.

I could take a cheap shot at your tech illiteracy, but I won’t.

      2. Cheap shots don’t phase me….I am elated to be as low tech as today’s world will allow.

      3. The fact that you have the money does not mean a thing. We need a legal document signed and notarized stating that money will be made available to Dr. Fetzer upon proof of his service. I’ll be waiting. I could take a cheap shot at your legal sense, but I won’t.

      4. You make it sound like posting a photo of a document is a lot of work. It isn’t. Unless you don’t have the document, in which case I suppose it is a tall order.

      5. I agree with Willy. Show us legitimate proof of funds Mikey or go back to eating your Life cereal. There are teenagers in Nigerian Internet cafes with enough tech literacy to make a Fidelity screenshot look like it contains hundreds of thousands of dollars. Anybody with any tech literacy and/or experience with Internet scammers knows that.

I suggest Mikey that you provide a notarized copy that might sanitize your account number but provides enough info to hold the notary accountable. Or even better… attorney attestation from a law firm that is prepared to forward a certificate of competent errors, omissions, and professional liability insurance upon request.

      6. in fact… Mickey’s child-like cheap-shots on Fetzer, the fact that he’s using a free domain name for something he wants respect for as respectable truth, and the fact that he’s not spending any time compiling/publishing any intelligent data that contradicts Fetzer’s posts… hints that his IQ is way down there with Nigeria’s world rankings for IQ… right? It’s not rocket science…

    1. In regards to male pattern baldness in families… my father lost of lot of his hair in his late 30s. And while my face and flat/duck feet are very much like my father and his father… I am in my 50s and still have significantly more hair than both of my younger brothers. Genetics can often be a funny thing because not all offspring follow exactly that of their parents.

    2. Oh MIchael, Michael. I join all my fellow Fetzer fans in thanking you for wasting your time here. Who knows what other mischief and satanic support you would be providing if you weren’t acting as if your strange attempts to distract Dr. Fetzer will pay off.
Jim, don’t give this clown a second glance. We, your comment soldiers, will waste our time bantering and replying and making clear what a total loser he is.
      Your time is too valuable.
Tally Ho, Fetzer Fans! Once more, into the breach!

      1. Hi Willy! I can’t quite get a link in, but if you go to 153 news dot net and search for Activist Angel, go to the 29th radio show. I gave you and Toni a shout out, and I think the show was great. Had a lot of great debate with Jim. Hope you like it and comment.

      2. Purposo….Was it Yogi Berra who said “this is Deja Vu all over again….
        Or maybe Dylan who penned:
An’ here I sit so patiently
Waiting to find out what price
You have to pay to get out of
Going through all these things twice…

In any case, thanks again for helping us out on this blog!

      3. I should add that Fetzer’s Raw Deal schedule is in the menu on the left….and that was a great show on 3/29…

  10. Thank you Doctor Fetzer . You are a true hero Stand tall there are way more people behind you than you would ever know !

The amount of evidence that Sandy Hook was a false flag is staggering .

Multiple photos lack of documentation. There could not have been a more poorly executed false flag .

I’ll testify right there with you sir ! Will be doing some donating today

    God bless you !

  11. Why did many people from the Jewish Greenberg- -Sexton clan appear at the Sandy Hook event? Most of them live in Florida and Canada…..not Sandy Hook.

The millionaire Godfather of the Greenberg clan lives in Israel.

This family has a history of involvement in other hoaxes. They seem to always be playing some role that does not reflect their real identity.

White haired Michael Greenberg played several parts in the Sandy Hook saga. He constantly changed his hair style and added cotton inside his cheeks to change how he looked.

      1. Hey, Bobaloo, take care of your own house and don’t be concerned over Stepahnie’s. This article is about the 5 versions of NP’s birth certificate. Stop the detour..

      2. I have asked her about elsewhere, yet she still keeps the article up. Despite it’s being debunked..

    1. How long you been shouting about Fetzer’s military service?
Long enough to make a FOIA request and get the answer yourself?

If you are so convinced that James Fetzer is a fake and has stolen honor from the USMC, why are you so eager to take his word for anything?

Get that FOIA now! It’s your duty, Michael Lewis.

      1. A FOIA is pointless when you know the document does not exist. The evidence that James Fetzer never served in the US military is conclusive.

What I’d really like is for him to simply come clean about it. His reluctance is disappointing.

      2. All that is pointless are your comments if you are not willing to back them up with your OWN DOCUMENTED research. Do you think a claim such as your would be allowed as evidence in a court of law without documents that support your claim? YOU are making the accusation. Ir’s up to YOU to provide proof.

      3. Er, no.

It is Fetzer who claims he served. It is Fetzer who must document his service. With something real, not with random photos of strangers.

      4. Dr. Fetzer was also born and has lived. Do you need evidence for that?

Again, it is YOU who have made the claim. If the Dr. said, “I am alive”….YOU would have to prove otherwise.

And as far as I can tell, he’s given you ample evidence of his service.

I served and I have no need to provide evidence to anyone.

      5. By the way, Michael Lewis, I would like you to provide documentation that the funds you say are available for Dr. Fetzer are indeed available.

      6. Conclusive! You’re the only one questioning it! Without evidence, as Willy points out.

What about the following am I too stupid to understand, Michael Lewis?
“FOIA and Official Military Personnel Files (OMPF)
“The public has access to certain military service information without the veteran’s authorization… Examples of information which may be available from Federal (non-archival) Official Military Personnel Files (OMPF) without an unwarranted invasion of privacy include:
        Name
        Service Number
        Dates of Service
        Branch of Service
        Final Duty Status
        Final Rank
        Salary *
        Assignments and Geographical Locations
        Source of Commission *
        Military Education Level
        Promotion Sequence Number *
Awards and decorations (eligibility only, not actual medals)
        Photograph
        Transcript of Courts-Martial Trials
        Place of entrance and separation

        xxxxxhttps://www.archives.gov/personnel-records-center/foia-infoxxxxx

      7. I would also like to see his birth certificate, drivers license, social security card, passport, credit score et al..

      8. Take your straw man and cram him…..you sound like the prototypical idiot trolling fool.

      9. I received GI Bill money for college but was never in the military? How did I do it, Michael Lewis?

    2. I believe doctor Fetzer already answered and proved his military service in a prior post .

Search threw the site and you’ll see multiple evidences.

I also believe there is a book with photographs as well substantial evidences indeed .

      Cheers

    3. I cannot speak for James, but i can for myself and my DD-214. I only served in the USMC for two years…\’65-67….and if I had not made copies of that document when it was legible, I would be out of luck now…because of it\’s age, it is virtually illegible.
As Toni has said, IF you were serious and not here to just disrupt and distract, you would have long ago filed a request.

      1. Even someone who has served with a Dishonorable Discharge has a DD-214.

The DD-214 is personal and private to the individual. There is no Law that says anyone must show the public their DD-214.

Certain but not all military records are available to the General Public after 62 years.

When I left the military I took my original DD-214 and replaced it with a copy I made….I also made a copy of my Change of Name form. I used to have a different name before I joined the military. On day-one of my military service I had a new name.

    4. @Michael Lewis:

You’re using a non sequitur (questioning Fetzer’s military service) to divert attention from what this post is about, which is about the different versions of Noah’s death certificates when there should be only one.

    1. Where different offices each seem to publish death certificates, Newtown Town clerks and Connecticut State (named) and perhaps others (unknown), it may just be that they have different formats for their certificates. In fact insofar as the Newtown and Connecticut certificates differ, we know that they do in this case. The question then is: do they always differ in format? If they are usually different from each other and in the same ways different, there is no issue here.

      1. You can bet that if Fetzer is right about Sandy Hook (as he\’s right about the holo, 9/11 and Boston, but this is an issue I haven\’t examined closely), then every office that ever issues death certificates will be able to provide evidence of varied certificate formats including Pozner\’s and make this a non-issue now that Fetzer has publicly notified them.

      2. “You can bet that if Fetzer is right about Sandy Hook …, then every office that ever issues death certificates will be able to provide evidence of varied certificate formats including Pozner\’s and make this a non-issue now that Fetzer has publicly notified them.”

Your suggestion is what is a non-issue.

It is good to put this information out in this clear way at this time to those of us closely watching this case. I trust the plan.

“Varied certificate formats” could never make Dr. Fetzer’s observations a non-issue. (The contents for the fields or boxes on the form is the right and obvious focus of Dr. Fetzer et al.)

I see a few variances in the fields in the way they are laid out or placed on the form with #1 through #4 but I regard #5 as the ONE death certificate that was officially submitted by the county to the state and received by and certified by the State of Connecticut’s Registrar of Vital Records on March 20, 2019 (Elizabeth Frugale). The state Registrar does not provide official certification and affix the seal to more than one certificate on the same person.

It is highly unlikely that a county would officially submit more than one certificate on the same person to the state. (It would not even be what could be called a “mistake” if ever two certificates on the same person with each certificate being on a different form – that would be blatant fraud.)

It is even more unlikely that the state registrar would not have tight internal controls that would prevent official certification and seal to be placed on more than one certificate on the same person, should in the rare case two death certificates on the same person would be received by the state.

      3. Excellent point, DachsieLady.

I notice HuntingForOrcs had amended its post with this addition that directly addresses your point:

“In the United States, a standard model death certificate was developed around 1910, in the interest of uniformity and consistency in record keeping. As Lawrence K. Altman, M.D., wrote in the New York Times on July 1, 2013:
