Not to suggest a comedy of errors, but my Motion to Open Judgment Pursuant to Extrinsic Fraud and Fraud upon the Court (17 June 2024) prompted the Circuit Court Judge presiding over my case, The Honorable Frank Remington, to deny the motion without soliciting a response from the Plaintiff and my reply, which was a violation of the Wisconsin Rules of Judicial Procedure. When I protested by filing a Request for Relief from Judgment or Order (20 June 2024), he did it again! This was such a blatant effort to thwart my due process and Constitutional rights that it warranted filing a Motion to Recuse Judge Remington Pursuant to Wis. Stats, 757.19(2)(g) (9 July 2024).

It appears as though the Judge was rattled by my Motion to Open and wanted to dispatch it as promptly as possible; but he did so in a fashion precluded by the Wisconsin Rules of Judicial Procedure. Thus, when I protested that he had handled my motion improperly, he violated those rules again–even though he followed them regarding a Pozner attorney’s motion, which was adverse to me.

Could be…but why is that my problem? If they can’t handle the heat/truth, get the hell out of the kitchen. At least I know where to put a reply …something you never learned after being on this blog how many years?
Personally, I see it as this blog being abandoned by it’s owner except for adding an article now and then, Fetzer has walked away from any interaction with the commenters…..always saying, “I’ll try to do better”.
But he never has because unfortunately for those of us stupid enough to remain, he’s too busy with other
activities, showing no respect for those of us who kept this going (that would include yourself)..

I don’t hate “real” Jews. I don’t like crooks of any faith. Many say the crooked people often called Jews arn’t Jews. I mean they weren’t called Jews until fairly recently, and they don’t follow the Torah but the Talmud, it seems. How can you have the father determining all the Jews then reverse it and have the mother? I have a Jewish relative she converted from Church Of England to marry a Jew. I have done work for many Jews. Once I said some people question the holocaust, he never gave me another job. I first heard about suspect Jews from an Indian and a manbwho was about half Jewish, they told me how the world , they said, was run by the Jews. Now whoever runs the world, is making life difficult for many. ALex Jones says, like his opposite Bill Cooper, the elite are all types, who knows. I did work for a Rabbi once, he said he does not believe in the state of Israel, it is not straight forward. Trump said the Israel should kill the Palestinians “quicker” and that Biden should give Israel the weapons he was hesitating to give. Sure in the past the Muslims have killed many, and they certainly still kill many people like the Chinese in Indonesia, and may kill many more if they had the upper hand. But to slaughter the Palestinians is very bad. So Trump is a murderer for that.
