As a resource for Robert David Steele in the production of his series, “Memorandums for the President on 9/11”, I have made quite a few recommendations of experts who could make their own important contributions. Among those I have suggested was Rob Balsamo, Co-Founder of Pilots for 9/11 Truth, which has made highly significant discoveries that never received the recognition that they deserve.
Rob, however, was ambivalent about contributing, emphasizing that Pilots wants nothing to do with (what has been called) “no planes theory”, in spite of the fact that Pilots have adduced proof that two of the planes, Flight 93 (Shanksville) and Flight 175 (South Tower), were still in the air after they had “officially” crashed in New York and Pennsylvania. “No planes” theory is defined by four theses:
(T1) that Flight 11 did not hit the North Tower;(T2) that Flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon;(T3) that Flight 93 did not crash at Shanksville;(T4) that Flight 175 did not hit the South Tower.
We already have memoranda from an Aeronautical Engineer, “Memorandum for the President: No Boeing 757 Hit the Pentagon”, and from John Lear, “Memorandum for the President: 9/11 Twin Towers were Not hit by Nor destroyed by two Boeing 767s”, which establish theses (T1), (T2) and (T4). My belief was that Pilots could confirm (T3) and (T4) as a valuable contribution to the series.
Because Rob was reluctant, I suggested I could draft a memorandum for his consideration, but after a few days deliberation, he decided against it. Since my draft was based upon and simply paraphrased the content of three of Pilots’ previously publish studies, I was rather taken aback. Here is the draft memorandum. I would welcome comments or speculation as to why Rob refused to endorse it.

| From Pilots for 9/11 Truth, “9/11 Intercepted” |
Dear Mr. President,
Pilots for 9/11 Truth, an organization of aviation professionals and pilots through the globe, was founded in 2006 to seek the truth surrounding the events of 9/11. While we do not offer a theory or assign blame for the atrocities that occurred on that occasion, we have discovered a number of anomalies of which we believe you ought to be made aware. Here, I mention three.
Impossible Speed
Much controversy has surrounded the videos of (what purports to be) Flight 175, a Boeing 767, approaching the South Tower. We have analyzed data provided by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) in terms of a “Radar Data Impact Speed Study” in which the NTSB found 510 knots for Flight 175 (South Tower) and 430 knots for Flight 11 (North Tower). Relying upon a bench mark set by the crash in October 1999 of another 767, Egypt Air 900, Flight 175 as shown had exceeded its maximum operating limits causing in-flight structural failure, which would also have been the case for the WTC aircraft, as we have illustrated in our documentary, “9/11 Intercepted”.
Flight 93 Airborne After Crash
Air Traffic Control (ATC) transcripts reveal United 93 as being airborne after its alleged crash in Shanksville, PA. Similar scenarios have been offered with regard to American 11 and American 77, showing an aircraft target continuing past its alleged crash point in the case of American 11 or past its turn-around point in the case of American 77. Both of those cases can be explained by “Coast Mode” radar tacking. That is not the case with United 93, where tracking data shows it was over Champaign-Urbana, IL, after its reported crash in Pennsylvania. FAA Registration Records further show that it was not formally taken out of service until 28 September 2005.
Flight 175 Airborne Long After Crash
Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) is used to send messages to and from aircraft. Similar to text messaging and email systems used today, developed in 1978 and still in use today, it allows airplanes to communicate with one another. ACARS messages obtained through FOIA requests demonstrate that Flight 175 was over Harrisburg, PA, and then over Pittsburgh, PA 20 minutes after allegedly having hit the South Tower. FAA Registration data, once again, show that the plane was not taken out of service until 28 September 2005.
Pilots does not take a position on the explanation for the data other than to conclude that we have determined the actual positions of Flights 93 and 175 are inconsistent with The Report of the 9/11 Commission (2004) and believe we are professionally obligated to so inform you.

I like to analyze what aspects of studying 9-11 that ALL researchers can agree on. I used to think that all agreed on the impossibility of the “official narrative” being true, however I can see that some researchers seem to put forth data and observations that are bound not to contradictory
The subject of “no planes” is a subject that all researchers of 9-11 have been VERY AWARE OF AND VERY CAREFUL ABOUT in how they “deal with” in relation to the body of “evidence” and observations that each researcher and researcher group put forth.
I would also venture to say that from the very beginning long before 9-11 the plotters, planners, and perpetrators of 9-11 were also very aware of and planning for how to handle this topic.
The subject of no planes is part of the WHO DID IT issue and cannot be viewed as separate.
The way the subject of no-planes is dealt with by a researcher is, to me, a litmus test in judging the objectivity and quality of the rest of a researcher’s work.
Let’s count a few of the many ways the no-planes issue has been played with and tip toed around.
Some researchers just totally ignore the issue and put forth a very confined set of data and observations that appear to be telling us “you must look here at this “bombshell evidence” and implying “don’t look there.”
Some play with and manipulate us with the definitions of terms, like Barbara Honneger. I think that is called the logical fallacy of equivocation.
Some imply there can be real planes AND real “controlled demolition materials” in the Towers.
Some do an excellent job of explaining why no-planes is true but at the same time ally themselves with researcher(s) who exclusively confine their data and “theory” to what physically happened at all or only some of the 9-11 “target” sites and never say one word about the no-planes issue or only much later in time since 9-11 find reason to jump in a bit on that subject.
There are many reasons by Mr. Balsamo and “Pilots wants nothing to do with (what has been called) "no planes theory", but must say that just the tone of that attitude is very contradictory to the kind of thinking we hope all pilots have. Now, Pilots even reject even a very neutral objective summary of “facts they have adduced” that support general no-planes deliberations. This rejection takes on the appearance of “reject at all costs”, “reject and have absolutely nothing to do with no matter what.”
THAT is the attitude of like 99 percent of the researchers for 9-11 “truth” that I have observed over the years since my fairly extensive reading on the subject of 9-11 since 9-11-01.
Researchers go through every contortion and distortion of reason and logic and every Sunsteinian strategy to manipulate the minds of “truthers” and destroy the plain truth wherever we may find it.
So to me the question WHY is the no-planes issue such a hot-potato issue. It clearly is and the issue is not being treated objectively, that we know.
An area of 9-11 inquiry that I think is inextricably related to no-planes study and sheds light on WHY the no-planes issue is so important relates to looking at those researchers whose work is characterized by a clear deliberate failure to deal with this issue objectively and honestly. I think there is a clear tight consistency in the way many researchers “treat” or “deal with” topics and terms such as “the Israelis” – the Mossad, the Zionists, the neocons, or the verboten J word. That is the common denominator linking all those 9-11 researchers who strongly adhere to non-objective study of the no-planes issue of 9-11.
T Rump has both a strong adhesion to things pertaining to the tribe and a morbid fear said tribe could put his lights out upon short notification. He's had to be very careful with many things he's said and done. One false step and he's JFK'd. I can't see him turning state's evidence as long as he's alive. Way too dangerous.

I remember on the first day the guy in the vid telling us all so poignantly how he "witnessed" the plane(s) "reaming" through the building, then explaining for us dumb goyim how the buildings collapsed due to the heat of the fires due to the planes' fuel.
Then there were the phone calls, like to the Solicitor General fm his wife, about the dastardly Arabs w. the box-cutters attacking the pilots and crew, etc.
Then there were the experts sooo conveniently on hand, fm L. Now the plane crash in Penn. kinda' stumped me–the whole plane swallowed-up by the ground and dirt?–WTF?–how does that happen? Then there was the total incompetence and screw-ups by the interceptors who were all off somewhere else, then sent out over the ocean, which I thought was puzzling.

No planes were used in the commission of the 911 demolition, only the illusion of planes.
The ONLY posible alternative to the buildings being hit would be the use of a smaller device such as a missle or drone later cloaked in post production with a plane overlayed.

Here I DEFINE "no planes theory" in the article and Barbara Honegger admits that the four theses specified are TRUE. Yet she insists that does not mean no plane hit any of the targets, because she misleadingly describes the UAV used at the Pentagon as "a plane".
Something is wrong here, because no real planes–switched or not–hit either of the Twin Towers. We have photos of the ground beneath each facade. No plane parts "rained down" from the Twin Towers and the engine found at Church & Murray was a plant.
Flight 11 and Flight 77 were not even in the air. And we know that no Boeing 757 could have performed the feats attributed to it. A plane was flown toward the Pentagon and then swerved over it, but that cannot salvage her position. Barbara has to do better than this.
Supposedly, the Hartford Courant today listed Halbig as NOW believing some people were killed at Sandy Hook. Is Wolf legit or is there a fly in the ointment?

Decline to Sign is not a rebuttal. Someone brings in a dog out of it's mind, drooling and salivating froth, a couple weeks ago it had killed a raccoon in the back yard late at night that had tested positive for Rabies. I put on huge autopsy rubber gloves and examine the dog. I hear the dog has been playing with the kids at the neighborhood park yesterday. I find nothing more of note on physical exam. Do I admit the dog for quarantine until the 10 day observation period yields either a dead dog for Rabies testing or still a live healthy dog? Do I sign the office examination findings and recommendations? Do I call their family doctor? Do I call county health to find those kids at the park? Do kids all get rabies vaccination that day?
I have still no lab test verification of Rabies, but kids still get their preventative vaccination. There is a time for action that waits on no one and no test.

Rob is right to have nothing to do with No Planers. Whereas it is correct that none of the four 9/11 planes reached their targets that does NOT mean that NO plane reached the targets, which they did. It is simply one of many lines of converging compelling evidence that the initial Planes were swapped, one of 'the' most critical facts of 9/11 which puts the culpability squarely on those who had the inside knowledge, positions and technology to swap them. a new book by a Dutch researcher who spent years analyzing the radar data that details precisely where and when the planes were swapped. And WTC witnesses who were just outside the WTC at the moment of impact have gone on record re the plane parts that rained down around them.

See the still frame from CNN videographer Michael Hezarkhani's famous shot with the 767 half-in half-out of the building with no reaction from plane or structure, which is entirely impossible and proves video fakery. The cartoon silhouette punch-outs in the WTC facades prove it as well. No mostly aluminum airplane could possibly cut through the steel box columns on the WTC exteriors and leave its sharp outline like that even out to the wingtips.
