Again, this once again gave away the fact that the untrustworthy Orange Face showman continues his audacity using “peace talks” as a deceptive ruse. And then smugly certain that by Saturday night he successfully took out Iran’s nuclear weapons capability, the president’s ego and grandiosity were on full public display before the world, stating:
Tonight, I can report to the world that the strikes were a spectacular military success. Iran’s key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated.
Shortly before his televised announcement, Trump wrote and posted at 7:46PM EDT on his Truth Social:
All planes are now outside of Iran air space. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this. NOW IS THE TIME FOR PEACE! Thank you for your attention to this matter.
