The new allegations against the former Vice President’s son, Hunter, are absolutely explosive!
For a guy who appeared to like to get paid for doing nothing, Hunter Biden sure was busy!
The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs (HSGAC) and the Committee on Finance have released their report on Hunter Biden and it is an 87-page wild ride!
Senate Finance Committee Chairman Charles Grassley(R-IA) launched the investigation after he raised concerns over conflict-of-interest regarding the sale of a U.S. company to a Chinese firm that had ties to Hunter Biden. Senator Grassley had sounded the alarm in August 2019–approximately four months before a whistleblower complaint was made regarding President Trump’s phone call to the newly-elected Ukrainian President which prompted Democrats to move to impeach the President.
Here’s the TL;DR version of the most interesting points:
- Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the mayor of Moscow.
- Hunter Biden had business associations with Ye Jianming, Gongwen Dong, and other Chinese nationals linked to the Communist government and the People’s Liberation Army. Those associations resulted in millions of dollars in cash flow.
- Hunter Biden paid nonresident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.”
- Joe was warned by American officials in Ukraine–former Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, George Kent and former U.S. Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs Amos Hochstein–that Hunter’s Burisma Board post was “very awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anticorruption agenda in Ukraine,” and “enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.”
Yikes! Democrats have been accusing President Trump of some sort of “bromance” with Putin, but Joe Biden’s son received millions from the Mayor of Moscow’s wife.
We knew that Hunter was kinda skeezy in his personal relationships, but paying for prostitutes who were trafficked seems to be a whole new level of skeeze.
The financial connections to the Chinese military personnel seems odd when Joe has sent manufacturing jobs over there and said that the Chinese government are “not bad folks, folks!”
Joe knew how Hunter’s Burisma ties looked and didn’t do a damned thing. Probably because everyone thought that Crooked Hillary was going to win in 2016 and it wouldn’t have been an issue.
More interesting tidbits summarized:
- Former Secretary of State John Kerry apparently lied in 2019 when he said he didn’t know about Hunter’s role on Burisma’s board.
- Huner was on the Burisma board when Zlochevsky allegedly paid a $7 million bribe to officials serving under Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Vitaly Yarema, to “shut the case against Zlochevsky.”
- Hunter Biden received Secret Service protection on trips to multiple foreign locations, including Moscow, Beijing, Doha, Paris, Seoul, Manila, Tokyo, Mexico City, Milan, Florence, Shanghai, Geneva, London, Dublin, Munich, Berlin, Bogota, Abu Dhabi, Nairobi, Hong Kong, Taipei, Buenos Aires, Copenhagen, Johannesburg, Brussels, Madrid, Mumbai and Lake Como.
- Andrii Telizhenko, the Democrats’ personification of Russian disinformation, met with Obama administration officials, including Elisabeth Zentos, a member of Obama’s National Security Council, at least 10 times.
- Hunter Biden, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds, in addition to the $4 million he was paid by Burisma.
- Archer received $142,300 from Kenges Rakishev of Kazakhstan, purportedly for a car, the same day Vice President Joe Biden appeared with Ukrainian Prime Minister Arsemy Yasenyuk and addressed Ukrainian legislators in Kyiv regarding Russia’s actions in Crimea.Hunter Biden was a very busy boy! The question is, what did his father know and when did he know it?
- Hunter Biden opened a bank account with Gongwen Dong to fund a $100,000 global spending spree with James Biden and Sara Biden.
Here are the Key Findings of the report as written:
- In early 2015 the former Acting Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, George Kent, raised concerns to officials in Vice President Joe Biden’s office about the perception of a conflict of interest with respect to Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board. Kent’s concerns went unaddressed, and in September 2016, he emphasized in an email to his colleagues, “Furthermore, the presence of Hunter Biden on the Burisma board was very awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anticorruption agenda in Ukraine.”
- In October 2015, senior State Department official Amos Hochstein raised concerns with Vice President Biden, as well as with Hunter Biden, that Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board enabled Russian disinformation efforts and risked undermining U.S. policy in Ukraine.
- Although Kent believed that Hunter Biden’s role on Burisma’s board was awkward for all U.S. officials pushing an anti-corruption agenda in Ukraine, the Committees are only aware of two individuals — Kent and former U.S. Special Envoy and Coordinator for International Energy Affairs Amos Hochstein — who raised concerns to Vice President Joe Biden (Hochstein) or his staff (Kent).
- The awkwardness for Obama administration officials continued well past his presidency. Former Secretary of State John Kerry had knowledge of Hunter Biden’s role on 5 Burisma’s board, but when asked about it at a town hall event in Nashua, N.H. on Dec. 8, 2019, Kerry falsely said, “I had no knowledge about any of that. None. No.” Evidence to the contrary is detailed in Section V.
- Former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland testified that confronting oligarchs would send an anticorruption message in Ukraine. Kent told the Committees that Zlochevsky was an “odious oligarch.” However, in December 2015, instead of following U.S. objectives of confronting oligarchs, Vice President Biden’s staff advised him to avoid commenting on Zlochevsky and recommended he say, “I’m not going to get into naming names or accusing individuals.”
- Hunter Biden was serving on Burisma’s board (supposedly consulting on corporate governance and transparency) when Zlochevsky allegedly paid a $7 million bribe to officials serving under Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Vitaly Yarema, to “shut the case against Zlochevsky.” Kent testified that this bribe occurred in December 2014 (seven months after Hunter joined Burisma’s board), and, after learning about it, he and the Resident Legal Advisor reported this allegation to the FBI.
- Hunter Biden was a U.S. Secret Service protectee from Jan. 29, 2009 to July 8, 2014. A day before his last trip as a protectee, Time published an article describing Burisma’s ramped up lobbying efforts to U.S. officials and Hunter’s involvement in Burisma’s board. Before ending his protective detail, Hunter Biden received Secret Service protection on trips to multiple foreign locations, including Moscow, Beijing, Doha, Paris, Seoul, Manila, Tokyo, Mexico City, Milan, Florence, Shanghai, Geneva, London, Dublin, Munich, Berlin, Bogota, Abu Dhabi, Nairobi, Hong Kong, Taipei, Buenos Aires, Copenhagen, Johannesburg, Brussels, Madrid, Mumbai and Lake Como.

I have been following Jim for years and have always agreed with him on everything he posts. However, I have to disagree with Jim regarding state’s rights to succeed, and agree with Ralph Seymour on this. Any state has the right to succeed. It was never contemplated by the founding fathers that states could never succeed. Our nation was founded on the right to succeed from the British Empire. It therefore defies logic for our federal government to declare no state, each of which is a sovereign nation, has the right to succeed. If no state has the right to succeed, our nation never had the right to succeed, from England, and we should still be a crown colony like Canada. If that is true, we should send Trump to the Queen of England right now take a knee, turn over our constitution for shredding, and swear allegiance to the Queen. I suppose it comes down to might makes right.

“Culture” is composed of the customs, traditions, and beliefs of a group of people. It’s a way of seeing the world and interpreting reality. It determines what’s right and wrong and good and evil. Culture is what ties people together or divides them. It’s a composite of religion, politics, economics, philosophy, and language—but the composite is more important than any one component.
Culture is what ties groups and countries together. When a cultural split develops—such as the one we now have in the US—a country cannot, and, more importantly, should not stay together.
It’s poisonous to keep different cultures together in the same political unit. Politics is all about deciding who decides who gets what, how, and at whose expense. It can be fairly cordial if everybody shares the same culture. If they don’t, it’s a formula for disaster.
In the US, politics has become a contest of who gets to impose their will on the rest of the country. When that’s the case, a country is best off dividing. It shouldn’t be held together artificially or by force, but voluntarily. Freedom of association is necessary for a civil society. People generally prefer to associate with those with whom they share a culture. Birds of a feather do, in fact, flock together.
The alternative is chaos or even civil war. I suspect what we’ve seen in the last few months is only an overture to what’s coming. The US is no longer a country that is united by language, ideas, ethnicity, or anything else. It has become a multicultural domestic empire. The essence of an empire is coercion. The divide between the components of the US is growing and solidifying.
Politicians talk about “bringing us together.” But that’s nonsense. Politics only brings people together by force—the way a pressure cooker brings things together. It may look like it’s succeeding for a while, but when the pressure builds enough, there’s an explosion. Cultures develop organically; political coercion can’t make disparate people like each other.
Apart from that, I’d argue the US has become too large, too complex, and too diverse to be governable. It’s very different from what it was at its founding—or even fifty years ago. For one thing, its central government is already totally bankrupt. Productive parts of the country will increasingly resent a corrupt Washington that supports itself, its cronies, and hordes of welfare recipients at their expense.
Perhaps the US should break up peacefully before the situation gets completely out of control.
But how? The last time the US tried to divide, the result was the (incorrectly named) Civil War. The unpleasantness of 1861–1865 was not, in fact, a civil war, but a war of secession. The South simply wanted to go its own way, much as the colonies did in 1776. A civil war, by contrast, is one in which two or more parties try to take over the same government. That’s very different from wanting to part company.
The South should have been allowed to break off, in much the same way that Slovakia and the Czech Republic separated or the way that Yugoslavia divided into six republics—or, for that matter, the way that the Soviet Union broke up into 15 republics.
Abraham Lincoln created the poisonous meme that the states should be held together by force. Most people now think it’s some type of crime to even intimate that the US could—or should—break up. Interestingly, there are groups in California, Oregon, and Washington that are talking about it, not to mention millions of Hispanics that see the Southwest as the object of a Reconquista.

The coming election is certainly going to be the most important one since that of 1860, which installed Lincoln and after which Lincoln precipitated the War Between the States. Americans in blue counties and red counties have come to dislike one another on a visceral level. At this point, families can’t even get together for a Thanksgiving or Christmas without acrimony. The situation is quite serious, and the hysteria over COVID-19 combined with a collapsing economy has made it much worse. As outrageous as it sounds, the US should divide into at least two smaller units. Americans can then peacefully choose which version of America suits them.
As it stands, the election will be contested no matter which side wins, simply because the country has become totally polarized. No matter who wins, the other side is going to be terminally unhappy with the result. Last week, I spelled out the six reasons Biden (or at least the Democrats) are likely to win. No matter who wins, however, about half the country is going to be very unhappy. There’s likely to be some serious violence as the winning side tries to impose its values on the losing side.
We know the Republican candidate will be Mr. Trump. But it doesn’t make much difference who the Democratic candidate is at this point. The fact that Biden is borderline senile is irrelevant. They could probably run a chimpanzee in Biden’s place and expect the same result because this election is about cultural values in general, and hating Trump in particular. It has little to do with what Trump does or doesn’t believe; he has no philosophical center, no real core beliefs. But he’s a traditionalist, a cultural conservative. And he is very outspoken. That’s why he serves as an excellent lightning rod for the building storm.
Unfortunately, he’s also an authoritarian and a jingoist at heart. His supporters equate that with strength. Unfortunately, Americans from both parties will want an authoritarian to keep some semblance of order as things get wild and woolly. I still think the Dems will win for the reasons I spelled out last week, despite their probably having overplayed their hand with their support of Black Lives Matter and even Antifa—things which could still tip the balance in Trump’s favor. When it comes to a choice between order and ideology, the average guy prefers order.
The election is still close to an even odds bet for that reason, even though the polls (and my own reasoning, for what it’s worth) say the Democrats will win. But after the election, we’re going to see some major fireworks.
This guy has his head where the Sun does not shine. The South SHOULD NOT have been allowed to separate from the Union. And Joe Biden (and the Democrats) ARE NOT going to win in November. I find this more than slightly embarrassing. Complete rubbish. It’s just nonsense.
In other words, you still believe the US is socially cohesive, is not occupied Israel and controlled Israel and Jewish interests —– and can be governed properly by this huge joke we refer to as the Federal Government?

No, Ralph. I was specific about the points to which I have taken exception. My comments were not directed at you. I have found yours to be very appropriate in most cases. Why are you not responding to the precise points I made? Yes, alas: Congress largely remains Israeli-occupied territory. We all want that to change. But the South should not have been allowed to succeed and the Democrats are not going to win in November, where I predict Trump will win in a landslide!
If you can bring yourself to forget about the election and the Civil War and consider the substance of the article, I think you might see that Casey makes perfect sense.
It is a fact that the US Empire has devolved into a predator nation serving foreign interests and that our current government is not what the founding fathers envisioned.
Americans, whose jobs have been outsourced to advance globalism now pay taxes to support a police state as well as a bloated and largely unnecessary military. If this poisonous government disappeared, Americans, and the rest of the world for that matter, would surely not miss it.
Casey makes the point that dissolution of the Federal Government and a break up of the US would make a lot of sense on many different levels.

But your solution (of abolishing the federal government–do I have that right?) is completely ridiculous and even theoretically absurd.
