Curious Circumstances Surrounding the Arrest of Kenan Paulin, “Son of Enos”
It would appear that paid character assassin Victor Hugo Vaca, Jr. has exposed BitChute and its CEO, Ray Vahey, to material complicity in the political targeting and defamation of Nobody Died at Sandy Hook co-editor and co-author Dr. James Fetzer.
A platform’s material complicity strips a platform of legal immunity from the unlawful content posted on its platform. BitChute has already received cease-and-desist notices, neglected to rebut affidavits, and Fetzer has provided examples of the defamation and politically targeted harassment, citing the statutes and terms of service violated.
Section 230 (c) (1) of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 provides broad immunity for online platforms.
Immunity is lost when the platform is shown to be materially complicit: “A website may lose immunity under Section 230 if it makes a material contribution to the alleged unlawfulness of the content.”
Reflecting Vahey and BitChute’s alleged material complicity in the politically-motivated defamation of Fetzer and many others on this platform, among the recipients of Vaca’s defamatory press releases are askray@bitchute.com, Vahey’s email address; and support@bitchute.zendesk.
Vaca has acknowledged being in regular communication with Vahey.
The latter email address is associated with BitChute’s customer support system, which is hosted on Zendesk—a platform for managing support tickets and inquiries. BitChute’s public support email is listed as support@bitchute.com.
On information and belief, the Zendesk version is used internally or for automated ticket handling when users submit requests through BitChute’s support portal.
The only response BitChute provides in response to complaints of unlawful conduct and content on its platform are sent from report@bitchute.zendesk.
How did Vaca acquire access to an internal support BitChute email and why is it included on Vaca’s spam list defaming Fetzer?
It would appear that Vaca has engaged BitChute’s internal customer support division and Vahay as an fyi in his defamation campaign.
On information and belief, Vaca’s press releases are distributed by a person posting under the handle of “Jane Ava Tracey.” She handles his publicity — for example, she promoted Vaca’s participation in Liberpulco with fellow podcasters Max Igan and Jeff Berwick.
She also amplifies Vaca’s defamation and abuse, while contributing her own.
Tracey does not appear to be this individual’s actual name. As she acknowledged to Fetzer’s team, she adopted the identity of Professor Emeritus Tracey Jane Turner from the Department of Physics, and had, for a while, even used a picture of the professor as a thumbnail.
Reflecting a coordinated effort to defame and harass Fetzer, Vaca enlisted Igan, Berwick, and Qanon podcaster Dustin Nemos in a targeted defamation campaign against him over Sandy Hook.
The quadruplet also teamed up to promote the arrest of Kenan Paulin, who posts content under the handle of “Son of Enos.”
In June, North Bay Police Service arrested Kenan in Ontario, Canada for anti-Semitic content — right after Fetzer publicly announced he had filed a criminal complaint against Vaca with his local law enforcement.
The four men tried to generate publicity for Kenan on BitChute, claiming that Fetzer was attempting to have Vaca arrested for anti-Semitism, given that Fetzer had terminated him for repeatedly blaming Jews for the world’s problems, among other concerns.
Fetzer’s complaint had nothing to do with Vaca’s anti-Semitism and everything to do with his relentless online harassment, defamation — and violation of criminal statutes and BitChute’s terms of service.
Dianne Paulin, Kenan’s mother, has been working with Vaca and Nemos to generate publicity over the arrest of her son for breaking Canadian laws barring anti-Semitic hate speech while both accused Fetzer of attempting to arrest Vaca for a similar offense.
Dianne Paulin is the name of a retired forensics nurse who worked for the North Bay Regional Health Centre for 24 years as seen here and here.
A forensics nurse is a liaison between healthcare providers and the legal system who collects evidence for criminal investigations, documents evidence, testifies in court as an expert witness, and partners with law enforcement.
If this nurse is, in fact, Kenan’s mother, then she established decades-long relationships with the police bureau and courts connected to the arrest of her son, raising questions of why she would select Vaca and Nemos, given their rap sheets and anti-Semitic rhetoric, rather than work within the legal system and with established media.
This week Nemos and Vaca had a very public falling out, with each attempting to claim ownership of the Kenan story, prompting the influencers to post smear videos accusing each other of misrepresenting their respective relationships with Paulin and her son
