We are told that on the morning of December 14, 2012, a lone gunman named Adam Lanza entered the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT, shot and killed 20 first-grade students and 6 adults, then shot himself dead in the back of his head.
ADAM LANZA’S DECEMBER 13, 2012 DATE-OF-DEATH
One of the many anomalies about Sandy Hook is Adam Lanza’s date of death.
As I had first reported, on January 20, 2013, I went on GenealogyBank.com and confirmed a net rumor that Adam Lanza’s Social Security Death Index (SSDI) was listed as December 13, 2012 — a day before the shooting massacre.
Belows is a screenshot I took of the SSDI record on GenealogyBank.com as proof, in case the site scrubs the page. Note that I underlined in red “Date of Death Thursday, December 13, 2012” and painted the red arrow pointing to the time (2:29 PM) and date (1/20/2013) when I took the screenshot.
The information of Lanza’s strange 12/13/2012 SSDI went viral in the Alternative Media.
13 days later, on February 2, 2013, I discovered that GenealogyBank.com had changed Adam Lanza’s SSDI from December 13 to December 14, 2012. However, another genealogy website, Ancestry.com, was slower on the take and still had Lanza’s SSDI as Dec. 13, 2012.
But it’s not just genealogy websites. John Greenewald, Jr., of the website The Black Vault, obtained a Statement of Death by the Funeral Director for Adam Lanza, which also shows Lanza’s date-of-death as December 13, 2012. Greenewald explains:
As part of the research effort, The Black Vault filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for all documents relating to Adam P. Lanza, his death, and the social security record. Almost two months later, a response was received.
The Social Security Administration sent Greenewald two pages, both statements of death for Lanza by the funeral director.
The first, dated 1/15/13, showed Adam P. Lanza’s death occurred on 12/13/12; the day prior to the shooting. The second document, dated 1/24/13, showed Lanza’s death as 12/14/12, with a handwritten statement at the top, “Amended 1/24/13” and the initials “SMO.”

Stranger still, the FBI‘s web page on “Active Shooter Resources” also has the Sandy Hook school shooting — and thus, the date-of-death of Adam Lanza and the 26 people he shot at the school — as December 13, 2013.

Lastly, let us not forget that according to the FBI’s own crime statistics, no one died in Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 13 or December 14, 2012.
The FBI records crime statistics (“offenses known to law enforcement”), including homicides, for every state of the United States. This is what the FBI says about its “Crime in the United States” data:

This is how the FBI describes the methodology of its Uniform Crime Reporting Program:
UCR Programs gather crime information from the law enforcement agencies under their domain and forward the data to the FBI. Forty-seven states in the nation have their own UCR Programs that streamline the collection of UCR data from local law enforcement agencies, ensure consistency and comparability of data, and provide a higher quality of service to the law enforcement community. Establishment of a UCR Program is not limited to state governments. Territorial, tribal, and federal agencies may also institute UCR Programs. Agencies in states without a program, i.e., direct contributors, submit their crime statistics directly to the FBI, which provides continuous guidance and support to those participating agencies.
In other words, the FBI obtains its crime statistics for Newtown, Connecticut, from the city’s law enforcement agency, i.e., the Newtown police.
Table 8 of the FBI’s Crime in the United States 2012 is for the state of Connecticut. As you can see in the screenshot below, which I had taken this morning, January 18, 2019, more than seven years after the Sandy Hook school shooting, Table 8 still shows zero (0) “murder and nonnegligent manslaughter” for the city of Newtown, CT, in the year 2012.

A Dane County judge on Monday found A LONGTIME CONSPIRACY THEORIST living in the village of Oregon, along with his co-defendant, DEFAMED the FATHER OF A VICTIM of the Sandy Hook massacre and allowed a trial for damages against the men to move ahead.
James Fetzer, of Oregon, and Mike Palecek, of Saginaw, Michigan, edited the 2016 edition of the book “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook,” which alleges Leonard Pozner circulated a fraudulent copy of his son Noah Pozner’s death certificate. Fetzer also co-authored a chapter in the book and has repeated in his blog the claim that Leonard Pozner circulated a fake death certificate for his son.
Noah Pozner, at age 6, was the youngest VICTIM of the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School SHOOTINGS that left 27 PEOPLE DEAD. Fetzer, a professor emeritus of philosophy from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, claims the MASSACRE never happened but was instead an event staged by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of an Obama administration effort to enact greater gun restrictions.

According to that last Raw Deal show on June 12, a “natural person” who goes by the name of Leonard Pozner did actually show up in Madison Wisconsin to give his deposition. Dr. Fetzer said he also was able to ask questions directly to that “natural person.” (A “natural person” just means that a real live breathing human being.)
I do not know what court rules are, but depositions have to be taken in an official manner DIRECTLY from the person being deposed. I understand this also can be done on video but still the interrogator, or whatever you call the person who is asking questions for the record of the person being deposed, must be face to face during the deposition, but the deposition does not necessarily have to take place where the court proceedings are held.
I do not know if the plaintiff “Leonard Pozner” is under any legal obligation to show up in court for the part of the proceedings that took place today, June 17, 2019. It may not have been a legal requirement and since LP has a formidable legal team, it would be best for LP not to show if not legally required to show.
We still have absolutely no proof that the person going by the name of Leonard Pozner as the person giving the deposition, on a recent but unknown by me exact date, is legally provable to be the same person.
Fetzer says he has evidence that Pozner is really Rueben Vabner. Should be easy to prove in court, IF he has the evidence.

Neither do I know if Pozner was required to be there today, but according to what I found he was not….very similar to what went on in the Halbig case until he had to show up …and that’s when he dropped the case.

I just find it strange the documents are not available online and wonder how true that is in other courts in this digital age.

I do not know for sure that that deposition was on the 12 th but maybe you have the document that proves that date.
No, Dr. Fetzer said on the Raw Deal radio show that he did on Wenesday the 12th were in person, not via telephone.

Keep in mind that Dr. Fetzer resides in Madison – Village of Oregon, Dane County, Wisconsin and that he is acting pro se in the case now.
Even though MIke Palacek , is the other defendant and lives in Sagninaw County, I presume that the choice was made for Madison because Dr. Fetzer is the main defendant.
Wrongs Without Wremedies, publisher of Moon Rock Books, was dropped or dismissed from the case a while back so there are only two defendants.

I understood Dr. Fetzer to say on a recent radio broadcast that he had requested and received the death certificate with the state seal certification on Adam Lanza directly from the State of Connecticut – Registrar of Vital Records. It would be interesting to see an assessment of a forensic documents examiner on that document. (There appears to be more strong evidence that the State of Connecticut is issuing documents that show strong evidence of fabrication and falsity on Noah Pozner and perhaps other iindividuals said to have been killed related to this Sandy Hook / Newtown Connecticut event.)
The entire State of Connecticut has shown themselves as a highly corrupt entity at all levels of that state’s governmental officers and agencies since 12-14-12 Sandy Hook event.
I noticed Attorney General William Barr appointed John H. Durham to investigate the origins of the Russia probe related to President Trump. Mr. Durham is referred to as a “bull dog” prosecutor with a record for integrity and a long history of employment with the U.S. Justice Department in the District of Connecticut.
John Durham served as counsel to the U.S. Attorney David B. Fein for District of Connecticut in the year 2012. (Mr. Fein resigned from his position in April of 2013 to enter private practice.) That makes Mr. Durham having had close connection to the Sandy Hook School Shooting event.

Dacshie….I downloaded a massive amount of info on Fetzer’s case regarding the forensic evidence that was filed most recently in Dane County, Wisconsin. In retrospect, it would probably been more appropriate to put them on this article. The Dr. will be giving his oral arguments to the same court on Monday, June 17th. I was able to load most of the documents with affidavits and declarations from the 3 forensic examiners involved. It was a labor of love, as the process to convert all the pages from pdf to jpg was quite frankly a huge pain in the arse for a non-tech as myself. I did my best considering they constantly crashed (as they always do) the tabs…at least 20 times as I was downloading the pages. The print is small because of the blog limitations and the conversion process, but they can be seen by saving them to file and enlarging them. I wish I could have done better, but as low tech as I am, I did my best.

The only document I could not load because of the ongoing crashes was Wickstrom’s examination docs. They would have been another 20 pages. IF I can get to them today, I will….BUT, the Dr. has said he will likely provide all this sometime soon after his oral argument on Monday.
I’ve been checking the Dane County courthouse site (as when Halbig had his case in Florida, I was able to access them online) for these docs, but have had no luck so far. They seem to have a timeline of the process, but no actual link to any documents.

Appreciate your document postings. I am low- tech too. I save the doc that says A P Robertson at the top and I know that is the name of one of the three document examiners possible witnesses for pro-se litigant James Fetzer. However I tried to grab the edges and enlarge the doc that way but still too fuzzy to read.

I am concentrating on false events on U.S. soil in the last 70 years and particularly on Sandy Hook event. Looks like disposition and judgment on the case could take place as soon as June 17 2019, tomorrow, or maybe soon thereafter. Otherwise the case could go to trial and that starts in September.

But, I was actually looking for the filings themselves so they would be more readable on this blog…..very easy to access in the Halbig case in Florida, but I guess Wisconsin has a lesser accessibility.
Since the site states ‘argumentS’, I would assume Pozner will be giving his….but I have to wonder if it will be through his legion of lawyers or his actual LIVE person…If I was to hazard a guess, he will not actually be present.
