Self-styled Maverick artist. Victor Hugo Vaca, Jr., the self-proclaimed founder and leader of the Modern Art Music Movement (MAMM), found his calling – defamation through association.

MAMM is “an international coalition of artists, musicians, filmmakers and professionals” who collaborate in live mixed-media events to raise awareness about social issues, blending “political commentary, visual storytelling, and cultural critique”

Vaca‘s artistry, depicting herpes, unflattering pictures of people he targets for defamation, penises, among other weirdness. is on display on his BitChute and Rumble thumbnails, reflecting his “visual storytelling,” or invented stories.

His social critique advances his political commentary against Dr. Jim Fetzer and many other prominent members of the truth community, based upon falsehoods and non sequiters to condemn someone as guilty by association. For example, he will juxtapose the face of a target alongside a child, with the word “herpes” superimposed upon the the thumbnail to imply that the person depicted molested and transmitted herpes to the child.

This is defamation through art.

Among his most habitual acts of artistic license is to condemn others, without proof, of pedophilia, most notably, Joachim Hagopian, whom he characterized as an “alleged pedophile” in which the person alleging the pedophilia is none other than Vaca himself.

Hagopian, who has had no allegations of pedophilia lodged against him, is a leading authority on the Jeffrey Epstein scandal who has exposed and challenged pedophilia in his remarkable series, Pedophilia & Empire: Satan, Sodomy, & the Deep State.

Vaca‘s social critique on a writer, Russ Winter of WinterWatch, is that he has underage girlfriends and molested his own granddaughter. The source of Vaca‘s social commentary? Comedian, Charlie Carter who made the remarks on a show to appeal to Vaca‘s sense of humor after Vaca offered him a platform and goaded him into making these remarks. (Carter has since retracted the allegations.)

Vaca has further attempted to associate Fetzer with pedophilia after discovering that Fetzer was invited to teach at John Coleman’s Apocatastasis: Institute for the Humanities, a school that engages in naturism, or clothing-free living as a means to deepen social bonds and personal authenticity, and the interplay between education and naturist philosophy.

The institute brings nude adults into the proximity of nude children, but not in a sexual way.

The movement promotes freedom, simplicity, and a philosophy of returning to nature, emphasizing the health and psychological benefits of exposure to fresh air and sunlight.

The movement explicitly prohibits sexual activity in nudist settings.

Fetzer is neither a nudist nor a naturist, and his classes at Apocatastasis will be taught with all parties fully clothed.

Nudism isn’t for everyone, but teaching at a school associated with the naturist philosophy doesn’t make one a pedophile.

No one should look upon a child and think sexual thoughts or engage in sexual activity with a child. Yet, sexual thoughts crossed Vaca‘s mind.

Vaca seized upon Fetzer’s association with Apocatastasis to accuse him of having associations with pedophilia even though no allegations of the kind have ever surfaced or been alleged in connection to the institute. Vaca is projecting his own artistic commentary upon Fetzer, Coleman, and the Institute, defaming all parties concerned.

Lying with conviction, Vaca has similarly accused others associated with Fetzer of promoting pedophilia, condoning rape culture, and being “convicted liars.”

Vaca paints others in unsavory terms. If others don’t disavow the person based on the Maverick Artist’s social commentary, Vaca then claims they are promoting, aiding and abetting, and enabling the unsavory action he has invented and associated with that person.

Jim Fetzer Responds to Vaca’s Accusations in Conversation with Christoper Key (29 September 2025)

By Vaca‘s own twisted logic, he is promoting, condoning, and aiding and abetting the pedophilia of Jeffrey Epstein based upon his associations with the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA)

Vaca‘s Victor Hugo Art Collection website highlights Vaca‘s Town Hall Meeting, in an article entitled “Destinations: The Best Art Galleries in the World.”

Written by Maria Morari, the article features MoMA and mentions that Vaca‘s work alongside such renowned artists as Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dali, and Henri Matisse.

The display also included the sticker announcing, “Crackhead Jesus is Coming.”

The association one would naturally draw is that the art of the Modern Art Music Movement founder was showcased at MoMA and that Vaca‘s art was inspiring critical comparisons between his creation and those of artistic giants.

This was Vaca‘s effort at artistic recognition by association.

However, Vaca‘s artwork never was showcased at MoMA, the art gallery was digital, and the article was self-published on a travel website. The promotion of Vaca‘s work was part of a collaboration with reality TV-star and Fox News Channel contributor Nelson Lewis, who collects Vaca‘s art and perhaps would like to see his collection increase in value.

What is MoMA?

So, Vaca has associated himself with MoMA, an art institute co-founded by Abby Aldrich Rockefeller, the wife of John D. Rockefeller, Jr..

Rockefeller is a scion of the Standard Oil founder who helped create the very Deep State Vaca rallies against, reflecting hypocrisy by association.

Vaca’s Reply to Jim Fetzer’s Refutations during his conversation with Christopher Key (30 October 2025)

While Vaca has targeted Fetzer over his reporting on Sandy Hook in which he has falsely accused the Nobody Died at Sandy Hook co-author of being part of a secret Democratic conspiracy to throw his Sandy Hook defamation case, among MoMA’s major financial backers is Bloomberg Philanthropies, the philanthropic arm of billionaire Michael Bloomberg.

Bloomberg is one of the most prominent gun control advocates in the United States who has aligned with Sandy Hook Promise, an organization that has targeted Fetzer over his exposures of the Sandy Hook shooting as a hoax.

Based upon his own “Gonzo Journalism” reporting, Vaca is guilty by association of targeting Fetzer on behalf of interests aligned with Sandy Hook Promise.

While Vaca has relentlessly accused Fetzer and others of pedophilia and aiding and abetting pedophilia, the Chairman of MoMA’s Board of Trustees from 2018 to 2021 was Leon Black, the billionaire financier and co-founder of Apollo Global Management who was prominently associated with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

After Epstein was convicted of soliciting a minor in 2008, Black reportedly paid Epstein $158 million between 2012 and 2017 for tax and related services.

The article touting Vaca‘s association with artistic genius showcased at MoMA was published on June 17, 2020.

While Vaca was promoting his associations with MoMA greats, the gallery had Epstein ties. By his own logic, Vaca is therefore guilty of that which he accuses others.

In the world of Vaca, social commentary is art in which the creator is allowed artistic license. If journalism is based on reporting facts, Vaca‘s “Gonzo Journalism” is defamation by association, inspired by non sequiturs.

In the end, Vaca was hoisted by his own petard.
