Dean Ryan of RealDealMedia.TV had the inspiration for two of the most prominent figures in the 9/11 Truth movement–Jim Fetzer, Ph.D., who founded Scholars for 9/11 Truth in 2005; and Richard Gage, AIA, who founded Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth in 2006–to debate their respective positions. Richard negotiated to give a 1.5 hour presentation of his own first (on Tuesday, 2 September 2025), for me to give a 1.5 hour presentation (on Thursday, 4 September 2025), and for the discussion/debate to take place on Saturday, 6 September 2025. Dean Ryan Presents Debate Night 1: Richard Gage, AIA,  9/11: How the WTC was Destroyed (2 September 2025)

As Part 1 of 3, Richard Gage, founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, presented a 1.5 hour lecture on the conclusions he and his colleagues have drawn about the destruction of WTC-7 and of WTC-1 (North Tower) and of WTC-2 (South Tower). He explained why he is convinced that the demolition of WTC-7 (“Building 7”) was a classic controlled demolition and that the North and South Towers were brought down using nanothermite and conventional explosives, rejecting appeals to Directed Energy Weapons (Judy Wood) or to mini-nukes (Jim Fetzer). Dean Ryan Presents Debate Night 2: Jim Fetzer. Ph.D., 9/11: A Made-for-TV-Movie? (4 September 2025)

Part 2 of 3: Jim Fetzer, Ph.D., founder of Scholars for 9/11 Truth, explains how we know all four of the 9/11 crash sites were fabricated and faked (albeit in different ways, where Flights 11 and 77 were not even in the air that day and Flights 93 and 175 were still in the air after having “officially” crashed; how the Twin Towers cannot have been taken down by nano-thermite (which is a feeble explosive with only 1/13 the explosive force of TNT) and that Judy Wood’s DEWs cannot have been used (because the towers were Faraday Cages making that impossible), where it was done using mini nukes in the subbasements to destroy the inner tubes from the bottom up and the outer tubes from the top down. Violations of the laws of physics and of aerodynamics prove this was a made-for-TV-movie.

Dean Ryan Presents The 9/11 Debate: Jim Fetzer vs. Richard Gage (6 September 2025)

The culmination of a week where Richard Gage presented his views on Tuesday, 2 September 2025 and Jim Fetzer his on Thursday, 4 September 2025) came on Saturday, 6 September 2025 with an extremely cordial and mutually respectful exchange between them. Richard has not done serious research on the planes/no planes issue, but did his best to uphold the theory that real planes hit the Twin Towers on 9/11. He argued for the use of nano-thermite and conventional explosives to destroy the towers, where Jim explained that, had that been the case, there should have been 13.5 floors of debris–but it wasn’t there! Richard cited the engine at Church & Murray, some plane parts found on the roof of a nearby building, and a landing gear found wedged between two buildings, which Jim regards as props provided as part of a Made-for-TV- Movie. Watching all three presentations provides you with a mountain of information about 9/11 but still leaves room for argument and dispute.
