The news that a settlement has been reached in the Dominion Voting Systems lawsuit against Fox News, and Fox has agreed to pay Dominion $787.5 million seems as ridiculous as it sounds in light of the fact that the amount is up to 20 times more than the company is worth. Dominion had to prove that Fox falsely reported the election information and did so with malice, which requires a much high standard to prove in court. It also seemed to me that there is reason to believe that Fox News had information that could have aided them in their defense, and chose not to use it. Why? Dominion worked with State election officials to thwart all efforts to audit their machines, so why didn’t Fox demand an audit of the Dominion machines and software? It makes me wonder if the whole thing was staged to give the fraudulent 2020 election to install Joe Biden legitimacy and stop all of the unanswered questions that still beg to be answered.
Former Georgia Secretary of State and current Governor Brian Kemp was already under fire by election security experts when he gained national attention for rebuking federal officials over cybersecurity concerns as Secretary Of State. Then he ignored the advice of security experts when he decided to move ahead with spending $150 million on new Dominion bar-code machines. Kemp and his Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger dismissed critics of the devices — including the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine — as fringe figures.
Richard DeMillo, a voting security expert and computer science professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology said “Raffensperger’s public statements on election security demonstrate no understanding of the underlying concepts.” OK, so everyone agreed Georgia had incompetent leadership, surely cooler heads would prevail right? Sadly no.
Liberal news site politico.com reported in 2019 that technology specialists and watchdog groups denounced the move because the devices are vulnerable to hacking that could change the results embedded in the barcodes. Raffensperger and his staff rejected the experts’ advice, arguing that the barcode machines are more convenient for voters than the state’s existing paperless touchscreen machines. Also, In June 2019 Kemp announced a $130 million Chinese investment in Georgia.
uncensored. co reported that an “investigation into SEC filings has revealed that the firm which owns Dominion Voting Systems, Staple Street Capitol, received $400 million dollars from UBS Securities LTD, a Swiss bank with close links to the Chinese government less than a month before the election. Dominion also received $200 million dollars from them in 2012.” The liberal-funded fact-check sites tried to deny it so here are the facts from uncensored.co

Where was the reporting on this important information from the mainstream media? In light of the information that has been revealed about the Biden Crime family’s dealings with the Communist Chinese and the tens of millions of dollars that have been paid to them. Chinese interference in our elections should be breaking news on every network, why wasn’t it?
In my article, “Diversity Driven Incompetence And Fast Tracking Idiocracy” I covered an investigation by “The Election Oversight Group” which conducted an extensive investigation into the stolen election in the state of Georgia. They found that “End of the day Reconciliation Reports” showed that the Dominion machines were seriously undercounting the number of ballots that had been cast and attributed the problem to QR bar-code failure errors.
They found these same QR bar-code failure errors in 65 out of 67 counties in Georgia from the counties that provided them with their records. After testing a number of machines, their fears were not assuaged, far from it. They found that even ballots that were successfully scanned were not counted in the total, and now they believe that the machines were pre-programmed.
these same problems were found in swing states, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and possibly Nevada. Hand counts done in Dekalb and Floyd Counties found that 4400 ballots that were successfully scanned did not get counted in the tabulator’s count. Hmm…4400 in just 2 Georgia counties, how many would they have found if they could have looked into the other 157 counties? Governor Kemp refused all requests to audit the results.
The Georgia State Election Board held a hearing in September 2022 on election integrity and The Election Oversight Group requested several times before the hearing to be allowed to present the findings of their comprehensive investigation, but in the end, they were not allowed to present their evidence of vote fraud. Dominion, however, was allowed all the time they wanted. How in the world is there still a Dominion lawsuit against anyone still being pursued?
The Gateway Pundit reported that Professor J. Alex Halderman, from the University of Michigan, audited Dominion Voting Machines in Georgia after the 2020 Election, and corrupt Obama Judge Totenberg will not to this day release this report. (If FOX News was really interested in the truth why didn’t they demand to see this report?) An audit in New Mexico after the 2020 Election proved that the Dominion Auditing Machines can fill in ballots, and it was found that in Tennessee and New Mexico that an erroneous code was found on Dominion voting machines. This came after the machines were reportedly certified.

Trump asked Kemp for a random audit of the Dominion machines which he refused, and he also refused an audit of the signature verification on the millions of mail-in-ballots that was nonexistent in most states, which was also denied. We are told that Donald Trump knew he lost the election and conspired to take back the presidency by hook or crook. Did you know that On election night, officials initially reported that Joe Biden had beaten Trump by about 3,000 votes in the heavily Republican Antrim county? Later, the officials claimed 6,000 Trump votes were accidentally given to Biden due to human error. Eventually, Trump was reported to have beaten Biden in Antrim County by about 2,500 votes out of 17,000 cast. They got caught and called it an anomaly, do you buy that?
As reported by the Epoch Times, a court-sanctioned forensic audit of voting systems in Michigan’s Antrim County determined that crucial security and ballot-adjudication logs were missing from machines by Dominion Voting Systems, the company at the epicenter of the dispute over whether voter fraud occurred during the 2020 general election.
The Dominion machines kicked out millions of ballots that then went to adjudication, where biased radical poll workers filled in new ballots, and even had the authority to change the selected candidates. Is this why Republican poll workers were intimidated and kicked out of the counting centers in the swing states? Accusations of missing logs were made in other states as well. See here:
This same scenario played out in the recent election in Arizona that played out in the swing states in the 2020 election. The state was flooded with millions of mail-in ballots. Prior to the 2020 election, a mail-in ballot had to be requested by the voter. Drop boxes filled with illegitimate votes were dumped at counting centers, there was no proper chain of custody of these ballots, and no signature verification was done. Thousands of Republicans who went to the polls on election day were told they had already voted by mail.
It should be clear to the dimmest bulbs that the phony pandemic was used to roll out the phony mail-in ballots and manipulate the totals through the adjudication process and the voter rolls filled with dead people, people who moved out of state, Republicans they knew wouldn’t vote until election day and phantom voters using variations of registered. voters names. This is the new way to steal an election.
Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Judge Michael Gableman was hired to look into voting irregularities in the 2020 election and found illegal vote harvesting in nursing homes and ballot drop boxes that were illegal in Wisconsin during the 2020 election.

Francis X. Ryan, a state representative of Pennsylvania and CPA, testified that a discrepancy of 400,000 mail-in ballots remained unexplained in the state at the Senate hearing about 2020 election irregularities on Dec. 16, 2020. Biden’s margin over Trump in Pennsylvania is 80,555 votes. Ryan said:
“The mail-in ballot system for the general election of 2020 in Pennsylvania was so fraught with inconsistencies and irregularities that the reliability of the mail-in votes in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania is impossible to rely upon.”
This was not a problem unique to Pennsylvania or limited to just the swing states. These irregularities were also found in states that Trump won.
For those who aren’t convinced the election was stolen consider this:
After midnight on election night and before the inexplicable stoppage of counting the votes:
*Trump led Pennsylvania by 682,000 votes
*Trump led Georgia by 311,000 votes
*Trump led Michigan by 307,000 votes
*Trump led Wisconsin by 128,000 votes
In any other election, this one likely would have been called for Trump. Instead, trucks filled with boxes of ballots began to be dropped off in the swing states at 3 and 4 am.
“Donald Trump was pretty much the only incumbent president in U.S. history to lose his re-election while his own party gained seats in the House of Representatives.” Now that’s a Biden miracle! In 2020, The Cook Political Report and The New York Times rated 27 House seats as toss-ups going into Election Day. Republicans won all 27.
It turns out that The Director of Product Strategy and Security for Dominion Software named Eric Coomer was outed as an Antifa member or sympathizer who was in charge of security at Dominion. He was a known Trump hater who promised a Biden win on social media and, when asked if it was possible for someone to bypass the election systems software to go directly to the data tables that manage systems running elections, he said “Yes, if they have access.” Coomer also said, “Our shit is riddled with bugs.” Hmm…It sounds like Mr. Coomer could have been Fox News’ star witness, why wasn’t he?
Voting machines aren’t supposed to be connected to the internet in order to ensure that there can be no outside manipulation of the votes, and states were told that the Dominion machines weren’t connected, but that wasn’t true. After Dominion IT Technician, Melissa Carone gave testimony that the machines in the Detroit counting center she was working were connected to the Internet and other poll workers testified that they were connected in other states as well, Dominion CEO John Poulis was forced to come clean in a Congressional hearing.
“The systems are designed to be a closed network, which means they are connected to each other in a local area network. They are not designed to be connected to the outside world through either an Internet connection or any other external connectivity device, Poulos admitted that any issues could be uncovered through audits by accredited testing authorities. He also said security logs wouldn’t show if somebody were to attempt manipulation of the results. If there were manipulation, though, paper ballots wouldn’t match the machine totals in a hand recount. But audits were denied in every state and data that Dominion was lawfully required to keep for 2 years has been destroyed. Dominion’s website says “Dominion results servers are designed to not be connected to the Internet.” So why were they?

In a report from Jack Hadfield at nationalfile.com, a shocking video of a Dominion employee was caught of him downloading data from the central server at Gwinnett County’s election central responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results. He downloaded the data to a USB thumb drive from the server, plugged it into a laptop, manipulated data, then palmed the USB and left. There should never be laptops in these rooms because of this kind of illegal manipulation. Is this an example of the kind of access Mr. Coomer was talking about?
In the recent election in Georgia Michelle Long Spears ran for a Dekalb County Commission seat in the primary in May of 2022, and came in 3rd, missing the runoff election. She was told after doing some checking that she received NO votes at all in several precincts including her own. Since she knew that she and her husband had voted for her, Spears asked for a hand count and the hand count showed that Long had actually won the race. She went on to win the runoff with 61% of the vote. How could this happen, were these Dominion machines pre-programmed?
The truth is, no one trusts our elections anymore, and why should they? If you believe Joe Biden won, you’ve been deceived. There is verifiable cheating, malfunctioning machines and printers, dirty election rolls, and every election law is routinely disregarded and broken as they were in every swing state in 2020. Both sides also routinely question the outcomes of these elections, infuriating the other side with accusations flying. The solution of course is to audit these contested elections and do hand counts, we simply must have reliable checks and balances. There is nothing unpatriotic or undemocratic about asking for an audit and hand count in any election, this would end the cheating. Audits and hand counts would have exposed Joe Biden’s illegitimate election
which is precisely why our controllers wouldn’t allow it.
Mass mail-in ballots must go, they are tools of cheaters. Unless one is requested by the voter for a good reason they shouldn’t be sent. In-person voting must be the way forward. When a state or election company (Dominion) is required to retain documents and data and destroys them as was done in the last two elections, someone should go to jail. The only reason we don’t have full disclosure is that our elections are being stolen and the media will never tell us the truth.

It’s not a case of being “out-smarted”, Bill. It’s a case of repeated injustices being perpetuated to never allow any of these fraudulent and staged events ever go to trial. Did we ever have a presentation under oath of the 911 evidence, the Sandy Hook evidence, the Boston bombing evidence (what a show trial that was!), or Parkland? What we have found is that, in the U.S., corrupt judges have assumed unconstitutional prerogatives to dismiss lawsuits (as but two egregious examples, witness the capricious dismissal by a Florida judge of the Facebook monopolistic practices lawsuit filed by 49 state attorney generals and the FTC) and the prevention of a jury trial and presentation of forensic evidence in Jim Fetzer’s trial. Whether FOX was in on the deal–akin to Remington’s folding on Sandy Hook–or they were spooked by the judge’s ruling in advance that the election fraud claims were false, without any evidence presented under oath, is unclear. But FOX News has always been controlled opposition, with Rupert and his boys integrally linked to the globalist cabal, despite some seemingly honest anchors like Tucker Carlson. FOX News will survive–FOX Corp. has over 4 billion in cash at hand–and will continue in its role of controlled opposition. Dominion will gain a massive war chest that can be used to prevent legislatures from dispensing with their machines. William…seems we define out-smarted differently. There were no contingency plans for the steal where the Dems had every move calculated. Trump is now saying we’ll follow their strategy in 2024. Do you not think the Dems also have that move covered? How long has it been since the steal and I have yet to see enough changes to stop another fiasco. The right has to get down and dirty and I don’t see it as yet. We are always playing catch-up and on the defensive. We cannot bring a knife to a gun fight.

Trump may have lost in 2020 but most Americans now believe the 2020 and 2022 (not to mention previous national elections) were fraudulent. Companies supporting the cabal’s narrative are losing ground, the mainstream media is being decimated, and blue cities are losing their best talent as they careen on their way to collapse. But how can we change the outcome of elections if the elections themselves are fraudulent and the very people responsible for guaranteeing their integrity (the DOJ, courts) are put in place by the those elected (e.g., senators and congressmen) in the fraudulent elections? Are we currently being out-smarted? No, we are being bludgeoned. But were we asleep at the wheel for the past century when the cabal’s tentacles have been steadily infiltrating every aspect of American society? Yes. But the good news is that eventually the vast majority of Americans will catch on and what’s left of American may become free again.
