Joachim Hagopain, Who Caused the Kakhovka Dam Bust? Early Analysis Points to Ukraine

Prior to addressing the major developments this week in Ukraine, a brief historical review provides the contextual background for today’s events. The Rothschild Khazarian mafia/City of London plotted the complete destruction of Western civilization in favor of a multipolar world, run chiefly by emerging geopolitical kingpins Russia (for its unlimited natural resources) and China (as the world’s largest manufacturing base), in covert partnership with the City of London RKM after years earlier secretly courting and grooming both Putin and Xi Jinping’s rise to power.

Additionally, a scheme to make Ukraine the next Israel has also long been plotted. With Ukraine the original ancient Khazar homeland and, per centenarian globalist Henry Kissinger’s own 2012 admission that Israel will no longer exist in 10 years, the plan for an exodus of Israel’s Ashkenazi Khazarian population to return once again to their homeland roots in Ukraine still very much remains in place.

Over a millennium ago, notorious Khazarian name stealers regularly murdered traveling merchants along the Silk Road, practicing pagan Babylonian worship of Baal. They became such a regional menace that the federation led by Russians forced Khazar King Bulan to convert to one of three major monotheistic religions. Bulan chose to be crypto-Jews around 800 A.D., but still secretly practicing their form of Babylonian Talmudism engaging in blood sacrifice rituals.

Today as the Khazarian mafia, they wield extraordinary power among the global elites within all the wealthiest nations despite comprising less than 1-2% of the overall populations. Additionally, for centuries they are behind creating and funding both sides to all wars, including the one raging right now in Ukraine, today’s global migration crises, the fake pandemic, genocidal bioweapon holocaust, digital ID mandates, the climate change hoax, acute food and energy shortage, rampant global child sex trafficking and current house of cards collapsing financial and economic system. It’s called the Great Reset designed to bring about such dire turmoil as to usher in feudalistic dystopian control over a drastically depopulated planet.

On Sunday May 4^th, after Zelensky announced the long-hyped spring counteroffensive would begin the preceding day, Ukraine’s mechanized forces launched a five-pronged attack in the Donbass attempting to breach Russian defenses at the weakest point, but by early Monday morning the Russian Defense Ministry reported the Kiev advance was successfully repelled. The Ministry statement reported:

The enemy’s goal was to breach our defenses in what they assumed was the most vulnerable section of the frontline. The enemy has failed to reach its goals and was unsuccessful. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have lost more than 250 service members, 16 tanks, three infantry vehicles, and 21 armored vehicles.

Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkovon on Monday June 5^th said that Ukraine fared no better with its counteroffensive on Sunday June 4^th:

Having suffered heavy losses the day before, the Kiev regime reorganized the remnants of the 23rd and 31st mechanized brigades into separate combined units, which continued the offensive operations close to Novodarovka and Levadnoye… The Ukrainian Armed Forces’ total losses in south Donetsk direction were over 1,500 servicemen, 28 tanks, including eight German-made Leopard tanks and three French-manufactured AMX-10 wheeled tanks, as well as 109 other armored fighting vehicles.

Kiev forces were again repelled in both the Donbass as well as the Zaporozhye regions last weekend. Russia declared Ukraine’s long-awaited counteroffensive a complete failure thus far. Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu stated over 3,700 Ukraine troops became casualties while Russia suffered only 71 dead.

Then out of probable spite over its hyped up, humiliating nothing-burger, always hypersensitive to world opinion and worried over Ukraine war fatigue, on Tuesday it appears that Kiev elected to destroy the Kakhovka Dam in the Kherson region flooding the Dnieper River plain. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated it was “a deliberate act of sabotage by the Ukrainian side” to deprive Crimea from its drinking water supply while diverting unwanted attention away from its faltering counteroffensive. Predictably, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky immediately blamed Russia for destroying the dam:

Such deliberate destruction by the Russian occupiers and other structures of the hydroelectric power station is an environmental bomb of mass destruction. It will not stop Ukraine and Ukrainians. We will still liberate all our land. Only the complete liberation of Ukrainian land from the Russian occupiers will guarantee that there will be no more such terrorist attacks.

Zelensky’s meta message… so just keep sending more money and weapons of mass destruction to Ukraine and victory for world democracy will be ours. But if you abandon our stand up for Ukraine cause, you will all be eternally damned sinners when your sons and daughters will soon be fighting Putin’s invading forces in your backyard. No matter Zelensky’s spin or Kiev and the West’s propaganda war lies, they will not be saved from the jaws of humiliation and defeat.

No surprise that Ukraine would accuse Russia in a desperate attempt to solicit sympathy and support. A cursory appraisal of each side’s recent history regarding lies and false flags definitely points to Ukraine, and then cui bono, who has the most motive to gain the most from a terrorist attack and again that is also Ukraine.

Many cities and towns down river are now heavily flooded, some up to their rooftops, creating both an environmental and humanitarian crisis with the west bank controlled by Kiev forces needing to evacuate 17,000 residents and the east bank controlled by Russian forces potentially evacuating 25,000 residents. In the immediate aftermath, each side so far claims to have only evacuated over 1,000 people. Virtually all residents in the Kherson Region are ethnic Russians that voted to be part of Russia in last year’s referendum. Russia gains nothing from this catastrophe. Recall that as recently as last December, such grave concern that Ukraine would destroy the Kakhovka Dam that Russia began a major evacuation of local residents.

A Thursday June 8^th RT article states:

In an interview with the Washington Post last December 27th, General Andrey Kovalchuk, the then-commander of Ukrainian troops in Kherson Region, revealed that Kiev had conducted a test strike with a US-supplied HIMARS launcher on one of the floodgates at the dam.

Since August 2022, Kiev forces were firing US shipped HIMARS longer range rocket systems on both the Kakhovka dam and Kakhovka Hydroelectric Plant. The June 8^th RT article analyzing all that has emerged over this last year, concluded that the destruction is the likely result of cumulative structural damage done over time. RT reports that a large segment of the dam collapsed on Tuesday as a result of the frequent shelling by Ukraine over the past many months, further exacerbated by hydroelectric plant workers unable to conduct needed repair and maintenance. By Ukrainian General Kovalchuk’s own admission, though he denied intent to entirely destroy the structure late last year, he specified that its destruction would only be as “a last resort.” Perhaps Ukraine with Western approval reached their “last resort.” RT’s account points out that both sides were surprised and both appear equally hampered by the dam destruction and flooding. But knowing the dam was weakened by the Kiev strikes, why did Ukraine suspiciously raise the water level of Kakhovka Reservoir to a record level just prior to the event, causing increasing water pressure on the already known damaged structure? To me, overall it leans more to Ukraine’s “last resort” facing certain loss that is pending any month now.

The dam collapse also poses risk to Europe’s largest nuclear power plant – Zaporizhzhia NPP 130 km (80 miles) upstream, in greater jeopardy now with less available water for cooling reactors after over a year of Kiev’s reckless nonstop shelling willfully attempting to cause a nuclear catastrophe at the Russian occupied facility. Yet despite Ukraine’s incessant shelling and minor damage creating such high risk of cataclysmic death and destruction as far west as Poland, the Baltic States and even Germany downwind, the Western puppet vassals let Ukraine off the hook without as much as a complaint because it was the globalist puppet masters dictating Europe submit to strict pro-Ukraine policy. This also explains why the controllers forced suicidal sanctions that only hurt the West, clearly benefiting Russia and a multipolar world. Pure incompetence by useful idiot puppets is a lame and, like the dam, doesn’t hold any water.

On Wednesday June 7^th, Russian ambassador to the US, Anatoly Antonov, accurately stated:

There is a targeted disinformation campaign going on in US media, [blaming Russia while Antonov called it] deliberate sabotage [by Ukraine]. Administration officials have framed their rhetoric as if the Russian Federation were in any case responsible for all incidents that occur during the Ukrainian conflict, [adding] such an approach does not stand up to scrutiny. This is another desperate attempt to ‘whitewash’ the Kiev regime, which deliberately shelled the station for many months. [This ecological disaster is] yet another gross violation of international humanitarian law by Ukraine. [Washington’s] patrons never criticize Kiev. All actions of the regime are approved of, while any strikes that Russians suffer from are encouraged. [It’s a] textbook example of an ill-conceived, flawed position that has already caused serious upheavals in the world.

As detailed in a recent article I wrote last week, NATO’s largest joint military airpower exercise ever commences on Monday June 12^th and runs for the next two weeks involving 25 Western nations. Intelligence sources claim that WWIII is imminent with over 200 NATO aircraft flying over European skies minutes from the Ukraine warzone, and the world’s largest US aircraft carrier on standby alert in the area with a capacity to service 90 warplanes, combined potentially with Ukraine’s counteroffensive, our world could radically change forever for the worse as soon as next week.

As much as the US is trying to keep Operation Defender-23 under wraps, the US is also hard put to explain all the recent Ukraine terrorist incursions and attacks inside Russia, with almost daily drones and artillery shelling now killing, injuring and taking Russian citizens hostage, all done with Western weapons. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby made recent feeble claims that the US does not approve of Ukraine using US weapons to attack targets inside Russia. The latest of this Western charade is the Belgian president in response to recent Ukraine saboteurs operating inside Russia’s border region of Belgorod, armed with Belgian rifles. An indignant president in Brussels stated he’s launching an investigation, pretending to be so surprised and upset that his Belgian made weapons would be used by terrorists to attack Russians inside Russia. What a sick joke these lying assholes are pretending to be real.

Following their masters’ orders, Western puppets are being pressured to bring even more heat on the Russian enemy due to Ukraine’s imminent collapse, and with bloodline controllers growing more desperate to keep the war going at all cost, the West must create an excuse or pretext for NATO to enter the war. That’s what all this escalated maneuvering is all about, because the Rothschild Khazarian mafia is looking to ignite the spark that will trigger World War III. Either this month with Ukraine’s counteroffensive and the NATO exercise lasting until June 23^rd unfolding or definitely by the July 11^th NATO summit date in Vilnius, Lithuania that war witch Victoria Nuland already assured Kiev would be the start of the next world war. And on record with her 2014 Maidan coup and sabotaged Nord Stream pipeline already under her crystal ball belt, per her history alone, it appears that World War III is right on schedule to arrive very soon this summer.
