Defending the 1st and 2nd Amendments

Jim Fetzer

My Petition for Review by the Wisconsin Supreme Court has been denied without a word of explanation. Here’s a short version of what happened, which is about as outrageous as it gets. Yet the highest WI court has passed on it, unwilling to clean up the mess of the Circuit and Appellate Courts in the state:

Under these circumstances, I have no alternative but to proceed to the United States Supreme Court in the hope that, by some minor miracle, it will actually carry out its responsibilities under the US Constitution. But I need your help!

Defending the 1st and 2nd Amendments

Are you outraged by the Sandy Hook/Remington settlement for $73,000,000? Gun owners perceive the threat of future cases being used to undermine our right to keep and bear arms.  I was calling it out before the decision was reached as insurance fraud and a massive scam: the parties never address the most basic facts in this case: Did anyone die at Sandy Hook? When I sought to intervene to make sure this was an honest proceeding, I was rebuffed–BY BOTH SIDES! I can do something about this–BUT I NEED YOUR HELP!

When I published Nobody Died at Sandy Hook: It was a FEMA Drill to Promote Gun Control (2015; 2nd ed., 2016), with thirteen contributors (including six Ph.D. professors), amazon.com banned the book less than a month later (even though it had sold nearly 500 copies). I released it for free as a PDF. Mike Adams wrote about it, “The Most Dangerous Mind in America” on False Flags and Extreme Censorship.

That was only the beginning. Now amazon has banned five more of my books, where I bring together experts on different aspects of these events to sort out what really happened. In 2018, I was sued for defamation in Madison, WI, over an uncertified death certificate given to co-author Kelley Watt by a purported Sandy Hook parent, Leonard Pozner.

The suit was brought by the same party who had shared it with Kelley Watt. The Court would not allow me to present my proof that nobody had died on the (absurd) ground that it had nothing to do with the truth or accuracy of the death certificate, which alleged the decedent–Noah Pozner–died at Sandy Hook on 14 December 2012 of “multiple gunshot wounds”.

Focusing solely on the death certificate, I introduced reports from two forensic document examiners, both of whom concluded that it was fake, but the Court simply set them aside as “someone else’s opinion”. Ignoring my standing as a journalist, the Court ignored the disputed fact of the authenticity of the document and found me guilty of defamation, even though there was no finding of negligence.

So I was guilty of defamation without fault. The trial for damages was captured perfectly by Kevin Barrett, “The Legal Lynching of a Truth-Seeker: Jim Fetzer’s Stalinist-Style Show Trial”. When I appealed the abuse of Summary Judgment, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals District IV made (what Ron Avery characterizes as) gross errors.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court has denied my Petition for Review without a word of explanation the same day Remington settles for $73,000,000 without establishing that anyone died at Sandy Hook. The fake shooting is being used to undermine our right to keep and bear arms, as it was planned to do.

As a former Marine Corps officer, I am profoundly obligated to carry this case to the US Supreme Court because, whether I am right or wrong, I was denied the right to present a defense. I have been saddled with $1.1m in liens as a result of a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) to punish those who speak out and expose fraud and corruption by the government. I am doing what I can to protect your rights–but now I need your help!

If the decision in this absurd case, Pozner v. Fetzer, is allowed to stand, it will set a precedent that threatens the legal right of every US citizen to defend himself in a Court of Law. Because the staged Sandy Hook event is being used to grab our guns, the outcome is critical for both the 1st and the 2nd Amendments. I have the law and evidence on my side, but need your support to move forward. This case can make a difference.

  3. It all boils down to whether Amazon is considered a monopoly or not. If it has monopolistic status, then it could not engage in behaviors that would impinge upon free and fair competition. But try telling that to judge — 48 state attorneys generals AND the Federal Trade Commission recently sued Facebook for monopolistic practices and the judge THREW THE CASE OUT OF COURT.

    1. The number of mom and pop stores and even larger corps that Amazon and Walmart have put out of business or hurt or diluted immeasurably is uncountable. The small stores are in essence, gone. The corporations like Puritan Pride Vitamins just go along with Amazon to get along. There have been many times I have gone to Puritan for certain products under their own name and they are not available on Puritan, but are available on Amazon. Walmart does the same with products on their shelves. I am sure what they have done many times is just buy out the companies. WHY is this allowed? I would speculate BlackRock is heavily invested in Walmart and Amazon. How do we break up an investment corporation that runs the world? We don’t. All it seems to be is some new form of fascism. Many have called it a corporatocracy. These companies, as you have hinted, William, will never be broken up. They represent and for all intents and purposes, are the government. All these hearings are just so much show and staging. Nothing will change.

      1. I posted this under the Remington article, but it also applies to my comment and Berg’s above and takes it to another level. This will explain more than you want to know in regard to the RESET. I doubt you have heard this analysis anyplace else. Glen is brilliant: ….Start around 3 minutes…Beck is on for about 20 minutes.

  4. Companies don’t need to fuss and fret if they would follow the Bill of Rights. But they like to pick and choose what part of the Constitution they like to follow. Hence the problems we have now.

The ”line drawn” is very simple…follow the Law of the land, the Bill of Rights.

Amazon and the Courts are scared to death of Jim Fetzer and the TRUTH. King George III was also insensitive of the American colonists.

  5. What are the chances that China IS doing biological warfare on the world, while calling it all, just an accident?

For some reason my alarm sirens are in full blast mode.

    1. IF China had created COVID-19 as a bioweapon, why would they have attacked their own people first and given other nations more than enough time to set up their defenses? And why Fauci and his posse be so scared to admit that the virus was genetically engineered and released in Wuhan? And why would Gates and his posse doing huge simulations in concert with Johns Hopkins to alarm the general public?

Sorry, but COVID-19, Anthrax in 2001, etc., were all made in America.

      1. William, I am more likely to conclude THE FEAR was made in America from which most false flags originate and are blamed on some foreign entity…or a lone gunman, eh?

  6. Great Caesar’s ghost!!
I was reading some science today and I stumbled on an article about one of the world’s greatest scientists. He had been employed by a very, very famous university and then he walked out from his job and is now unemployed and pondering his next move.
Amazingly, the scientist lives 2 stone throws from my driveway…….As worldly as he is, he’s not aware that the country and world is going to hell in a handbasket. He can’t figure out why some bad actors are “making mistakes while compounding vaccines”…….he thinks they are mistakes and not intentional acts of maiming and murder. Go figure. I get the feeling I’ll be moseyin’ down toward his place fairly soon. The boy’s got a lot to learn, a whole lot.
Jim’s plight is simply shattering. Couple that with the Remington 73 million dollar disbursement for the Sandy Hoax incident and you can easily see where this country is going. Like they say, Remington is a big DOD supplier and they can make this award back in a heartbeat. Total insanity!!

    1. I suspect that donations to my fund are being blocked or diverted. Could some of you donate $10 to see what happens? I want to report to GiveSendGo if that’s what’s happening. Let me know if you give it a go! Let me know what happens. Thanks.

    2. Bahmi….. you may have missed this…Remington was broken up two years ago. It no longer exists as a viable corporation. That is not to say Wiki cannot be wrong, but in this case, I see no reason for them to provide bad info. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remington_Arms

On July 28, 2020, Remington filed again for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection,[9] and its assets were divided up and sold to various buyers.[2] The Remington brand name was bought by Vista Outdoor, which uses it to market several types of ammunition.[10][11]

      1. You’re likely correct, Will. However, I can’t be the only one calling this entity paying the ransom Remington if that company mortuus est. Would the judge call it Remington or Entity X?
How do the “plaintiffs” keep a straight face when a so-called judge gives ’em millions???? The lawyer representing the plaintiffs certainly believed that “Lanza” killed 28 people, as in “ha ha ha ha ha”.
Hate to say it, but I had my own quixotic mess some 20 years ago. I had to either quit my profession OR risk losing it all. My counsel made a cool 100k while “plaintiff and counsel” made far, far more than that. Everybody wins, hey, it’s the ‘murrican way. Dollar denominated destitution, is everybody happy?

      2. Bahmi….Yeah, so where does that $73M come from? Could it be a bankruptcy fund paid for by the taxpayer? Would not surprise me at all. When it comes to justice in this corporate entity called the US, INC., money and POLITICS talk and truth walks….sorry to say.

      3. I might add, I have not seen the docs and since it’s a settlement, I doubt we will. So, who knows what the judge called Remington…. I am sure it’s some “legaleeze” title that would zip to the layman. What huge arms maker will be next, eh? Are there any left?

  7. Amazon.com is engaged in commerce in the entire USA, therefore it must abide by the entire Bill of Rights and sell all books even if it does not like the contents. Amazon sells Hitler’s “Mein Kampf”, a book loaded with hate speech. Amazon ignores the Law and the DOJ closes its eyes to this gross violation.
Sadly, it’ll be a miracle if the SCOTUS takes this Case but they should. There are horrific errors in all the Rulings from Wisc. Courts. The Defendant was never allowed to present a defense in the present case. In fact the Defendant [Jim Fetzer] was ignored by the Court.

    1. Don, as much as I agree Amazon should sell all books, it opens up a can of worms that may never be closed. Can we tell Walmart what to put on its shelves? As a small example, Walmart sells books, but is very selective as to what they handle. You will not find a copy of Penthouse or High Times. It’s their choice, as it is Amazon’s. In the case of Walmart, it’s a moral choice….at least they started out as a Christian organization. Who knows what they are now. One could argue that Amazon’s choice is political. That could be tied up in he courts for years. Telling a company what it can sell or not sell leans toward fascism. Is that where we want to go? Of course, it’s likely the US, INC. is heavily invested in those companies. But that’s another rabbit hole for a different conversation.

      1. Will [2]…..It takes a very brave nation to honor and cherish Free Speech, along with a host of other freedoms.
Most people in the US like it but there are a few who can’t handle it….for various reasons. Yes, it can be a rather sticky issue.

Amazon is run by very scared people….most are uneducated or not educated.

Its like taking Uncle Ben’s portrait off a box of rice. Its like its a crime to honor a black man. What?
I’ve talked to black people about this and they are appalled and horrified.

Amazon could always place a sticker on any book they find offensive but still sell it in the spirit of free speech.
I guess they figure that customers are too stupid to know a good book from a bad one.

Like I said, operating the US Constitution takes very brave people. Jim Fetzer is very brave. He produces books and many are banned. I guess he tells the truth and people can’t take it, so they stab him.

      2. Don..Pretty much a non-sequitur. The essence of my comment can the government dictate to corporations what they can sell. And if so, where is the line drawn? It’s truly a question for SCOTUS, but in todays atmosphere, a fair judgement is impossible.

      3. Companies don’t need to fuss and feud if they would follow the Bill of Rights. But they like to pick and choose which parts of the Constitution they like to follow. Hence the problems we have now.

The ”line drawn” is very simple…follow the Law of the land, the Bill of Rights.

Amazon and the Courts are scared to death of Jim Fetzer and the TRUTH. King George III was also insensitive of the American colonists.

Enjoy this blog Will2 but it takes too long for my comments to appear….I get it.

  8. Credit where credit is due, Jim…you never give in. The least any of us can do is post this everywhere and send it out to your mailing list. It does not take that long to get to 100, 000 folks . Just ask for a buck or two. It will add up. Two bucks from 50,000…three bucks from 33,000…etc. It’s the least we can all do for Jim. This truth revealed can set us all free.
Thank you, Dr. for all you do.
