The Fight for America Begins: Trump to Invoke Insurrection Act That Authorizes National Guard, Military Action Inside U.S. Borders

According to sources cited by The Daily Caller, President Trump is poised to invoke theInsurrection Act to fight for America’s survival against the ongoing invasion of illegals who are flooding the United States as a tactic to destroy the country from within. The Daily Caller is now reporting:
According to multiple senior administration officials, the president intends to invoke the “tremendous powers” of the act to remove illegal immigrants from the country.
The Insurrection Act, passed by Congress in 1807, allows the president to deploy National Guard and U.S. military troops to combat “rebellion” against the United States of America. The Act has been invoked by other presidents to quell violent uprisings such as the L.A. Riots.
It is clear that President Trump now recognizes the open rebellion against America being committed by the Governor of California, mayors of “sanctuary cities” and fake news “journo-terrorists” who are brainwashing Americans to hate their own country. The ongoing land invasion of the United States of America is an act of war being openly supported by Democrats and Leftists who are using illegal immigration to nullify U.S. voters and overrun the United States with anti-American militants, criminals and terrorists. As Stewart Rhodes from Oath Keepers has accurately described, the illegal immigration is designed to import terror cells who plan to carry out a “Tet Offensive” inside the United States, once activated by enemies and traitors who are literally seeking the complete destruction of America.
It has also become obvious over the past few months that the tech giants are waging a coordinated conspiracy to nullify U.S. elections and crush democracy by selectively silencing all conservative voices on the dominant online platforms. This illegal conspiracy — pursued by Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple and other tech giants — represents an online insurrection against the United States of America, which is why I have repeatedly called for the deployment of military police to arrest the CEOs of these tech companies and force the platforms to respect the First Amendment liberties of the American people.
It is time for Trump to deploy the military police to arrest Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey. And that’s just the start of what needs to happen to restore our democracy and the freedom to speak.

- The radical Left is about to be triggered by the treasonous, deep-state run “mainstream” media to launch an attempted communist revolution and violent coup against America.

- California is committing planned treason against America by deliberately flooding the country with illegals and granting them the right to vote, allowing illegals to out-vote Americans in national elections. - Accordingly, California’s electoral college votes, U.S. Senators and members of the House must be nullified and barred from participating in federal legislative efforts or federal election results (such as the 2020 vote for the presidency). California should be banned from participating in all federal elections until the state enforces voter ID requirements and halts widespread, coordinated voter fraud (which is currently openly encouraged by California bureaucrats).
- California has been infiltrated by communist China and is now run by the Chinese. Virtually the entire California media is now owned and operated by communist Chinese, and California’s governor and various mayors are puppets of communist China. They have been promised prominent positions in the Chinese-run “commie California” after the Chinese invasion takes over the West Coast, using California (and the L.A. port) as a beachhead to land troops and stage a land invasion of America.
- The Governor of California must be declared an “enemy combatant” and arrested, then charged with treason against America. If found guilty, he should face the death penalty.
- The Commander in Chief may deploy the National Guard and U.S. military troops to locate and detain domestic enemies who are actively committing acts of treason against America. This does not violate posse comitatus. The military may pursue the eliminate active enemies of America during a time of war, even when they are operating on U.S. soil.
- Once Trump initiates the Insurrection Act, the lawless, deranged Left will immediately declare Trump to be a “military dictator” while calling for Leftists to take to the streets in armed rebellion against the rule of law. Leftists will open fire on Trump supporters, bomb government buildings and attempt to executive police officers and National Guard troops which are deployed to defend America. Pro-Trump Americans need to be prepared to defend themselves against the violence of the lawless Left.
- The Governor of California will almost certainly order California-based National Guard troops to disobey President Trump’s federal orders. This may initiate an actual shooting war in California as Trump asserts federal control over National Guard troops while demanding the arrest of Governor Newsom.
- Although this may not be part of Trump’s plan, technically the Insurrection Act grants the President the power to arrest the CEOs of California’s tech giants which are engaged in open acts of treason against our constitutional republic.
- California looks likely to become the “front lines” of the civil war in America as anti-America forces carrying out treason against America — including Facebook, Google, YouTube, Apple and Twitter, all of which are heavily influenced by communist Chinese infiltration — attempt to overthrow the country and destroy our constitutional republic.

Beyond that, why does Trump always select tainted people to join his administration? He could have selected someone from Boise Idaho who is without knowledge of the Washington game to be AG. Common sense dictates that a fresh staff needs to be installed at DOJ because anyone with direct knowledge of the Clinton Death List is not going to do the job.

Well, I am in the midst of an historic lawsuit over Sandy Hook, where the Plaintiff (who calls himself “Leonard Pozner”) was deposed for seven hours on Tuesday, my co-defendant, Mike Palecek, for three hours on Wednesday, doing two shows on Mondays and another three W/F/Sun, all two hours, plus “The New JFK Show” usually on Wednesdays. Before the election of Trump, I was aware that he owed the jew oligarchs from Russia tons of money to keep his”empire” from crashing and burning.

The huge US Naval Station and Shipyard had a presence in Long Beach, CA since the 1930s. In 1997 it was completely closed and the land and docks were turned over to the Communist China shipping company for their port facilities at Los Angeles. This is a chilling example of California’s treasonous surrender to the Chinese.

You’d think that Robert Mueller might know what any licensed attorney-at-law in the land tells a client in a tight spot with a lame alibi: better keep you mouth shut. Instead, Mr. Mueller crept Sphinx-like out of the Deep State woodwork on little cat’s paws and in a brief nine minutes blabbed out a set of whopperish riddles much more likely to get himself in trouble than the target of his hinky inquisition.
The key whopper was that he could not make “a determination” on an obstruction-of-justice charge against Mr. Trump because guidance policy from the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel had said some years ago that a sitting president can’t be indicted. That is not what he told his boss, Mr. Barr, the Attorney General (and a roomful of the AG’s staffers who heard it), in person when he delivered his final report a few weeks ago.
Upon receipt of that report, Mr. Barr asked the Special Counsel three times whether his inability to conclude anything on an obstruction charge was due to the OLC guidance, and three times Mr. Mueller answered “no.” Mr. Barr relayed this on-the-record in testimony before the House Judiciary Committee and, as averred above, he has plenty of witnesses. It should not be hard to reach a determination on who is telling truth here.
In fact, Mr. Mueller could have declared that he found chargeable obstruction crimes were committed based on the evidence, and also demurred to press them at this time — leaving them available to federal prosecutors until after the president was out of office, one way or another. The reason he didn’t is that Mr. Mueller does not want the case to come to trial, ever, because he would lose badly and his reputation would be destroyed. Consider that in any trial, the defendant gets to call witnesses and make his own case. The evidence for gross prosecutorial misconduct on the part of Mr. Mueller and his associates is mountainous compared to the molehill of Mr. Trump’s temper tantrums over the seditious hoax he was subject to. And that matter is now moving in the direction of adjudication.
So instead, Mr. Mueller has set in motion a potential political crisis as momentous as the Civil War, but completely unlike it. Knowing that congress can impeach the president on just about anything — especially this president, publicly reviled like no other before him — he served congress the platter of material to use in the form of his final report, and pretty much dared them to not go forward with it. Get this: it is a ruse. The object is solely to divert the nation’s attention with an impeachment circus, allowing Mr. Mueller to slip away harmlessly into history without sacrificing his own reputation in a courtroom.
Do you have any idea what a fiasco this set-up is? I will tell you.
The US government itself will be discredited and crippled. At one end of Pennsylvania Avenue, you’ll have the impeachment circus in which the misdeeds of the RussiaGate perpetrators will be revealed in all their naked political indecency; and at the other end of Pennsylvania Avenue you’ll have many of the same government officials involved in all that indecency marched into courtrooms to be tried by Mr. Barr’s prosecutors on charges possibly as grave as treason. On the sidelines, you will see something like a fight to the death between the White House and the rogue leviathan that the nation’s “intel community” has grown into — like the ghastly, slime-dripping creature that stowed away on the spaceship Nostromo in the horror movie Alien.
In his farewell performance, Mr. Mueller declared that he considers himself unavailable to testify before congress in whatever proceedings they convene going forward. That’s rich. If you take him at his word, he said that if called, he would simply refer to his 448 report, where all the mysteries of existence may be found — like the Old Testament Yahweh laying his Good Book on the table before the cringing multitudes. It will surely come as a surprise to Mr. Mueller that he is actually not Yahweh with such supreme powers, but a mere mortal who has fucked up mightily in the service of an earthly political conspiracy. In the event, he may find himself citing not his fabulous RussiaGate report, but the Fifth Amendment to the constitution.
That’s what we have to look forward to in the months leading up to the 2020 election, if it can even take place during what may be an epic paralysis of government verging on sickening collapse.
Kunstler has been doing some of his best work lately. He used to enjoy offending hicks in flyover country, until he found out they were some of the sanest people in the Republic. As to the original Mike Adams post, say what you will about Q, he sent photos of Dianna Feinstein in China, while she was there, and also implicated Adam Schiff as well (remember the Port of Long Beach deal with the Chicoms that fell through?).
Also – how is it she wasn’t FISA’d (or was she?…) when her personal driver turned out to be a straight up Chicom operative? Trump got set up for infinitely less.
