After reportedly making progress meeting in person with Vladimir Putin twice to discuss ending the war in Ukraine, only to listen to his administration neocons and Europe’s hawkishly anti-Russian leaders, Trump then endorses sending long-range Tomahawk missiles to Kiev. He then is stopped only by Putin’s phone call threat that it will ignite WWIII.
