President Donald Trump’s legal team is planning on filing retooled lawsuits, his lawyer said Saturday.
“We move immediately, seamlessly, to plan B, which is to bring lawsuits now in each one of the states. We had them ready. They’re just a version of the one that was brought in the Supreme Court. So last night, the president made the decision,” Rudy Giuliani said during an appearance on “War Room: Pandemic.”
Texas filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan, alleging the elections there were run contrary to the Constitution. The nation’s top court rejected the suit late Friday.
Trump’s team is going to file suits or has already filed in the four states as well as Arizona and Nevada. The suits will incorporate allegations in the complaint filed by Texas.
“If the state doesn’t have standing, surely the president of the United States has standing. And certainly the electors in the states have standing. So they will be bringing those very cases right in those courts, starting today,” Giuliani said. “And let’s see what excuse they can try to use to avoid having a hearing on that.”
Courts have been using the matter of standing to dodge facing the facts, he alleged, adding, “Nobody wants to face the reality that this election was stolen.”
“This is outrageous what they’re doing. The American people should have the benefit of hearing these facts … The facts have been kept from them,” he continued.
“Not a single court decision has had a hearing yet. They haven’t heard from a single witness. They haven’t looked at a single tape. They haven’t listened to a single recording. There are thousands of them. They haven’t even bothered to look at the tape in Atlanta, Georgia, which is dispositive. It shows an ongoing voter theft of 30,000 votes, enough to change the election.”
Dozens of election-related lawsuits filed by Trump and others have been rejected in courts. Some were appealed. Other suits are still being decided.
Surveillance footage from State Farm Arena showed poll observers being led to believe that ballot counting was ending around 10:30 p.m. on election night. Once observers and media left, a handful of workers resumed counting, the footage showed.
Georgia officials have claimed nothing in the video was irregular, concluding observers “simply left on their own” while ignoring a verbal announcement that the counting was done for the night.
According to certified counts in Georgia and the other five battleground states where election results are contested, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden beat Trump. Trump won all but Nevada in 2016. Biden’s team didn’t respond to a request for comment.
“Just had a very nice meeting with Attorney General Bill Barr at the White House. Our relationship has been a very good one, he has done an outstanding job! As per letter, Bill will be leaving just before Christmas to spend the holidays with his family,” Trump tweeted.
Gee, I wonder if Fauci will be leaving?
What about Birx?
Steve Mnuchin?
Jared Kuchner?
By the way, who hired these clowns to begin with?
Oh yes, 5D Chess Grand Master Donald Trump!
It’s been a great four years!
Frequently appearing on lists of “Trump’s Accomplishments” are his additions to the Supreme Court!
Note for the record that all three of those clowns voted against him (and us) this week.
LOL
By the way, where are all the arrests?
——- some of which Jew insider Steve Pieczenick claims have already taken place?
Notes on the Antrim County hearing from Larry Johnson:
Fully Exposed–The Dominion Plot to Defraud the American Voters and President Trump
I will put this simply–Donald Trump is the duly elected President of the United States. Not Joe Biden.
Thanks to a brave judge in Michigan, we now have indisputable, concrete evidence that the votes tabulated in any county or jurisdiction in the United States using electronic voting machines supplied by Dominion Voting Systems Corporation were tainted and the audit trail required to prove the integrity of those machines has been erased.
You can (and you should) read the damning results of the forensic investigation of the Dominion Voting System machines used in Antrim County, Michigan. Here are the key facts from this investigation:
•
o The machine tabulated results reported on November 3, 2020 show there were 12,423 votes for President–with Joe Biden receiving 7,769 and Donald Trump garnering 4,509. The machine count for 3 November shows that only 56% of the registered voters cast a ballot for President. But a subsequent tabulation three weeks later (21 November) put Trump on top with 9,748 votes to Biden’s 5,960. The total votes for President increased by 3,526 and the turnout approached 73%.
o A staggering number of the ballots cast in Antrim required ADJUDICATION. The Dominion system classifies ballots into two categories, 1) normal ballots and 2) adjudicated ballots. Ballots sent to adjudication can be altered by administrators, and adjudication files can be moved between different Results Tally and Reporting (RTR) terminals with no audit trail of which administrator actually adjudicates (i.e. votes) the ballot batch.
o In Central Lake Township, for example, 81.96% of the 1,491 total ballots cast were adjudicated, which means that the decision about who received the vote was made by election personnel.
o All the ADJUDICATION logs for the November 2020 election cycle are missing while the files for previous years still exist. The lack of current records prevents any form of audit accountability.
o All server security logs prior to 11:03 pm on November 4, 2020 are missing. This means that all security logs for the day after the election, on election day, and prior to election day are gone. These logs contain domain controls, authentication failures, error codes, times users logged on and off, network connections to file servers between file accesses, internet connections, times, and data transfers.
o An unauthorized user unsuccessfully attempted to zero out election results on November 21, 2020.
o The Election Event Designer Log shows that Dominion Image Cast Precinct Cards were programmed with new ballot programming on 10/23/2020 and then again after the election on 11/05/2020. Specifically, the Central Lake Township tabulator tape totals were significantly altered by utilizing two different program versions (10/23/2020 and 11/05/2020), both of which were software changes during an election–a clear violation of election law.
o Antrim County used two software packages with the Dominion machines–one counted actual votes (i.e. tabulated) and the other CALCULATED ballot totals.
o The tabulator tape totals prove there were large numbers of votes switched from the November 3, 2020 tape to the November 6, 2020 tape. This was solely based on using different software versions of the operating program to calculate votes.
o A high “error rate” in the election software (in this case 68.05%) means an algorithm was used that weighted one candidate greater than another (for instance, weight a specific candidate at a 2/3 to approximately 1/3 ratio). The Antrim logs show that the RCV or Ranked Choice Voting Algorithm was enabled (see image below from the Dominion manual), which allows the user to apply a weighted numerical value to candidates and change the overall result.
o The Dominion voting machines used in Antrim County are used in 48 other Michigan counties, which calls into question the entire results of the Presidential election.
This is not a conspiracy theory. The report presents and explains verifiable facts. The Dominion voting systems were used to manipulate the results reported for the Presidential election and other issues on the ballot in 2020 in Antrim County, Michigan. The hardware and software used in Antrim are not unique to that location. The Dominion system used in Michigan is used across the United States.
The nature of the fraud is illustrated in the results reported in the Ellsworth School Board election in Antrim County. On November 3, 2020, the Dominion machines reported 663 votes (this was the calculated result). Two days later the actual votes were tabulated–only 3 people voted for two different candidates for a total of six votes. The disappearance of 657 votes is not “human error.” That is machine manipulation. It happened to the school board and it happened to Donald Trump.
It is now imperative that Republican legislators and voters in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada demand a full forensic audit of the Dominion systems. This is widespread fraud and it is up to the people to demand that there be an accounting.

Late reply…I found this quite accidentally. Here’s the essence for me: (and it ALWAYS has been)
This is widespread fraud and it is UP TO THE PEOPLE to demand that there be an accounting.
…That is the way it’s always been. We easily ignore it because it means taking some action. Even the most placated among us are now realizing we cannot depend upon others (that includes Trump) to fix our problems. It always has been up to us and yet we fail time and time again to step up. It’s almost a genetic flaw. Those powers know that and will use it against is at every opportunity. Now they will use it in the final stage to bring down the United States of America,
Will we allow this ? Will we still sit? Will we still type? Will we continue to wait for some outside force to save us or WILL WE STEP UP AND SAVE OURSELVES? BLM and ANTIFA stepped up and as much as we all despised their methods, they got results. ARE WE LESS THAN those terrorist organizations funded by Soros or are we MORE and BETTER???
Be careful how you answer. Quite literally, your life is at stake.
RE: Raw Deal 14 Dec 2020
I can’t agree with Dr. Fetzer’s position that the American people will violently resist this tyranny.
The vast majority of the population is too lazy and mind controlled to engage in violence.
The police are too stupid to recognize any self interest in opposing the state; they think they are going to get their big pensions.
The military, just like everything else, is controlled at the upper levels.
Even if a small cadre of determined patriots decided to take action, they would face the military.
RE: Raw Deal 14 Dec 2020
Paul has it exactly right.
It’s not the Russians. And it’s not the Chinese.
And until people figure out who is responsible for all this treason and treachery, and act accordingly, we are lost.

To everyone here who contributes regularly…Toni and myself have been looking into using the Discus comment system. It has much better continuity than what we have now and would take some burden off Fetz, but would cost about 9 bucks a month……a few of us might be glad to contribute to help out the Dr……See what you think and please give us some feedback….especially from Dr. Fetzer.
https://disqus.com/pricing/
Discus has ads which the site owner used to be able to turn off for free but recently lost that capability. It may cost a lot to disable the ads. Like as much as a Netflix subscription which is 13 bucks a month. That’s more than discus costs in the first place.
The thing for me is that I’m suspicious that Discus is an info gathering outfit that sells commenters’ info. The ads discus puts up are based on users’ specific interests and engagement. That means commenters are being tracked, right? Tracked from site to site. A company like this is in business to collect this info in order to sell it. The whole commenting thing is kind of an aside. They’re really selling ads. That we pay them to collect this information which is sold to advertise back to us, with Discus getting paid from both sides, seems kind of sleazy to me. Not to mention the issue of privacy.
Also, they eagerly offer shadowbanning. “Ban users without them even knowing!” they exclaim. That’s an indication of character, right there.
So there are other things you can do for commenting systems, including cobbling together free plugins to achieve the functionality you want. I think any commenting system is more complicated than you might think.
Here’s a good overall article about Discus that includes an overview of the product, its pros and cons, and the whole charging to disable ads issue.

Here’s an article by a guy who took down discus at the request of his frustrated commenters. They had trouble with simply logging in. He has a guide for setting up a non-discus comment system that he uses now.
https://www.rebootauthentic.com/blog/disqus-comments-pull-plug
And here’s an article by a guy who dropped discus for the privacy issue. He would turn off the ads, but then he realized that his readers were still being tracked. He was enlightened when he heard the general manager of discus advertising say, “We have the largest and deepest audience profiles on the web.”

I LIKE HAVING YOU HERE. Sorry for occasional delays. Involved in many projects. Hope you hang in here.
Not a criticism of you, sir. More like frustration with the system. I’m sure regular users on sites around the world voice the same complaints.
It seems like a big job to cobble together a comment system that would be perfect. There is a guide to doing it, that I linked to in my comment above. Perhaps someone will volunteer.
Dr….I fear you took that post the wrong way. I’m just looking for a way to enhance the comment system. I understand you’re a very busy man. We are actually looking for ways to make it easier on you and us. This blog is one of the few places anyone can go and express themselves (within fair limits) and not be concerned about censorship. As most here know, I am pretty low tech, so I have no idea what it would take to improve the comment system. I have no intention of leaving. Toni did some great research. Maybe someone else here has more input. And with what is going on now in this country and world, this may be a low priority….just something to consider. Ideas from all who post here on a regular basis would be very helpful.
Looks like the clincher to me. Revolution or resolution….we’ll know soon enough!

Trump has the ability, the right and the DUTY to use the military to stop the coup.
Will Trump use the military? Of course not.

Andrew Jackson in the picture behind Trump.
Is it symbolic ? Any parallels ? Is Trump signalling something ?
During Andrew Jackson’s presidency a disagreement between two banking groups, as to what sort of banking and monetary system the United States should have, bubbled to the surface.
One banking group openly waged war against Andrew Jackson. The other banking group quietly supported Andrew Jackson.

American Pie, Pt. 1
Don McLean
A long, long time ago
I can still remember how that music
Used to make me smile
And I knew if I had my chance
That I could make those people dance
And maybe they’d be happy for a while
But February made me shiver
With every paper I’d deliver
Bad news on the doorstep
I couldn’t take one more step
I can’t remember if I cried
When I read about his widowed bride
Something touched me deep inside
The day the music died
So, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
And them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die
This’ll be the day that I die”
Did you write the book of love
And do you have faith in God above
If the Bible tells you so?
Now, do you believe in rock ‘n’ roll
Can music save your mortal soul
And can you teach me how to dance real slow?
Well, I know that you’re in love with him
‘Cause I saw you dancin’ in the gym
You both kicked off your shoes
Man, I dig those rhythm and blues
I was a lonely teenage bronckin’ buck
With a pink carnation and a pickup truck
But I knew I was out of luck
The day the music died
I started singin’, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
Them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die
This’ll be the day that I die”
Now, for ten years we’ve been on our own
And moss grows fat on a rollin’ stone
But that’s not how it used to be
When the jester sang for the king and queen
In a coat he borrowed from James Dean
And a voice that came from you and me
Oh, and while the king was looking down
The jester stole his thorny crown
The courtroom was adjourned
No verdict was returned
And while Lenin read a book on Marx
A quartet practiced in the park
And we sang dirges in the dark
The day the music died
We were singin’, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
Them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die
This’ll be the day that I die”
Helter skelter in a summer swelter
The birds flew off with a fallout shelter
Eight miles high and falling fast
It landed foul on the grass
The players tried for a forward pass
With the jester on the sidelines in a cast
Now, the halftime air was sweet perfume
While sergeants played a marching tune
We all got up to dance
Oh, but we never got the chance
‘Cause the players tried to take the field
The marching band refused to yield
Do you recall what was revealed
The day the music died?
We started singin’, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
Them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die
This’ll be the day that I die”
Oh, and there we were all in one place
A generation lost in space
With no time left to start again
So, come on, Jack be nimble, Jack be quick
Jack Flash sat on a candlestick
‘Cause fire is the Devil’s only friend
Oh, and as I watched him on the stage
My hands were clenched in fists of rage
No angel born in Hell
Could break that Satan spell
And as the flames climbed high into the night
To light the sacrificial rite
I saw Satan laughing with delight
The day the music died
He was singin’, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
Them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die
This’ll be the day that I die”
I met a girl who sang the blues
And I asked her for some happy news
But she just smiled and turned away
I went down to the sacred store
Where I’d heard the music years before
But the man there said the music wouldn’t play
And in the streets the children screamed
The lovers cried, and the poets dreamed
But not a word was spoken
The church bells all were broken
And the three men I admire most
The Father, Son and the Holy Ghost
They caught the last train for the coast
The day the music died
And they were singin’, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
And them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die
This’ll be the day that I die”
They were singin’, bye-bye, Miss American Pie
Drove my Chevy to the levee, but the levee was dry
Them good ol’ boys were drinkin’ whiskey and rye
Singin’, “This’ll be the day that I die”

AMERICAN PIE
Don McLean wrote the song “American Pie” in 1971. What do the Lyrics mean?
Verse 1
A long, long time ago…
American Pie was written in 1971 and the time McLean is going to talk about is the 1950’s. This seems
like a long time ago ’cause of all the turmoil that occurred in the 60’s.
I can still remember how that music used to make me smile.
McLean’s favorite music was that of the 50’s.
And I knew if I had my chance, that I could make those people dance, and maybe they’d be happy for a while.
In the 50’s, the major purpose of music was for dancing (sock hops). He wanted to play rock & roll so people could have a good time.
But February made me shiver
Buddy Holly died on February 3, 1959 in a plane crash in Iowa. He was McLean’s hero.
With every paper I’d deliver
Donny boy’s only other job besides songwriting was a paper boy.
Bad news on the doorstep, I couldn’t take one more step
This story was obviously on the frickn’ front page and made McLean freeze in his tracks.
I can’t remember if I cried
He can’t remember if he cried.
When I read about his widowed bride
Holly’s wife was pregnant when the accident occurred and soon after had a miscarriage.
But something touched me deep inside
I don’t even wanna know!
The day the music died.
The crash took the lives of three current rock legends: Holly, Richie Valens and the Big Bopper, so now Feb. 3, 1959 is called “The day the music died.” The music that died is considered the standard rock & roll songs. The crash was the final blow («–keyword) to this music ’cause these three were that only major artists left. Elvis was drafted, Little Richard (or “Little Dick”) turned gospel, and Chuck Berry was arrested for screwin’ a prostitute.
Verse 2
Did you write the book of love?
“The Book of Love” was a hit in 1968 by the Monotones.
And do you have faith in God above, if the Bible tells you so?
In 1955, Don Cornell wrote “The Bible Tells Me So” and there is a Sunday School song “Jesus Loves Me,” with the line “For the Bible tells me so.”
Now do you believe in rock & roll?
This is from the great song “Do You Believe in Magic?” by the Lovin’ Spoonful, written by John Sebastin in 1965. One of the lines is like trying to teach a stranger ’bout rock & roll,” and another is “the magic’s in the music and the music’s in me.” The “magic” this Johnny was talking about is the ability of a song to stick in your head. Often times songs bring back memories of the past, this is what the magic is. This magic is especially in rock & roll, ’cause you experience it without thinking about it or trying to analyze the bloody lyrics (like some asshole is right now). Another lyric is “so just blow your mind.” (Don’t think about it).
Can music save your mortal soul?
Given all that, can music help you get though life? I’m sorry I can’t answer that. All of these questions ask about life and if God exists.
And, can you teach me how to dance real slow?
Dancing in the 50’s wasn’t like it is today. If you danced with someone, you then were committed to them.
Now I know that you’re in love with him, ’cause I saw you dancing in the gym.
Like I said, dancing was serious shit. McLean caught his love cheating on him.
You both kicked off your shoes
Reference to a “sock hop.”
Man, I dig those rhythm and blues
He’s depressed, and you listen to that kinda of music. There’s a style of music for every feeling.
I was a lonely teenage broncin’ buck
ummmm…..yeah, so was I……
With a pink carnation and a pickup truck
A pickup truck was a symbol of sexual freedom (and it rhymes with “buck” and “luck”), and Marty Robbins had a hit with “A White sport Coat (And a Pink Carnation) in 1957.
But I knew I was out of luck, the day the music died.
These old crazy things that worked in the fifty’s no longer work, ’cause the 60’s brought a new social revolution. Peace Out!
Verse 3
Now for ten years we’ve been on our own
The music died 1959, McLean more than likely started writing this song around 1969.
And moss grows fat on a rolling stone
The great Bob Dylan wrote “Like a Rolling Stone” in 1965. This was his first MAJOR change from folk music. In late 1966, Dylan was involved in a motorcycle accident, and hid in his house in Woodstock, NY for a good year, hence the “fat,” and the moss shows the time change. Dylan didn’t really get his muse back till 1975.
but that’s not how it used to be.
McLean liked Dylan as a folk singer in the early sixties more than his folk-rock style in the mid sixties. (I wonder what he thinks of Dylan’s religious phase!)
When the jester sang for the king and queen
Ok, the jester’s Bob Dylan. The king is Peter Seger and the queen is Joan Baez. These were the two big names in folk at the time early ’60’s). During the Newport Folk Festival in 1963, Dylan was honored to play his own set and then combine with these two legends to sing his song “Blowin’ in the Wind.”
In a coat he borrowed from James Dean
In the Dean movie “Rebel Without A Cause,” he wears a red windbreaker. On the cover of the Dylan’s “Freewheelin’,” he is seen also in a red windbreaker. This cover also resembles a famous picture of Dean. This ties in with the previous line ’cause this album is were Dylan really took off, with such songs as “Blowin’ in the Wind” and “A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall.”
And a voice that came from you and me.
This means two things. 1. Dylan was the spokesman for the 60’s (and he was) and 2. He didn’t have the best singing voice in the world, and even you and me could sing like him (but you could write like him if Shakespeare «he’s in the alley» himself told you what to say!)
Oh, and while the king was looking down
This could mean two things; Pete Seger remained a traditional folk singer, while Dylan was constantly reinvented himself and therefore became unbelievably popular. This could also be a reference to Elvis (the King of rock and roll), because he joined the U.S. Army and reportedly dropped his soap everyday in the shower.
The jester stole his thorny crown
While Elvis was in the army, Dylan took his spotlight and changed the whole music business. The thorny crown is the price of fame, and is referenced with Jesus’s thorny crown before he was murdered.
The courtroom was adjourned, no verdict was returned
This deals with the Kennedy assassination. Lee Harvey Oswald was never convicted because he was murdered.
And while Lennon read a book of Marx
This is about the Beatles music becoming political. Songs like “Revolution” (1968) (which actually mentions Chairman Mao) were much different then “Love Me Do” (1963). Many American adults thought the Beatles were bad for the American youth, especially after Lennon’s remark in 1966 about Christianity. He said “Christianity will go. It will vanish and shrink. I needn’t argue with that; I’m right and I will be proved right. We’re more popular than Jesus now; I don’t know which will go first: rock ‘n’ roll or Christianity.” This started anti-Beatles burnings and such.
The quartet practiced in the park
The quartet was the Beatles (there were four, not including if Paul McCartney is really dead!) and the park thing is Candlestick Park, the place of their last concert. It was practicing ’cause their music would grow after they stopped touring (their first project after this was “Sgt. Pepper” which is considered the best album of all time).
And we sang dirges in the dark, the day the music died.
A dirge is a funeral song. These songs were for the Kennedy’s (John and Robert) and Martin Luther King, all who died in the mid 60’s. And remember- “Dark” rhythms with “Park”
Verse 4
Helter Skelter in a summer swelter
Charles Manson is one of the most dangerous cereal killers ever (his favorite was coco-puffs). In the summer of 1968, he massacred an entire family ’cause of the Beatles song “Helter Skelter,” which appeared on the white album. He thought that the Beatles were warning America about the racial conflict and it was “coming down fast.” He thought the Beatles were the four angels mentioned in the Book of Revelation in the Bible. Manson wrote the title of the song on the wall in blood after committing the murders. Also, he thought in “Revolution 9” that Lennon was saying “rise” instead of “right,” thought the line “They need a damn good wacking” from “Piggies” was telling him to kill people and the “Hollywood Song” in “Honey Pie” was about him ’cause he lived near Hollywood. He was dropping too much acid and thought the Beatles were talking directly to him and told him to kill those people.
The Byrd flew off with to a fallout shelter
The Byrd’s were a popular folk-rock group, with the huge cover of Dylan’s “Mr. Tambourine Man,” in 1965. One of the members was arrested for possession of marijuana and a fallout shelter was another name for a rehab program. A strange note is that Dylan’s “Mr. Tambourine Man” appeared on his “Bringing It All Back Home” record, and on the lower left corner of the cover is a fallout shelter sign.
Eight miles high and falling fast.
“Eight Miles High” was the first ever psychedelic song (it was written while high on speed, and the sound of the guitar was supposed to sound like a saxophone). The falling fast part is probably about the fact that the Byrd’s abandoned folk-rock for country music with the album “Sweetheart of the Rodeo,” in 1967
Then landed in the foul grass
Foul grass meaning marijuana.
The players tried for a forward pass
Here the football metaphor starts. The players are the protesters in the 60’s. The forward pass was their movement to change the situation they were in, full of government corruption.
With the jester, on the sidelines in a cast.
emember jester=Dylan. In late 1966, while riding near his house in Woodstock, NY, he briefly glanced into the sun and lost control of his bike. When he went to brake, they locked up on him and sent him flying off the motorcycle. It took him about 9 months to recover (or was he just pregnant and trying to hide it from the world????), in which time he very rarely left the house, hence the cast.
Now the half time air was sweet perfume
Flower Power, groovy baby! Drugs, man, drugs.
While sergeants played a marching tune
Sgt. Pepper, Beatles, 1967, recently named the most influencal album of all time. First ever concept album. First to have lyrics printed on the back. First to have a design on the protector of the record. Included an elaborate cover design and cut-outs. As far as the music goes, it had drug references in Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, sitars, animal sounds and studio trickery. In the song “Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!” at one point in the sound the engineer was instructed to cut the tape into small pieces, scatter them around, then tape them back together. In “A Day in the Life” (which was banned from the radio ’cause of the drug reference line “I’d Love to Turn You On”), after the piano cords die out, there is a minute of silence, followed by a high pitched sound (by the request of John Lennon, especially to annoy the family dog), then a loop of Beatles gibberish to make the owners of the LP think that the needle had stuck! What was I talking about again?
We all got up to dance, but we never got the chance
Oh yeah, American Pie!! That’s a good song…anyway, the Beatles helped to start a new kind of music that was meant to be listened and not danced to (how do you dance to “Within You and Without You”?).
‘Cause the players tried to take the field
Players=Protesters. In 1968, at the Chicago Democratic convention, protesters rioted, and some were beaten by the police. It is now known as the days of rage. Also in 1970, at Kent State University, four students were killed by the National Guard in response to their anti-Vietnam protests, which inspired the song “Ohio” by CSN & Neil Young.
The marching band refused to yield
The Beatles had some anti-violence songs that made protesters think twice about the way they were acting. “All You Need is Love” (1967) says there is a better way then violence, and in “Revolution” (1968) one of the lines is “But when you talk about destruction, don’t you know that you can count me out.” The beatles were in no way pro-government (as seen in 1968’s “Piggies,” which is about Congressmen), but they were against violence.
Do you recall what was revealed, the day the music died.
So what was revealed? …well look at today, the president gets more ass then a toilet seat. As Dr. Evil says in Austin Powers, “Face it, freedom failed” or more accurately, the protests failed. The government is more corrupt now then ever before. McLean wasn’t a big 60’s fan and here is putting down the efforts of the failed generation.
Verse 5
And then we were all in one place
Woodstock Performing Arts Festival took place in August in 1969. 400,000 of McLean’s generation were there. It took place at Woodstock (actually Bethel) because that’s were Dylan was hiding, and they were hoping he would come out and play. Unfortunately he turned it down for the “Isle of Wright” concert.
A generation lost in space
The moon landing was of course in 1969, David Bowie’s “Space Oddity” was released (which was about ‘major Tom’ who got lost in space), there was a TV show called “Lost in Space” and this is a drug reference, the 60’s are generalized by saying everyone in the entire world was on acid.
With no time left to start again
It took them a whole decade to get to this point, the generation’s time was quickly fading. McLean thinks they wasted most of there time on drugs.
So come on Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack flash sat on a candlestick
“Jumpin’ Jack Flash” was a hit for the Rolling Stones. In this song, McJagger compares himself with Jesus. This line comes from the nursery rhyme that has the line “Jack be nimble, Jack be quick, Jack jumps over a candlestick.”
’cause fire is the devil’s only friend.
The Stones sold out to the devil. Their only comeback to the Beatles “Sgt. Pepper” was their album “Their Satanic Majesties Request.” Seeing that you’ve probably never heard of this, you can imagine that it pretty much sucks. Also, their song “Sympathy for the Devil,” proves that they were desperate to sell their records (the Beatles were SOOOOO much better!). Was it really worth celebrating the devil?
Oh, and as I watched him on the stage
No, it wasn’t. In December of 1969, the Stones attempted another Woodstock, this time at Altamont Speedway. This time it was a free concert, with the Hell’s Angel’s handling the security. The biggest mistake was paying them in advance, but instead of money, with beer and handfuls of acid. While the stones were singing “Sympathy for the Devil,” a black man was beaten and stabbed to death by the Hell’s Angels. They soon began beating everyone, include a member of the Jefferson Airplane.
My hands were clenched in fists of rage
He was pissed.
No angel born in hell could brake that Satan’s spell
“angels born in hell” a.k.a. the “Hell’s Angels!” When you have sympathy for the devil, you’re asking for trouble.
As the flames climbed high into the night, to light the sacrificial rite
The stones were helicoptered out of there it became so crazy, hence the “climbed high.” It’s like the Stones started the living hell, and left in the middle of it…what’s up with that? The sacrifice to the devil was the man’s life.
I saw Satan laughing with delight, the day the music died.
This was the definitive ending of the sixties. The generation that was lost in space was now lost on earth. Before the only violence was between the hippies and the police, now it was amongst themselves. Satan had won, in one final blow.
Verse 6
I met a girl who sang the blues and I asked her for some happy news, but she just smiled and turned away.
Janis Joplin is most the girl who sang the blues. Her big hits were “Piece of My Heart” and “Me and Bobby McGee.” She died of an accidental heroin overdose on October 4, 1970. McLean is still trying to find happiness like in the beginning of the song “Maybe they’d be happy for a while,” “That music used to make me smile.” (Note the tone of the song is very similar in these to verses) But this time the smile isn’t for happiness but regret.
I went down to the sacred store
Here he’s talking about record stores that sold 50’s albums.
Where I heard the music years before, but the man said the music wouldn’t play
By the 70’s, the 50’s music was almost ignored by everyone. Hundreds of great albums were released in the 60’s, and it seems that everyone has forgot about the 50’s.
And in the streets the children screamed
The youth of America were beaten in the streets especially at the end of the decade. (Like I said earlier, the Kent State murders and the Chicago Democratic Convention)
The lovers cried and the poets dreamed
In Dylan’s “A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall,” he says: “I met one man he was wounded in love, I met another man he was wounded in hatred,” showing that love hurts sometimes as much as hate.
But not a word was spoken. The church bells all were broken.
Again in “A Hard Rain…,” the line is “I saw ten thousand talkers whose tongues were all broken.” Simon and Garfunkel had a hit with “Sound of Silence.” The church bells all were broken shows that people have forgotten God. All things are are so sacred are gone, love, faith, happiness, peace. In Dylan’s “It’s Alright Ma (I’m Only Bleeding),” one verse goes: Disillusioned words like bullets bark . As human gods aim for their mark . Made everything from toy guns that spark . To flesh-colored Christs that glow in the dark . It’s easy to see without looking too far. That not much Is really sacred. McLean isn’t the only one that feels this way. He was obviously a religious man, and is very disappointed that they have abandoned God.
And the three men I admire most, the Father, Son and Holy Ghost
The trinity of God, McLean was Catholic.
They caught the last train for the coast.
God has left. Time magazine even featured a cover story “Is God Dead?” The generation has failed, and “with no time left to start again.” It was now up to the next generation to put things right (and they did a terrible job might I add).
The day the music died. And we were singing….
This last verse is the hardest to explain…Remember, McLean never would talk about what what the lyrics definitely mean, so it’s not perfectly clear. Some people believe there were more references to the Kennedy’s (him being the king and his wife the queen), but I feel his presence is felt though the songs from the 60’s better. Ps, this took me forever.
Refrain
So bye, bye Miss American Pie
Pimp Daddy McLean was dating one of the Miss America contestants during one of the pageants. Also the “American Pie” part is a symbol of the American Dream (at least of the 50’s), it was also the name of the plane that crashed and killed Holly (or so goes the rumor).
Drove my Chevy to the levee but the levee was dry
The American automobile was the Chevy. The levee business shows that America wasn’t fertile anymore (at least in the sense of music). “Chevy” rhymes with “levee.”
And them good old boys were drinking whiskey and rye singing “This will be the day that I die, this will be the day
that I die.”
The traditional Americans are depressed with the current lifestyle (60’s). The song comes from Buddy Holly’s “That’ll be the day,” that eventually says “that I die.”
Another interesting note brought to my attention by Scott Tilles, is that the Levee was a bar in Purchase, NY near McLean’s hometown. There is also a Levee, NY which is about 15 minutes from the school he attended.
Interesting…

I hoped Trump would win. Anyone was better than the Democrats candidates. But unless things changed I never watched his shows, but from what I heard, he got the treatment he used to hand out, “YOU’RE FIRED”.
Anthony Fauci says he’s accepted job as Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser.
But if Trump wins, he can keep his same corner office!

This video is world changing and earth shaking. It’s simple, it’s precise and it’s IRREFUTABLE. Mail in ballots MUST be folded. IF there is NO FOLD, it can not have been mailed. THE FOLD IS DETECTABLE….absolutely and undeniably detectable. What’s the problem? Scan the ballots (which are supposed to be kept for many months post voting. Voila’! Trump is re-elected.
This man is remarkable…..owns thousands of patents…and you know him even if you do not….especially if you have a cell. WOW!

great post Will… imagine this guy comparing notes with the Overstock guy.
dK…I love simple. It gets no simpler than looking a for a crease in the ballot. No crease, then there is no way in hell that ballot was mailed. WHY this is not being used by all these investigators leaves me wondering how much of this is theater. This is not to say the voter fraud is not real. It’s more than obvious that it’s rampant. I question why it’s being made unnecessarily complicated. This true genius says he an scan a million ballots a day. How many ballots were mailed in? How many days could it take to prove beyond any doubt the entire election was fraudulent? Very few! So SCOTUS won’t listen? The hell with them. Settle this in the court of We the People. Revolution may well be around the corner.
Speaking of rigged elections…
This is the new District Attorney for Los Angeles where I live:
“Newly Elected Los Angeles DA Says He Will No Longer Prosecute Trespassing, Drug Possession, Drinking in Public, Resisting Arrest – Among Other Crimes”
This is an added attraction for addicts across the country to come here where behavior that would have landed them in jail in their own state is waived off. All of these changes will make it easier to be homeless in the southland.
The cops are pissed:
“The Los Angeles police union blasted the radical DA’s move to end cash bail and called it ‘disturbing.’
‘As homicides, shooting victims, and shots fired into occupied homes soar in Los Angeles, it’s disturbing that Gascón’s first act in office is to explore every avenue possible to release from jail those responsible for this bloodshed,’ the Los Angeles Police Protective League said in a statement. ‘Victims and law-abiding residents lost a voice today while criminals and gang members gained an ally in the prosecutor’s office.’”
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2020/12/newly-elected-los-angeles-da-says-will-no-longer-prosecute-trespassing-drug-possession-drinking-public-resisting-arrest-among-crimes/
This guy’s last job was DA for San Francisco, where he instituted the same ‘reforms’ and look at that town now.
Gascón has been riding the back of Prop. 47 which passed five years ago in California, an initiative which reduced the classification of most nonviolent property and drug crimes—including theft and fraud for amounts up to $950—from a felony to a misdemeanor. Now shoplifters go in a store with a calculator so they can keep their theft below the limit.
As Fox News put it, “These brazen acts of petty theft and shoplifting are a dangerous and all-too-common consequence of Proposition 47, a referendum passed five years ago that critics say effectively gives shoplifters and addicts the green light to commit crimes as long as the merchandise they steal or the drugs they take are less than $950 in value. The decision to downgrade theft of property valued below the arbitrary figure from felony to misdemeanor, together with selective enforcement that focuses on more “serious” crimes, has resulted in thieves knowing they can brazenly shoplift and merchants knowing the police will not respond to their complaints, say critics.”
https://www.foxnews.com/us/california-prop-47-shoplifting-theft-crime-statewide
Now after this election it’s obvious that long-held voter suspicions were correct. Gascón and Prop 47, and so many other lawmakers and their unwanted policies, were victorious in elections which were certainly rigged. NO ONE wanted this. At one time, we voted overwhelmingly to deny benefits to illegal immigrants so that California would not be one big draw for the poor of the world. That was overturned by our illustrious courts. You can laugh at ‘New California’, but our vote has been subverted for decades.
Please watch this short video to get an idea of the multi-generational Democrat Party Mafia that turned California into a sanctuary state and magnate for addicts and the homeless. The four families that run California are named Brown, Newsom, Pelosi and Getty.

And now, as noted elsewhere, a California judge has ordered the release of prisoners from jails to ‘prevent Covid-19 spread.’
“Orange County Superior Court Judge Peter Wilson ruled on Friday that jails must reduce their populations by fifty percent amid the Covid-19 pandemic. ”
This is an illustration of the hand-in-glove relationship between the judiciary and the social engineers that has so incapacitated California.

Toni…You have to get put of there…it’s a lost cause. I’ll set you up with a tepee on my property in north Florida…or you can have the house and I’ll live in the tepee. It’ll bring out my Chickasaw….on my grandmothers side. Yeah, I know you have family there….bring em along…we’ll start a commune.
It’s a mess…have no idea how you handle it.
Sounds idyllic! I love camping.
I grew up and spent my life in the many California natural environments which have been under siege like all other sectors in the state. Sometimes I think that if California is not worth fighting for, then no place is. But it’s becoming, by design I believe, impossible to live here.
Four families controlling CA 80 years. That is absolutely unacceptable.
Getty, Pelosi, Newsom and Brown…..disgusting…really disgusting. What were Californians thinking by voting these people in time and time again. Another example of voter fraud? Seems so.

I became frustrated hearing about standing, so here’s some meaning:
Standing to sue is a legal principle that imposes some requirements on the person who brings a suit in federal court. The party filing a lawsuit must have a right to request the court to decide the merits of a particular case they’re involved in. So, it is not about proving the facts of the case.
Quick Example…
For easy understanding, let’s give an example.
If your third cousin suffers injuries in an accident caused by a careless truck driver, he or she has “standing” to sue the truck driver for damages.
However, you, a third party, do not have that right to file a lawsuit against the driver.
There are a few exceptions, though. For example, you can bring a particular claim where you have interchangeable economic interests with the injured person.
If the injured party is an infant or mentally challenged, you can sue under the next friend doctrine.
Standing to Sue Requirements
Under Article III of the U.S Constitution, the federal courts are only limited to hearing actual cases and controversies.
The “case or controversy “clause sets out the requirements a plaintiff must meet for their case to proceed in a court.
Injury-in-fact
You may have “standing” to sue if you can demonstrate that you’ve suffered an actual injury.
Injuries can take physical, economic, or non-economic forms. In some cases, a person can suffer all these types of injuries.
Please note injuries cannot be imminent or hypothetical. They must have occurred to satisfy Article III’s standing requirement.
Causation
Causation connects the conduct of the defendant with the injury a plaintiff has suffered. It is one of the elements of proof of negligence.
The injury or other effect should be fairly traceable to the defendant’s actions, whether directly or indirectly. Simply put, the result wouldn’t have occurred were it not for the defendant’s actions.
If causation is not proven, then the plaintiff cannot succeed with the case.
Redressability
When a plaintiff brings a lawsuit to the federal court, it must be likely that the court will order the defendant to correct whatever wrong they’ve done or compensate for the harm inflicted on the plaintiff.
The defendant may also be required to pay penalties or fines. Courts do this to deter defendants from repeating the injury-causing actions in the future.
Prudential standing limitations
Even when the above three standing requirements have been met, the federal courts may refuse to adjudicate some claims when they see fit. The prudential restraints touch on several areas, including generalized grievances and zone of interest.
· Generalized grievances
When an injury or effect is widely shared between many people in undistinguishable ways, a plaintiff may not have the standing to bring a claim.
For instance, taxpayers have no standing to sue for grievances regarding the expenditure of federal funds, which affects the general public.
Injury within the zone of interest
The interests that a plaintiff asserts should be within zones where the statue can protect them.
In some cases, it can be hard to prove standing to sue even when the injury or effect is real, and more consequences may be felt in the future. Lawsuits involving data breaches and environmental pollution fall into this group.
ME…Now, I can understand why Texas et al might have difficulty proving standing (which, of course, they are doing in the name of the people of Texas and other states that joined) to SCOTUS who really does not want to be in the position of deciding the election (even though they did so in 2000…but that suit was brought by Bush…so I guess HE had standing). Even though Trump had added himself to the Texas suit, by rejecting the Texas suit, they rejected the add ons, saying they were moot. Trump will now be the litigant (not unlike Bush in 2000?), so what excuse will they have once that suit is filed?
The Bush decision was in essence, this:
“irreparable harm” that could befall Bush, as the recounts would cast “a needless and unjustified cloud” over Bush’s legitimacy.
Not being a legal eagle, I find that logic totally ridiculous, but apparently it worked.
So if Trump files with standing because a fraudulent election has damaged his candidacy, we can pray the FACTS will be heard, proven and any ballots after 11/3 will be null and void.
Could Biden file a counter suit…..similar to Bush’s?….and could SCOTUS again say, any proven fraud would cast “a needless and unjustified cloud” over Biden’s legitimacy? I mean, where does it end?
Will… i feel pretty gut shot over what’s happening and the lack of average people seeing what hangs in the balance. Eve heard of patrick byrne, the founder of overstock.com’s work on the election theft? he has a few bombshells to drop here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8lGdRb8IZKA
Thanks dK…that is a vid all must watch. Everyone here KNOWS the evidence is overwhelming. Patrick has hinted Roberts is likely compromised. This vid was made before SCOTUS threw Texas out. That means big trouble. Is Roberts controlling the other members? Who knows. IF Trump cannot get standing, forget about SCOTUS. Any legal remedy is down the tubes. It’ll be time for the Insurrection Act. I see no remedy in the STATE courts. Patrick is convinced the evidence will be heard….So let us pray it’s through Trump’s new suit…IF not, shut it all down and let the arrests begin. Alternatives are disappearing as we type. AND THIS CANNOT STAND THE WAY IT IS. NO WAY…NOW F’ING HOW.
BUT, as I have said for years….where has the admin been as far as election reform goes for the past 4 years. NO ONE has an answer for that. That leaves me cold. Something does not smell right in that respect.
Watch that vid, please.
As far as I am concerned, if SCOTUS Throws Trump’s suit out, modified martial law must be declared. IF it is not, WE HAVE BEEN BETRAYED AND IT WILL BE UP TO US TO SET THIS SHITE STRAIGHT.
My guess is that Trump perceived the attempt to steal the election in 2020 as an opportunity to net the Deep State and its allies, where his EO of 12 September 2020 set the trap.
THAT is an educated guess with which I totally concur. They’re building extra cells in Gitmo as we type.
off topic a bit… however, isn’t the Kung Flu, George Floyd, riots, looting and the election joined at the Hip? Check out this interview with the only “vaccination vs never-vaxxed” ever study research. It has a few info-bombs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCyn-Ufjqoo
The US Supreme Court Justices are just feeble human beings. They’re very weak and fearful…[at least up till now].The weakest of all of them is Roberts. He has a spine made of Jello. All the other Judges fear for their lives.
A few years ago I asked my attorney if I could find ”justice” in a Courtroom. Her reply was this…”A Courtroom is usually the LAST place you will find justice.”
In 1937 the Supreme Court had a chance to prove their greatness….they failed miserably. Since that year they have morphed into a do-nothing gaggle of babies in diapers and black robes. They’re a joke.
It has been like that since John Marshall
