Victor speaks authoritatively but has no idea what he’s talking about. Unlike V-H and Wyn, Todd appears to be a reasonable man and has offered to do a show with us to sort things out. Concerning my Appearance on Your Show,
Victor (and Wyn),
Having just found your invitation for me to appear on your show (below), I notice several points that raised concerns: (1) you refer to me as an “Atheist”, when you should know that I am an agnostic; (2) you seem to expect others to join me, which was not the deal (I was not speaking for them); and (3) you defer my appearance to after Easter (which suggests to me you might need that time to set up an attack on me during the show). Since it would be idiotic for me to join you for another round of smears, I would like to have some proof of good faith (or proper intentions). Consider the following as litmus tests:
(a) Do you and Wyn now acknowledge that I did not “throw (my) case”, since I took it all the way to the Supreme Court and am fighting to reverse it (for which I have both documentary and witness proof)? For documentary, see the three briefs attached: Petition for Writ of Certiorari (16 May 2022); Motion to Recuse Judge Frank Remington (9 July 2024); and Appellant’s Reply Brief (31 July 2025), which prove my case remains active and cannot have been “thrown”. Indeed, I have four (4) appeals currently pending before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals (IV) as shown here. I did NOT “throw (my) case”!
For witness, Bill Bonitati, who assisted with several of my briefs, sent Wyn 24+ emails documenting that I was still engaged in court; and Kevin Barrett told you on his show (when you claimed that I had thrown my case) that you were wrong and he knew you were wrong because he was there during my Trial for Damages! He even published a piece about it; while Ron Avery, who has an archive of documents from my case, has now published a new book about it, JUDICIAL PLUNDERING OF DR. JAMES FETZER (2024). The three of them are on the cc list and can respond, should you or Wyn wish to deny the fact that, even after having been informed, you have continued to lie about my case. Are you and Wyn prepared to admit you were wrong and withdraw your attacks?

(b) We have noticed you play the “reporter game” by denying that you are making these false and indefensible allegations but are only reporting them and are therefore not legally responsible. But given you know better, surely journalistic integrity demands that you correct the record in the same venues under which these attacks have been made in malice and with reckless disregard for the facts. So I now ask, Are you, Victor-Hugo Vaca II, willing to admit to the public that you (and Wyn) were wrong and apologize for having so viciously attacked me? And I ask the same of Wyn, who (once Bill had informed him he was mistaken) has not been acting in good faith. If this continues and I have to take legal action, I suspect that he may even be in jeopardy of disbarment.
(c) It appears to many of us that you, Victor, will do anything to get attention. Here’s a report from Miami, FL, about your bizarre behavior in 2008, which may or may not be a manifestation of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), which is a mental health condition. You don’t have to be a shrink to see that something is very wrong. Joachim, who has 25 years of counseling experience, would be better positioned to offer a professional opinion, but it’s obvious that something about you is just not right. Your willingness to admit you were wrong for attacking me–not to mention others you have abused, such as Russ Winter and Susan Bradford–would go a long way to relieving concerns that you are not in possession of your mental faculties and have gone “off the rails”.
After all, look what you are doing and have done: over 444 videos smearing me (and Brian, Russ, Susan, Carl, and more) since Brian took exception to your “It’s the JEWS! It’s the JEWS!” mantra during our recording of “Truth vs. NEW$” (17 December 2024). That’s 444 videos in about 4 months (or 111 per month), which is more than 2-3 per day! Since virtually all of your attacks on others were because they were sticking up for me (telling you that you were wrong about my case), it would be highly appropriate for you to apologize to one and all–and to take down the offensive videos you have published in your zeal to attack those who stood up for me. You and Wyn have a chance to “come clean” and make an effort to set things right. We hope that you will take it.
