Lake County Sheriff may declare Wolfgang Halbig “incompetent” because of his research on Sandy Hook

Having been informed that the Sheriff of Lake County, Florida, may declare Wolfgang Halbig to be “mentally incompetent” because of his research on Sandy Hook, I sent the following email to Sheriff Borders. The original inadvertently had two links wrong–to “SANDY HOOK starring Wayne Carver as The Medical Examiner” and to “Debunking the Sandy Hook Debunkers #1: Was it an operating school?”–which necessitated sending errata to correct them, but otherwise (apart from omitting email addresses for those on the cc list), this is as it was sent.

James Tracy has informed me that this may be taking place under the authority of “the Baker Act”, as follows:

What puzzles me, assuming that this is indeed the case–where I expect that he is correct–the criteria for such a declaration include that the party “is a harm to self, harm to others, or self neglectful”, which appears to me to be highly unlikely. James Tracy spoke with Wolfgang this afternoon and has learned that, because of his complaints to the Sheriff’s Office in relation to harassment from Lenny Pozner and others, the Sheriff has had him declared “a mental case”, which tells us a lot about law and order in this day and age.

Here is my communication with Sheriff Borders:

Sheriff Borders,

You should know that Wolfgang Halbig is as rational and sane as you and I. He has studied Sandy Hook, however, which you have not. I traveled with him to Newtown a few years back to speak before the Newtown School Board and I can assure you that he knows what he is talking about and is being singled out to made an example of the dire fate awaiting those who expose the hoax there.

If you would indulge me, watch one or the other (or both) of these short videos:

“The Real Deal special Sandy Hook Update”

“SANDY HOOK starring Wayne Carver as The Medical Examiner”

The school was closed by 2008 and was not even compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements in 2012. It could not have been operated legally. Notice in this photograph there are none of the familiar blue-and-white parking places and signage, not to mention there is no steam or heat rising from the building on a 28*F ground temperature day. And check out the cars:

They are all parked facing TOWARD the school. But the driving instructions have them turning right and then circling back to park FACING AWAY. It was simply a lot easier to bring them in a single string and park them, two by two, facing toward the building (since they were only there to serve as props). I have an article you might want to review proving that the school was closed:

“Debunking the Sandy Hook Debunkers #1. Was it an operating school?”

When I published the book, NOBODY DIED AT SANDY HOOK (2015)
with a thirteen contributors (including a half-dozen Ph.D. current or
retired college professors), amazon.com banned the book less than a
month after it went on sale. Jay Carney. formerly White House spokes-
man, had gone to amazon.com as Senior Vice President not long before.

I can produce a dozen experts on Sandy Hook who will confirm what I
am telling you. As for myself, I am a former Marine Corps officer and a
retired college professor, who has now published 33 books. You can
check me out at http://www.d.umn.edu/~jfetzer. I released the book to
the public for free as a pdf when it was banned. (A copy is attached.)

Please contact me for more. I am sorry to say but you have been played.

With appreciation,

Jim

  1. The sheriff himself can not declare anyone mentally incompetent as that would require an examination by a psychiatrist. The sheriff might be putting himself in a litigious position by initiating an exam with nothing more than an unprofessional idea of Halbig's
mental condition. This is probably just an attempt to scare him back. But Mr Halbig should engage a good attorney and take whatever steps are recommended to protect himself.

  2. These people are lunatics and have been cornered. Malloy is desperate for a DC job with Clinton. I told the judge in Danbury history is watching and that truth would out. Didn't matter, denied my motion to file amicus brief. But lawyers are both sides were clearly freaking out because clients must be near suicide. I've filed whistleblower complaint with state auditors, don't see how they can keep a lid on this forever. Too many nudges and officials have seen the evidence. Malloy is unpopular and only won by 30,000 votes in 2014. But strange characters are afoot, and I'm more than a little wary myself about safety.
