The name “Leonard Pozner” is between quotation marks because that persona may not be real. In fact, people search engines Spokeo and TruthFinder say there is no such person named “Leonard Pozner” in all of the United States.
Professor James Fetzer is among those who maintain that “Leonard Pozner” may in reality be an individual named Reuben Vabner, who is named by TruthFinder as one of the husbands of Veronique Pozner, the alleged ex-wife of Leonard and alleged mother of Noah.

Curiously, although Leonard Pozner is Veronique’s ex-husband and father of her child, he is not among Veronique’s possible relatives according to TruthFinder. But Reuben Vabner is.
More intriguing still is the search result obtained by Wolfgang Halbig in 2016, which he emailed to me:
“Leonard Pozner” has harassed bloggers and YouTubers with DMCA copyright take-down demands, and is successful at it.
“Leonard Pozner” has also sued Wolfgang Halbig and Alex Jones on Sandy Hook. In his last lawsuit against Halbig, Lenny dropped the lawsuit when it came time for him to be deposed, under oath. Hmm . . . .
The latest “Leonard Pozner” effort at stifling free speech is his lawsuit against James Fetzer and his publisher, Moon Rock Books.

As many of you will know, that’s me in the picture above, continuing my research at a recent JFK conference in Dallas last month.

It is time the world knew what happened when Leonard Pozner sued Wolfgang Halbig, since the proceedings support the conclusion of many in the Sandy Hook Truth community that Lenny may not even be a real person, at all, but is somebody’s cyberpuppet. In a nutshell, Pozner never appeared for a single hearing in the case, not even for his deposition when–after numerous delays–the court ordered him to submit to it. Pozner dismissed the case right before that deposition was to take place.

It’s abundantly clear that Lenny Pozner is not only real, he represents a clear and present threat to your livelihood and assets. 18 months from now he will have a huge judgment against you and you will be scrambling to protect whatever you own from attachment and garnishment. Legal fees are often costly and I doubt if the putative monolith called Lenny Pozner is anything but a composite ephemerality. Going back closer to the Sandy Hook days, it’s always seemed to me that Pozner represented some Deep State entity. Disinfo spreads like creamy peanut butter and I suspect that many individuals that appear to exist and be real are simply not that at all. If people appear to “know too much”, then perhaps they are tied to intelligence agencies that have professional capabilities. I can think of one blogger/columnist that fits this description amply. He/she/it just knows too much, the information is coherent and cogent, and there’s no way this David Jansonesque character allegedly running for his life can possibly be not connected to intelligence sources that are incredibly up to date. You don’t sit at a Steinway and magically perform feats of Mozart without vast training, ditto these informationalists who are peculiarly well supplied with the latest utterances privy to few common citizens who feign being on the run. As ever, as always, the media provides the bully pulpit for these shills and sayanim to foist their suspiciously generated inputs onto an unsuspecting populace that always seems to have bigger fish to fry such as the latest electronic gadgetry that allows them to get over their interminable loneliness. I think most here are now aware of what I call the “martyr schtick” or pretending in various ways to be being persecuted and targeted and needing to hide for profit. This is just one of the many tricks capitalizing, that is, never wasting a crisis even if you have to create the crisis, on the Suffering Servant theme in the Old and New Testaments of the bible telling us of the nature of the True Messiah. (See Isaiah 53: 1-12, the most suppressed verses in the Tenakh, the holy book ignored by all segments of the all Judaic sects.)
“Patriotism” is also a very useful concept to THEM. I personally believe that God wants there to be sovereign nation states and does not want there to be a one world death and slavery system for all, but most of the big-name patriots I see in the alternative media do not seem to have these same ideas.

Ah, I just now read-over the previous blog u posted w. excellent material and exposition by Alison Maynard–this is just ANOTHER perfect example of the legal fraud upon the court, harassment, and abuse I noted on part of “Pozner.” For WHY did Pozner not appear for his deposition?–esp. if his lies about harassment, etc., were true? Will you post the complaint please? Also, it seems odd that this character would sue in your home state of Wisconsin. The landmark case of Jones v. Calder, 465 U.S. 783 (1984), involved the National Enquirer based in Florida writing an allegedly defamatory article about the great actress Shirley Jones and an affair she had with David Cassidy during the Partridge Family years. She was a California resident at the time. For the purpose of determining whether a court in California had jurisdiction to hear the defamation lawsuit, the Supreme Court likened the allegedly defamatory statement to shooting a gun in one state and killing someone just over the line in another state. The Supreme Court thus held that a California court had jurisdiction to hear Shirley Jones’ defamation claim against the Florida corporation – the National Enquirer. In light of this landmark decision, it is curious that “Leonard Pozner” would forego the advantage he would have under Jones v. Calder by dragging you to a court in his home state (Connecticut??) and instead spared you the financial pain of travel to a distant state. I cannot posit a theory on why he waived this advantage, but just thought it would be helpful to point out this irregularity in his procedure – an irregularity, I assure you, which will be one of hundreds of such twists by the time this travail is over.
