PART 2 – DISTURBING PLOTS AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION 

“We believe that criminals who kill our police officers should immediately, with trial, but rapidly as possible, not 15 years later, 20 years later—get the death penalty.” – Donald Trump

“When people do this they should get the death penalty,” he said. “And they shouldn’t have to wait years and years. … And, I think they should very much bring the death penalty into vogue.” – Donald Trump

“This is a very important time in our country. Due Process, Fairness and Common Sense are now on trial!” – Donald Trump

The Pittsburgh shooting has a lot of common connections with other shootings. What are they? How are these events conected? The rewriting of the Constitution to include “A Thin Blue Line” clause which includes the “status” of an individual based upon their job titles. This legislation has been prewritten and drawing a thin blue line is just what our “Israel First” government wants to have in place.

What better way than to have a “Jewish Synagogue” shooting, the recent California shooting, and latest Chicago shooting than to change the U.S. Code: Title 18 Death Penalty factors. All allegedly offering up dead police officers and/or law enforcement in shady questionable shootings involving alleged madmen who are acting out of rage and hate. However, no one has even been found guilty yet. (See Part 1: Trump’s words, “Worry about due process later”, reverberate after (staged) Pittsburgh Shooting.)

From the beginning, Trump has declared himself the “law and order” candidate. Trump pledged one of the first things he would do is mandate a swift death penalty for cop killers. Not just cop killers but the legislation already waiting to be passed is based on the “status” of the individual.

The death penalty in the Constitutional code already exists for a reason. It is for the jury to decide whether the accused is guilty and if so, what kind of punishment should fit the crime. If the accused waives his right to a trial, the judge will determine the sentence to fit the crime. In reality, there is no need to update the Code. The following insertion is to clarify a “status” of the victim.

Why do Donald Trump & Friends want to re-write the Death Penalty to include the “status” of the victim? Police-officer or not, the death penalty is weighed upon the motive and heinousness of the crime. Yes, there are those who would agree those who are death row may be too long but as the judicial system works, there is a process to appeals and such.

Consider what House Resolution 115 and related bill H.Res.323  S.1085 reveal:

It’s neither anti-Semitic nor irresponsible to observe the signs that this legislation may be intended to give Jews special status under the law. Consider some of the President’s comments about the (staged) Tree of Life Synagogue shooting:

President Trump responded Saturday to a fatal shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue that left at least eight dead. He said the outcome might have been different if the synagogue, which is located in a neighborhood known for its Jewish population, had “protection.”

“If there was an armed guard inside the temple, they would have been able to stop him, maybe there would have been nobody killed, except for him, frankly,” Mr. Trump said.

“If they have some kind of protection inside the temple maybe it could have been a very much different situation. They didn’t,” he said.

He also said “we should stiffen up our laws in terms of the death penalty.”

“When people do this they should get the death penalty,” he said. “And they shouldn’t have to wait years and years. … And, I think they should very much bring the death penalty into vogue.”

Mr. Trump, speaking to reporters at Andrews Air Force Base, said the violence “has to stop.”

However, as I point out in Part 1 article, Donald Trump rushed to Pittsburgh to condemn the alleged murders as well as address the aspects of a “Hate-Crime.” However, Bowers has not even been found guilty of a crime let along a motive.

The media has a way of persuading the listener/reader that the alleged murder is already guilty, case closed. However, this is not how the U.S. Code- Title 18: crimes and criminal proceedings work. It seems as though our own elected president, as well as the house and senate, should know their oaths to the Constitution.

America First? or Israel First?

Instead of Trump playing along with the Jewish charade, he ought to have told the public the man is ‘innocent until proven guilty’ and just because the media labeled it a hate crime, it does not make him a guilty racist when all the facts were not even collected at the time, no evidence has been presented, no court case is before us.

There is nothing presented at this time proving Bowers is guilty of killing anyone at a Jewish Synagogue. There has been no evidence presented or released of the motive, if the man is even guilty. Whether the reader wants to accept it or not, Bowers is innocent until proven guilty. That’s final. There must be submitted evidence that is beyond a reasonable doubt to validate a criminal conviction. Prosecutors must first bear the burden of proof and be able to prove their versions of events as they unfolded. There can be NO reasonable doubt in the mind of a reasonable person that Bowers is guilty. Bowers claims he is innocent according to court filings. – Stephanie Sledge

Because our nation is becoming “Israel First” and not America first, these clues are very important for one to understand that Israel is taking over America. The Second Amendment was re-written a long time ago. Our Second Amendment went from being an individual right to a privilege. These privileges now consist of more rules, regulations, codes, laws.

Trump has also made it known that he wants the death penalty for drug dealers. Since the Reagan administration, the War on Drugs has become decades of continuous failure and only adds to the growing police-state, which has become a menace to society. However, an entire service industry built around drug use depends on survival consisting of a drug-dealer and a drug-user.

This article will explain how real drug trade works. The only way to defeat the drug trade is to legalize drugs and let the drug user take personal responsibility for themselves. This will lower the drug usage in the long run. However, because America has become a giant Octopus with tentacles which include compartmentalized government agencies which only depend on the drug trade to survive, it seems this war on drugs can never end.

Who has control then?

“In Afghanistan, there are several thousand small Poppy farmers. From there crops are cultivated which end up in two centralized markets (Marja & East Part of Afghanistan). Then there are a couple hundred drug merchants who work with refineries which turn the opium into Heroin. From there, it goes to the shipping departments to be shipped into East Pakistan, West Iran, then spans out North under the China market to Ireland and Russia. As we see a huge increase in Heroin usage in the US, we know the shipping department has now included a heavy trade on the domestic home front.” “Heroin is a globally traded commodity, which means it is controlled by global market forces. There are over three million people inside the market itself. They do not actually control it. It is the market itself which distorts impulses which then gives the market its own direction.” – Stephanie Sledge

So regardless of the so-called war on drugs–where drugs are always going to be on the planet–when you ignore the drug user and cease sending informants on the street to deal them and collect users into the “keep coming back for more” legal system, you may  finally achieve lower drug abuse. The service industry created by the Reagan Administration was to implement the business plan that would be continued through the Bush administration and the Obama administration to set-up and continue disarmament.

This mental health industry also includes Trump’s prison reform which feeds the keep-coming-back for more service industry. If Judicial Reform is to work for the Heroin/Fentanyl explosion in America, then Trump will need to let it fail and quit funding the war on drugs. As an example of ridiculous government drug pushing and dealing to the public is when Detroit Cops, who were “pretending” to be drug dealers clash with other officers who were “pretending” to be the drug buyers. How unbelievable we live in a society that now accepts to deploy task forces on the street to deal drugs even if they use the words “pretending” to be dealers. They are the dealers and adding to the drug problem.

In case the reader does not know, police departments can seize assets under the Forfeiture Act when they bust drug buyers and sellers. This has caused an overabundance of corruption to spawn upon the alleged super heroes allegedly keeping our communities safe. In reality, if the task forces are not there or funded anymore, the drugs will become less and less.

President Trump believes the sellers of illegal drugs do not get enough punishment. Will this apply to those in law enforcement who are also selling the drugs? He has been making statements about the death penalty for drug dealers, when legalizing the use of drugs would solve the problem:

“We have pushers and we have drug dealers that kill hundreds and hundreds of people and most of them don’t even go to jail,” he said. “If you shoot one person, they give you life, they give you the death penalty. These people [who sell drugs] can kill 2,000, 3,000 people and nothing happens to them.” The public remarks, at a White House event on opioids issues, come just days after Axios reported that Trump has privately told a number of people that he supports executing drug sellers.”

But moving in a different direction could improve our society for the better in many respects. Legalizing marijuana for recreational purposes, for example, produces many benefits by no longer punishing citizens who prefer to smoke their high rather than drink it, reallocating law-enforcement resources for other (more serious) offenses; saving the taxpayers the cost of incarceration, and keeping tax-paying citizens in the workforce contributing to the nation’s welfare.

Are We Emulating Israel?

In the near future, we will be living in a country that has the exact same model as Israel. Some may argue our nation needs protection from the so-called bad guys but in reality, we are supposed to be a nation where we are self-protectors.

As an example, Nir Barkat, the mayor of Jerusalem urges licensed firearm Israeli civilians to think of themselves at all times as if they were on military reserve duty. In Israel, there are armed guards everywhere including shopping centers, malls, bars, beaches, grocery stores, almost every building, schools, banks, street corners, and more.

They have become a Country where the regular citizen cannot obtain a gun unless they conform to becoming intelligence agents for Israel and go through the series of massive testing to even have a firearm. Barkat brags in Israeli newspapers that his model has “impressed American gun-right advocates. Really? Does he really mean the “Common Sense” gun control advocates that want Americans to conform to Israeli policy?

Following the 2014 Sandy Hook alleged shooting, Israel placed armed guards at all schools using this shooting as an example even though there is more than enough evidence to question its validity of whether or not it was staged to pass legislation for more disarmament of Americans as well as the entire state of Connecticut.

Even more disturbing is Mike Huckabee, former Governor of Arkansas and the NRA’s executive vice-president LaPierre both encourage and cite Israel as the potential model and way of living.

Israel has Strict Gun Control

However, Israel has strict gun control and contrary to the advocate’s arguments, citizens who are armed to have personal weapons have to undergo military training and guns are seen as a form of self-defense against terrorism and not self-protection or even as a hobby.

Contrary to the advocates’ arguments for more guns, Israel has strict gun control. Those citizens who are licensed to own a personal weapon have undergone extensive militarized training and had to conform to Israel’s intelligence policies. While Israel has sophisticated policing and intelligence aimed at stopping terrorism, it has little experience with the kinds of civilian mass shootings that have become the source of anguished debate in the United States.

“Mr. Barkat, once told CNBC’s “Squawk Box” that Americans could benefit from armed civilians and “smart” profiling.”

“There’s no misuse of rifles and guns in Israel,” Mr. Barkat said. “On the contrary, they give extra measures, extra security.” That, he said, was “exactly the opposite” of what was happening in the United States.”

The recent Florida shooting reignited the gun rights debate in the US over the Second Amendment – adopted in 1791, which states, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Gun-Control advocates such as Gabrielle Giffords and others constantly bark about limiting civilians access to firearms and pushes for more hoops for the American citizen to jump through in order to obtain ‘permission’ to own a firearm. They call this “Common Sense” and these advocates would rather see gun ownership, whether for self-protection or sport be a privilege rather than a right. Giffords is a dual Israeli-American citizen and her motto to disarm using “Common Sense” laws collects the broken into a group which believe in Israel’s gun policy. However it is a failed policy because there is no such thing as a right to bear arms in Israel.

[Editor’s note: Indeed, the gun control debate here in the United States has been warped by committing the fallacy of begging the question by taking for granted that the greater gun ownership, the great gun homicides, which is factually false and empirically incorrect, as the following demographics reflect:

The nations with the highest gun ownership, such as the United States and Canada, have the lowest homicide raters; while countries like Brazil, which have low gun ownership, have high homicide rates, a relationship further confirmed by data from Africa and Russia. The public discourse has been polluted with propaganda.]

So, as the reader can see, Israel First is the growing policy here in America. Even though NRA, LaPierre constantly barks, “The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun”, Trump himself appears to want Israel’s gun policies to rule in America, forgetting that the 2nd Amendment does not say gun owners must first undergo mental health exams, background checks, militarized training, and more to obtain a weapon. Criminals who want to kill using a gun will do it or try to do it regardless of whether the alleged militarized trained, so-called professional, can stop them or not. This is just a blatant way to render U.S. Citizens defenseless and pretend we need to keep building the professional industry of law enforcement to protect us because our Israeli government believes the “status” of an individual is more valuable than an ordinary lawful citizen protecting themselves.

First Guns, then Knives and Potato Peelers

What about the murders which take place where the perpetrator murders defenseless individuals with a knife? Will the knife be blamed? As I noted in Part 1 of this series, it is already considered a threat to law enforcement and illegal if a person is found carrying a knife, throwing stars, machetes, sticks, nunchucks, brass knuckles, pepper spray, and any other form of arms to protect themselves. What is left? Call the police? In Maryland, the Seventh State of the Union now says you are not even allowed to protect yourself anymore without punishment.

How exciting that we have gone from a country where we felt safe in our homes having self-protection of our choice to having to call the police if we are in danger because we might get shot for having our own weapon of choice. [Editor’s note: where the police can take as long as 20 minutes to respond to a 911 call, while the mayhem typically takes place in the first 5 or 6. In the UK, they have banned guns and knives and potato peelers!] Of course, everything is labeled as “terrorism” now and the call for more militarized police on the streets of America are all claimed to be because of War on Terror.

According to Israel National News Editor, Tzvi Lev:

“Gun control has been proven to be a dismal failure in Israel. The Israeli Arab communities are rife with illegal weapons, with some police estimates putting the number of unlicensed weapons in the Arab sector as high as 500,000. Think about that for a second: The most heavily guarded borders in the world and a highly professional Shin Bet are still not enough to prevent criminals from obtaining illegal firearms. When terrorists attacked a school in Maalot in 1974, Israel did not declare every school a gun-free zone. It passed a law mandating armed security in schools, provided weapons training to teachers and today runs frequent active shooter drills. There have been only two school shootings since then, and both have ended with teachers killing the terrorists. It is an approach that the Americans should take to end the constant slaughter of innocents.”

However, Tzvi Lev is wrong because in America, before the gun-control psychopaths created their victim-rights groups and organizations to stir up fear and be collected into groups who believe law-enforcement are heroes and their “status” is more important, gun safety was taught in schools to children at a young age and because everyone was armed, America was peaceful. Teachers should not be militarized and trained to carry weapons in school like the Israeli model. It should be like it has been since the addition of the 2nd Amendment where no one knows who is carrying.

America: A Nation of Cowards?

So America has gone from teaching children at a young age self-defense and how to properly and safely handle a firearm to hiding in a closet when the bad guy with a gun appear, which is pathetic and a shame. Even more embarrassing to Americans is the recent announcement that Oakland University in Michigan is now passing out “hockey pucks” to students as a way to protect themselves from active-shooters. How despicable and disgraceful can you get?

There was no such thing as mass school shootings and active-shooter violence until the United States of America’s government became infested with Israeli dual citizens who believe We the People should abandon our Constitution and Bill of Rights to make Israel first. It is time to make America First again and begin deporting these anti-American Israeli-dual citizens who did not take the Oath to the United States of America’s Constitution. If they do not like our Constitution and Bill of Rights, then they don’t belong here and should get out of America!

The Israeli model to turn America into a heavily armed police-state using those collected into status groups such as law enforcement, EMT workers, medical workers, teachers, federal, state, and local employees into a group of heroes which should be honored and praised for their “status” in society is obscene and communistic.  To give an automatic death sentence for the “status” of an individual would clearly interfere with the right of the jury to decide who is to be given the death penalty. Consider, for example, situations of mistaken identity, such as Father Shot 2 Officers Who Mistakenly Served Warrant at His Home.  Juries need to exercise discretion on the basis of the particulars of each case.

It is the law-abiding citizen who protects their rights to self-protect themselves, their families, and property is the most notable here in America. An armed community of Citizens is the safest and secured against potential terrorists or bad guy because, no matter how many police and armed guards they deploy to the streets, there is still no such thing as a gun free zone. The only benefit of active shooter drills is more militarized training for those authorized in hero positions to continue the charade of pretending the violence is going to happen. It’s another way to keep a group of individuals who are “owned” by the government to keep pretending Citizens are not able or capable of defending themselves. It is also very disturbing these individuals collected into this growing “gang” of heroes would even consider playing active shooter games in public schools, medical centers, grocery stores, and other places where fear is to be inflicted.

Good guys with guns would train for self-protection in areas which would not include the general population. Good guys with guns would not inflict secretive fear upon those uninformed to gain training for their hero status roles in society. It would be a good thing if the President of the United States were to stand up for the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights. We need to know that he is for America First and has not been coopted to stand for the interests of another nation before those of the We the People of the United States!
