US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s hospitalization on January 1st resulting from a post-surgery complication from an elective medical procedure was kept quiet to even senior Biden administration leaders, top Pentagon officials and members of Congress. Not even Austin’s boss President Biden knew he was in the hospital. On Friday January 5th, Pentagon Press Secretary Air Force Gen. Pat Ryder was forced to admit that the Pentagon was unaware its chief has been a patient all week long at Walter Reed National Military Center. Though unsure of Austin’s release date from the hospital, Gen. Ryder assured that he is “recovering well” and as of Friday, apparently is resuming duties apparently from his Walter Reed bedside. The decision to completely withhold Austin’s medical condition and hospital status runs counter to standard federal government policy involving high administration officials. In protest, the Pentagon Press Association (PPA) already sent an irate letter off to Gen. Ryder on the hotseat, stating:
The fact that he [Austin] has been at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for four days and the Pentagon is only now alerting the public late on a Friday evening is an outrage. At a time when there are growing threats to U.S. military service members in the Middle East and the U.S. is playing key national security roles in the wars in Israel and Ukraine, it is particularly critical for the American public to be informed about the health status and decision-making ability of its top defense leader.
Between Iran backed proxy groups’ recurring attacks against US soldiers stationed illegally in Iraq and Syria and repeated US airstrikes in retaliation, the failed maritime coalition that Sec. Austin launched on December 18th in response to Yemeni Houthi militants shutting down commercial shipping navigation in the Red Sea and Suez Canal globally costing billions, and the escalating war in the Middle East that Austin is directly involved in and overseeing, with no notice, at such a critical moment for head of America’s defense forces to be out of commission, a peeved PPA is demanding accountability in keeping the American public informed. The Pentagon spokesman brushed aside Austin’s irresponsibility in his response, referring to an “evolving situation,” in effect, feebly using the DoD’s lame excuse that Austin’s right to privacy supersedes both America and its government’s right to know, adding:
Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks was prepared to act for and exercise the powers of the Secretary, if required.
Yet we learn Hicks was on a scheduled vacation last week. Mississippi Sen. Roger Wicker, the highest-ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee stated:
The Department of Defense deliberately withheld the Secretary of Defense’s medical condition for days. That is unacceptable. We are learning more every hour about the Department’s shocking defiance of the law.
Sen. Wicker asked while Austin was incapacitated in ICU all week, “to what extent was the Secretary incapacitated by his surgery?” Another Armed Services member Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) also took aim at Austin:
The Secretary of Defense is the key link in the chain of command between the president and the uniformed military, including the nuclear chain of command, when the weightiest of decisions must be made in minutes, [adding if Austin didn’t immediately tell the White House, which he did not,] there must be consequences for this shocking breakdown.
Under growing flak, on Saturday January 6th, Austin’s less than sincere, half-ass apology shows his obstinate arrogance:
I recognize I could have done a better job ensuring the public was appropriately informed. I commit to doing better. But this is important to say: this was my medical procedure, and I take full responsibility for my decisions about disclosure.
Former Vice President Mike Pence said:
To think that, at a time when we have allies at war in Eastern Europe, and here in Israel, that the leader of America’s military at the Pentagon would be out of commission for a number of days and the president of the United States didn’t know about it, I think it was a dereliction of duty. The secretary and the administration frankly need to step forward and give the American people the facts.
Because of 70-year old Austin’s own insolence and horrible, on the job performance for years now, the general’s latest boner is only growing bigger and may precipitate pressure calling for his resignation. A Sunday January 7th article from the website bizpacreview.com summarized:

At a time when the administration is trying to keep the Ukraine coalition together, pass supplemental funding for Ukraine and Israel, avoid a full-year [continuing resolution] for defense — why would the secretary’s office create such a blunder?
House Armed Services Committee Member Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind) accused:
[Austin] has been a disaster since Day One and should be replaced by someone who will focus on making the military ready to fight and win wars instead of advancing woke political causes of the Biden admin. Enough is enough.
While still convalescing in the hospital, seems Austin’s head’s about ready to roll… finally.
This writer was Lloyd Austin’s assistant squad leader when he was a plebe at West Point. Over the last couple years I’ve written extensively exposing both his flagrant incompetence and willingness to ethically cut corners for expedient self-gain. General Austin is the classic bureaucratic-politician general that ass kisses his way up the seniority ladder, boosted by America’s longtime affirmative action policy, today mandating the divisive Critical Race Theory across all armed forces. And then his latest lapse of judgment and dereliction, with the world in such fragile state of turmoil and total chaos breaking out, Austin goes AWOL. On Thursday January 4th, a Houthi sea drone was detonated only “a couple of miles” from its intended target – either a US Navy warship or a commercial vessel in the Red Sea, within hours after the White House had just issued its final warning to the Houthis to cease or face potential US “military action.” Austin’s tactical and strategic decision making has jeopardized our nation, severely placing the security of our soldiers and nation at such high risk of destruction. The Houthis response is clearly calling the US paper tiger’s bluff, in defiant determination to continue to enforce an embargo denying all cargo shipped to Israel as punishment for Israel [and US’] last three months of nonstop genocidal war crimes against Gaza Palestinians.
Increasingly the world nation majority supports Palestinians’ right to exist while increasingly blames both Israel and US for destroying their right to exist in the most brutal carnage in their systematic extermination of Palestinians. Thus, a weakening Anglo-American-Zionist Empire, now in its suicidal death throes, deliberately controlled by homicidal Rothschild banking psychopaths, this David vs. Goliath Houthi action opposing pariah nation aggressors Israel and US by depriving Israel of US sent weapons, vital goods and food supply, is deemed a justified intervention as an ingeniously bold means of stopping Israel/US from destroying more innocent Palestinian lives, 70% women and children.

As a result, desperate US Secretary of State Antony Blinken rushed to meet with the few Arab allies the US has left, placating on Sunday the king of Jordan and emir of Qatar in an effort to assuage and calm resurging fear that the US-Israel war in real time is unraveling. He still has plans in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, the West Bank and Egypt before heading home.
Jewish State apologist Blinken is merely making the same pie-in-the-sky pledges he told the Arabs on his last go-round, that Israel will tone down its killing of Palestinian civilians, that more aid will be arriving in Gaza while stressing the importance of preparing plans for its postwar future, which Israel has no intention to follow Washington wishes, making it clear it will militarily occupy Gaza. In actuality, Blinken is Bibi the Butcher Netanyahu’s Jewish American servant boy, simply doing his bidding for the Greater Israel Project to bide more time so genocide can continue a little longer before starting World War III. No nation today respects the feeble senility coming out of Washington these days.

Methinks there is a lot more to this story than what is being let on. First of all, entering a hospital is not a Federal crime, nor a national security threat, nor a personal embarrassment–so why the supposed secrecy? Second, because SecDef always has a substantial security team, his entrance to a hospital couldn’t be kept a secret in any case.

Lloyd is very embarrassed to have prostate cancer. Many doctors have stated that prostate cancer is actually a Sexually Transmitted Disease. Lloyd Austin needs to be a private citizen so that he can enter hospitals and medical clinics in privacy.
