Yesterday in a letter to Congress, just 10 days after the FBI re-opened its criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s State Department emails after finding 650,000 new emails on her close aide Huma Abedin’s laptop computer, FBI Director James Comey, once again, announced that the FBI will not indict Hillary Clinton.
As Wired sarcastically observed, the FBI managed the Herculean feat of reading and vetting 650,000 emails in just 8 days!
Here are three reasons why Comey once again backed off:
(1) DOJ HAS A MOLE WORKING FOR HILLARY
Peter Kadzik, the Justice Department official in charge of informing Congress about the reactivated Hillary Clinton email probe, is a Hillary Clinton mole.
Here’s proof that Kadzik is a Hillary mole.
On May 19, 2015, Kadzik sent an email to John Podesta, chair of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, giving Podesta a “heads up” that an FBI official — the head of the its Civil Division — will testify before an oversight hearing of the House Judicial Committee (HJC) on Hillary’s unsecured State Department emails.
Here’s a screenshot of Podesta’s forward of the Kadzik email, which was released by WikiLeaks:
So who is Peter Kadzik?
FoxNews reports, Nov. 1, 2016, that Kadzik is a former private-practice lawyer who:
- was appointed by Obama to the Department of Justice and confirmed as assistant attorney general for legislative affairs in June 2014.
- kept John Podesta “out of jail” when he represented Podesta in 1998 in independent counsel Kenneth Starr’s investigation of Podesta’s possible role in helping Bill Clinton’s mistress Monica Lewinsky land a job at the United Nations. In an email on Sept. 8, 2008 which was released by WikiLeaks, Podesta called Kadzik a “fantastic lawyer” who “kept me out of jail”.
- led the effort to confirm Loretta Lynch as Attorney General.
Kadzik and Podesta are such good friends that they had dinner together in the D.C. Italian restaurant, Posto, a day after Hillary Clinton testified at the Congressional hearing on Benghazi. (See the WikiLeaks email on this at ZeroHedge.)
(2) FBI OFFICIAL IN CHARGE OF INVESTIGATING HILLARY WAS BRIBED
According to Washington insider Dick Morris, who was President Bill Clinton’s political adviser, when the FBI began its investigation into Hillary’s State Department emails 1½ years ago, the FBI promoted a career agent named Andrew McCabe to be in charge of the investigation. Two weeks after the promotion, the PAC (political action committee) of McCabe’s wife, Jill, received a $465,000 contribution for her first-time campaign to be a Virginia state senator. (She lost.) The contribution was from Virginia Governor Terry McCauliffe, a Hillary ally described by Morris as “her main money guy.” As Dick Morris puts it:
“Jill was a first time candidate and ended up losing, running for state senator, not for president. Who would spend that kind of money on a state senate race, particularly behind a novice with not much chance of winning? Well, two weeks before the money was written, her husband was hired to run the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email. Do you think there is a connection? . . . I think there is.”
Morris’ account is confirmed by Devlin Barrett of the Wall Street Journal on Oct. 24, 2016:
“The political organization of Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, an influential Democrat with longstanding ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, gave nearly $500,000 to the election campaign of the wife of an official at the Federal Bureau of Investigation who later helped oversee the investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s email use.Campaign finance records show Mr. McAuliffe’s political-action committee donated $467,500 to the 2015 state Senate campaign of Dr. Jill McCabe, who is married to Andrew McCabe, now the deputy director of the FBI.The Virginia Democratic Party, over which Mr. McAuliffe exerts considerable control, donated an additional $207,788 worth of support to Dr. McCabe’s campaign in the form of mailers, according to the records. That adds up to slightly more than $675,000 to her candidacy from entities either directly under Mr. McAuliffe’s control or strongly influenced by him. The figure represents more than a third of all the campaign funds Dr. McCabe raised in the effort.”
On January 29, 2016, the FBI released this statement to the press:
“FBI Director James B. Comey has named Andrew McCabe as the Bureau’s new deputy director. Mr. McCabe most recently served as the FBI’s associate deputy director. As deputy director, Mr. McCabe will oversee all FBI domestic and international investigative and intelligence activities and will serve as acting director in the director’s absence.”
(3) WAS COMEY BLACKMAILED, JUST LIKE BERNIE SANDERS?
Mary Pascaline reports for International Business Times, Nov. 7, 2016, that emails released by WikiLeaks over the weekend show top Clinton campaign aides saying they had “leverage” over Bernie Sanders so as to control his public criticism of Hillary Clinton’s great wealth during the primary race.
Asked about the impact of Hillary’s wealth on her policy-making decisions in an interview with CNBC in May, Sanders said that although “Theoretically you can be a multibillionaire and in fact be very concerned about the issues of working people,” Hillary’s “type of wealth has the potential to isolate you from the reality of the world.”
The quote was sent to Clinton Campaign Manager Robby Mook who replied:
“This isn’t in keeping [with] the agreement. Since we clearly have some leverage, would be good to flag this for him.”
